I have been ordering from these guys for years now and every year the service goes downhill. I always order the same pizza deal and only ever in one size. Inorder the same every month at least and they usually get it right. Once they made a mistake and sent me the wrong size pizza and overcharged me. I didn't get any compensation. This time they did the same so I decided to tell the driver to take the pizza back as The delivery didn't match my order. They are getting rude towards customers and are incompetent at taking orders. I understand pizza delivery is a competitive business but Rocket pizza have an extremely poor service. The worse part is that they didn't even try to resolve the issue. Bad manners and bad service. You've been warned!
