Meat in vegetarian dishes. We ordered the vegan noodles, which had several bits of chicken in. When we mentioned this they shrugged and said sorry, but refused to reduce the bill. All the food we had, including two starters, two vegan mains, and one of our party had fish noodles, was tasteless.

Me and my partner had a lovely evening here on our first meal together back indoors! Service: The service was fantastic - very attentive, very friendly and very happy to offer recommendations and advice on the menu (it was our first time eating Filipino cuisine). Food: The complimentary bread to start was a nice touch, and was both warm and flavoursome. I had the bistek main (sliced steak with rice), my partner had a prawn and noodle mix. My bistek was delightful, and accompanied by a fresh green side salad (usually i wouldn't eat this, but it went perfectly with the meal) as well as nice portion of boiled rice. My partner's noodles dish was humongous - both the meaty prawns and the pure size of the dish. My partner really appreciated the little touches like the prawns coming whole but still cut so the tails and head were ready to slide off. She said it was one of the best noodle dishes she has had. Atmosphere: Great atmosphere, supported by the great service. It was lovely to sit out in the market gangway, with a buzz from both the other places. The interior of the restaurant looked inviting and homely. All in all a great evening and we are already looking forward to go back for the happy hour cocktails.

¿Cómo obtuvo este lugar un 5 sobre 5? La comida fue realmente una de las peores que he tenido en Inglaterra. Evita a toda costa

Lovely meal - fantastic calamari starter and pork belly main. Perfectly made rice - unlimited apparently - even though the portions were more than enough. Good value and service.

I’ve never had this type of cuisine before but it was absolutely delicious. We had a coupe of starters and a main each and every dish was stunning. The satay was gorgeous, and the pork spring rolls really good. My favourite main was the bisteca. There is so much on the menu I would like to try. Such a lovely place in the market and somewhere I would definitely come back to.

I found this restaurant through a Groupon offer. It was a £21.95 two course meal for two people. It was supposed to come with a starter and a main, but because they don't serve starters on Sunday mornings, I was instead offered a main and dessert. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the sisig! As sisig is my favourite Filipino dish, Ading's Kitchen met my expectations and made it perfectly. The rice portion is small (good if you don't eat too much rice) but the owner kindly said that we can order more if we wanted. Being Filipino, I was glad to know I can have more rice! For dessert, I ordered the banana fritters with ube ice cream. I was very full and satisfied with the quality of the dishes. Service was excellent! The lady who owns the restaurant was warm and hospitable. She even served us a small complimentary bowl of arroz caldo which was a nice touch. Despite taking more than an hour to get to the restaurant, it was worth the travel. I would definitely want to come back and try the other dishes! I wish I could've tried the calamari for starters. I hope to try it next time. Thank you for the lovely experience!

I cannot recomed Ading's Kitchen enough! Great little place in Tooting Market... their amazing food is one of the reasons I cannot wait for a Friday. It is now part of my routine as a treat and I can assure you that it will be part of yours if you just give it a try. Elodie is amazing and such good fun! And the owner... It is just so good to hear her stories about Philippines. I cannot really express how much I love this place! See you next Friday :)

This is my first trip advisor review but I wanted to let people know how great this place is! We are regulars to Tooting Market and always try the new places- some good some average and some bad! This place is VERY GOOD! It was not on our radar as it only sold groceries before rather than sit down meals .. it is not as snazzy as some of the other new places but totally makes up for it with atmosphere and the food! We had the seafood platter which was delicious. Calamari, prawns, sea bass, some dumplings and sweet and sour fish with never ending rice and some Pak Choi and sauces and a few glasses of house wine! Very good value and really good quality sea food. Can’t wait to try be neat platter and vegetable platter next time as they looked amazing! Thank you!

Third trip to Ading’s Kitchen. Every meal has been amazing, and the fish in particular is cooked perfectly, with wonderful fresh herbs. Tonight we had the weekday special platter which was simply amazing value at £35 for a seafood feast and two glasses of wine (yes the price is for two). The food here makes you a) happy, b) nicely full and c) wonder why you would ever pay more for much less exciting meals. Lovely staff too. It deserves to be so much busier - do try it.

My favourite Thai place in the UK. Wonderful service, and a cosy place to fill up on authentic Thai cuisine. Love the music played also. My husband and I always feel so happy and full after leaving. Not to mention you can bring your favourite bottle of wine or beer for a reasonable corkage fee!

This place is a local secret. Its run by a Japanese family who have been in the area for years. We first happened by here by accident looking for a Chinese takeaway on a wet night. They have Chinese on the menu and we started to order to cater for some kids in our group but noticed the Sushi guy working away. We converted most of our order to Sushi and nooddles and bought a relatively inexpensive bottle of Saki. The Sushi, Noodles and Sake proved excellent. Tempura vegetables is also one of our favorites. The kids did like the Chinese, which to our taste was a bit average but most kids will not eat sushi - they do like the noodles. It is better to order ahead to avoid a wait because they make it all to order. If you crave Japanese beer they also have a good selection. They wil delver but we general enjoy a weak after ordering.
