Fui a Al safa grill burdett road a las 10 pm para cenar con mi amigo pedimos Grill combo y Lam doner con Nan buena comida cocinada correctamente y el sabor era muy buen dinero No importa que disfrutamos de nuestra tienda de comidas son. Muy limpio y comida servicio al cliente Gracias Al safa que recomendamos 👍

Recientemente visité este café con un grupo de colegas y me fui sintiéndome bastante agobiado. En primer lugar, ten en cuenta que no aceptan pagos con tarjeta, solo es efectivo o transferencia bancaria, lo que era inconveniente en esta época. La mayoría de mis colegas pidieron el desayuno halal, y aunque todos parecieron disfrutarlo, solo estaba de humor para un tentempié ligero. Opté por queso en tostadas con una Coca-Cola Dietética. Desafortunadamente, desde el momento en que nos sentamos, la experiencia fue menos que hospitalaria. La camarera tenía un comportamiento más matriarcal, diciéndonos enérgicamente que “esperemos en su mesa, y yo le serviré”, sin ninguna calidez o cortesía real. Cuando mi comida llegó, me sirvieron cuatro pequeños triángulos de tostadas con una cantidad muy tacaña de queso, apenas suficiente para cubrir la tostada. ¡No pude evitar preguntarme si había escasez de queso! Aun así, decidí no quejarme y empecé a comer. Después de terminar una porción, me di cuenta de que mi bebida no había llegado. Subí al mostrador para pedirlo, solo para que me dijeran: “Oh, está en la nevera”, como si se supusiera que lo supiera por mi cuenta. En este punto, el servicio ya estaba dejando mucho que desear, pero yo lo logré. Para colmo, cuando fui a pagar, me sorprendió que me cobraran £ 6. 45 – para dos rebanadas muy básicas de tostadas con apenas – allí queso y un £ 1. 80 “Diet Coke” (que resultó ser una Salaam Cola en su lugar). Teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida, la falta de servicio y la experiencia general, esto fue impactante. Huelga decir que no volveré, y ciertamente no recomendaré este lugar a otros. 45 porque lo que recibí fue nada menos que robo a la luz del día.

Food was good but on cold days it's really cold for some reason and sometimes if you ask for medium it seems a bit less. They also don't give out glasses for tap water unless asked which is a bit annoying and would be more professional to have some glasses when they give platters out.

Naim was an absolute star! Give this man a raise ! Honestly I’ve been to this branch before and didn’t enjoy it, I tried it again and it was mind blowing, the flavours were absolute perfection. customer service really does determine how good of a experience someone has ! And honestly perfection! Even waiting time was on point .

Mejor que cualquier restaurante tailandés en el que haya estado fuera de Tailandia. Todos los platos están llenos de sabor. Arroz perfectamente cocido y consistentemente bueno. Cómo lo hacen por el precio es increíble.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, I have been using yummy since 2009, and gradually over the last few years have got worse and worse. Earlier in the week, could not even place an order over the phone as the idiot on the end of it did not even know the menu and said what I wanted was not on the menu, been the same for 13 years. So we went elsewhere and glad we did! Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, so tonight for my Friday night treat ordered my food, same order and instructions. Whole order was wrong, freezing cold, (don’t know how as delivery was quick for once) so small that a toddler would still be hungry, and when I called them to complain, ask them to collect it and replace or wanted a refund, they hung up on me. Even though the driver must have been 2 mins away. The new management are dreadful and don’t give a s**t about loyal and regular customer, Will not use again! No doubt they will not care about this review. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DON’T USE, AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT

The fact I went there because my boyfriend told me to, i was shocked at their service. Rude disgusting lil people served us. No manners whatsoever. Won't be coming back
