Meds in Tower Hamlets

Cuente la cantidad de veces que he estado en Meds, fácilmente uno de mis lugares favoritos para tomar un desayuno inglés completo. Me enteré de esta joya durante mis días de Uni alrededor de 2006 y desde entonces he estado allí muchas veces con amigos, familiares y conocidos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente

Preciosa cafetería local que sirve un delicioso desayuno. Un lugar ocupado durante las horas pico. Esperamos 25 minutos y obtuvimos un asiento que valió la pena. El personal nos dio una silla afuera mientras esperamos. Trajimos el desayuno inglés con bebida caliente que no tardó mucho en llegar. Estaba sabroso, caliente y estaba bien presentado. El personal es muy amable y el precio era muy razonable. Dicen que el lugar más pequeño a veces es la mejor comida y estoy de acuerdo en que el 100% lo visitará pronto. ! Un montón de estacionamiento en las calles delanteras y laterales dependiendo de cuándo lo visite.

Average full English breakfast, fair price, good service, a little cramped for space, not many tables.

As soon as I walked in she made me feel very unwelcome. She didnt service me my drink I ordered it never came and then when we ordered the food she just slapped it on the table. She deserves the sack!!!!!!!!!!!

He estado en el Meds el domingo donde comí mi primer desayuno inglés. Muy bien amueblado con tostadas, frijoles, salchichas, tocino, papas fritas, tortilla, tomate. . .Definitivamente no me decepcionó el servicio, la comida o el personal.¡No puedo esperar a volver durante mi próximo viaje a Londres!

Un pequeño y encantador café ubicado en Mile End. Sirven una variedad de pastas, hamburguesas, desayunos, etc. Siempre está ocupado, ya que no está lejos de los grandes Unis. La comida es decente, no es la mejor pero he tenido mucho peor (6. 5/10). Yo lo calificaría más alto pero un poco caro.

The food is amazing and brilliant. The quality and taste is great. I live it and can’t wait to go back and have the kings breakfast

Used to be great.. although the menu has changed and portions have reduced a lot which is disappointing. Still gets crowded fast and you would think that after all these years they would refurbish it but no..

Excellent place to have food that is reasonably priced. I tried their one of the breakfast dishes and it was lovely. Pure Orange juice was really nice.

Visité Londres desde Chicago. Este fue en mi lista cubo y valió la pena. Me encantó el halal inglés completo. El único inconveniente que tengo es que estaba todo el día completo. Si tuviera que hacerlo de nuevo me habría compartido con otra persona o pedido la mitad de la porción. De lo contrario ¡maravilloso! Ahora si alguien puede dirigida donde conseguir un asado y budín halal yorkshire que sería genial!

Even though the food is halal, I think it's strongly overrated. The service isn't as fast due to how packed it gets. Better off going to Delizia's next door for breakfast, especially.

Tijdens een verblijf van 3 uur in restaurant Meds aan de markt van Sittard hebben we kunnen genieten van een heerlijk 5 gangen tapasmenu. We waren niet de enigen, die hun keuze op dit gezellige restaurant hadden laten vallen. Ben je ook voornemens de dag op een smakelijke wijze in een aangename ambiance tegen een redelijke prijs af te sluiten zorg er dan voor dat je op tijd reserveert.

This brunch option is more value for money than anything, they have managed to maintain their portion sizes. However the request for tap water just made the whole visit memorable for the distinctively unwarranted smelling tap water mugs. We all just wanted to heave and I would advise everyone to avoid requesting water if you wish to continue going there.

He estado en un montón de veces Club Med y sólo estoy escribiendo mi comentario ahora. El personal es muy amable. El menú de desayuno es bastante bueno. Las raciones son grandes, teniendo en cuenta el precio. en 8 libras puedes conseguir un buen desayuno inglés completo e incluso sustituirlas por cosas por ejemplo es cambiar te hagan las salchichas para patatas fritas te hacen sin ningún cargo extra. También te dan zumo fresco de naranja. Nunca me han decepcionado con el servicio o la comida. sin duda un lugar al que ir para tomar un buen desayuno los sábados por la mañana.

No creo que la gente del bombo! No hay mucho que felicitar, para ser honestos, es normal bang. Sólo un desayuno estándar con la carne halal justo como salchichas, tocino, etc. en Turquía El precio es aproximadamente unas 7 libras por cabeza por completo en inglés. La salsa de mayonesa de ajo tiene un buen gusto para ser sincero, que es el único que podría decir pro. Usted puede encontrar aparcamiento en la calle, sin embargo, no te preocupes que no aceptan tarjetas aquí! El cajero automático más próximo está en una oficina de correos, que está a un minuto a pie. Es una pequeña cafetería, así que en las horas pico se encontrará 20 minutos esperando media hora. Aceptable para un grupo de 4 - 5.

Estaba muy decepcionado con este café, ya que había sido muy recomendado por muchos de la comunidad musulmana en el este de Londres.

Fui a Londres con mi familia y mis hijos hace un par de semanas y medicación estaba en la lista para probar su ser halal y también brekki como hemos escuchado cosas buenas. El desayuno era normalito nada estupendo, pero era agradable. Buena parte. Muy caro, visto que un café enanas. Té con fue asqueroso era prácticamente agua. Sin embargo, café no era bebé amable. La cafetería estaba vacía cuando entramos. Pronto ya que nos hacíamos un asiento una señora llegó quien inglés no era muy bueno, y nos dijo que sentarse en otro sitio. Ella nos dirigió y me dijo que escribiera mi sillita en un determinado lugar. Yo era como bien. Cuando puse que todavía wasntin el lugar correcto para ella y ella me dijo para ajustarlo. Muy molesto porque lugar estaba vacío y ella me decia que poner en un extraño lugar sillita. He dicho ningún mal dejar como este está bien ella todavía no la tienen y poner la sillita, no siento más como la sillita exprimido en un pequeño estrecho de la esquina. Por esta vez me estaba echando humo y la señora sabía como me lo parecía. Yo estaba gritando cosas a mi familia para que ella pueda oír! Aunque todavía ordenados. Mi primo estaba frente a la cocina que se puede ver como está abierto y podía ver la señora estaba hablando de mí a la chef que parecía el jefe. Jefe era decirle que era pero la camarera apoligise ignorante y no. Espero que leer esto y pensar sobre a quién contratan.

Me encanta este lugar y han hecho durante años. El desayuno es perfecto y halal! Desayuno a la carta es de £4. Sólo 99!

I come here quite often and they never amaze to fail me, the full english from meds is amazing and the portion size is great, I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Great food and great portions! Although downside is that it's a bit pricey and a small cafe so it gets crowded pretty quick. However, a friendly owner and a good place if you need a hearty breakfast!

Food was very average, service was poor as they got our order wrong. Place was very crowded and full on very loud people I could barely hear myself talk. Also the cafe is so tight everyone is sitting literally right next to you. I like my own breathing space

Good place for halal breakfast. The place is a bit small, so a busy weekend may mean a considerable wait to get a table. The egg, sausages are all tasty and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. The best part about this place is the price.

1. Don't take card payment2. Staff don't speak English 3. Portions weren't as big as I thought they'd be, I pay less in wetherspoons and get more4. Extremely cramped and uncomfortable seating, I felt so claustrophobic there I couldn't wait to get out.Definitely won't be returning to this place. It's so overrated.

We heard so much about the full English breakfast, but alas it was not an option for us since we eat only halal. Hearing that Meds offered a Halal English breakfast made me think that the impossible could be possible. I ordered the a la Carte, which is the full English breakfast minus the chips. Others in my family ordered omelettes. While it was not the highest quality we've ever had, it fueled us until the late afternoon, and the tea was a nice inclusion. At the price, it is hard to beat.

Amazing food, staff are friendly. Always a busy restaurant. Can't go wrong with a full english breakfast in the afternoon.

I go to meds regularly for breakfast, panini and coffee. Meds cafe is the dogs diamonds even the second wife doesn't come close to it for service and food. That's all.

I came here for breakfast with uni friends but we were left disappointed. Very cramped and food tasted cheap. I ordered breakfast which came with chips which tasted as though it was refried. Sausages were nice though. My tea was so weak and far too milky but I guess I'm a picky when it comes to tea.

I've been here so many times and I'm never disappointed. I do always get the same thing though! Always get the big breakfast and I really like it. Been quite a few places but this by far is my fav!

Best Pasta and Breakfast (big portions) i ever had, i read mixed reviews about this place but when i went there it was jam packed people were in the waiting, we got the table in 10 mins but the service and food was awesome, must try Creamy PASTA.. i am going there again..Excellent!!

Always go for breakfast whenever I visit London. The supreme breakfast is really filling and always delicious. Good service too.

I'm new to English breakfasts as I've tried the franchise based American ones in Riyadh, which isn't indicative of real American cooking. Anyways always wanted to try an English fry up and a halal one at that. So tried the Supreme breakfast, couldn't finish it, but was pretty good as comfort food goes. Will come again and try the Ala Carte breakfast with a couple add ons.

Food is very bad terrible service the owner gave me short change when I told him he mumble in his language like his swearing at me when I ask him what did say he turns his back on me I think he don't like you bangli but I can see all his customers are Asian bangli background and he don't like them there is better place 2 doors way very clean 5 star rating caffe call Delizia offer better halal breakfast . This place Meds have 3 stare rating but he have 4 star on the door the food standard agency website say mads is 3stare very dirty place I will not recommend any one to eat there and I will never go there.

I've heard people rave about their breakfast so had to try. The cafe is tiiiiny no matter what time of the day you go it's packed. Their portions are good but quality not too great just average. I've had paninis and pasta from them it's quite nice. The workers are friendly but service can be a bit slow because they're so busy so go with time in your hands

visited on a drive thru the areas deciding whether to have something light but not to heavy, sat down and ordered the meds breakfast, and opted for water instead of tea, the service was ok and food ok, word of advice maybe make exception for change of tea/coffee for maybe soft drink or water ..also make it evidently clear chip&pin machine working, will visit again and order the larger version..lol

Really good and filling english breakfast! This place is a must if you're after halal breakfast food! I do agree that the quality of the meat could be better. But what they have at the moment is fine too.

Good english breakfast. A lot options to choose from. Best time to go is around 11am. It's not as busy. My only problem is the place is tiny, and you can't carry on a private convo. But the service is on point!

Loved this place,was nice for a small cafe.only visited once but that was it,like it from the start.owner is a really nice brother who seems to care for his customers and price of food was fine as the price and size of the plate matched nicely lol.i couldn't finish it,but it was really nice.will recommend to everyone:-)

After hearing so much about this place I decided to try the full english but unfortunately found everything to be quite bland, especially the sausages and turkey. Portion size was ok... I reckon they could do allot better if they use some quality meat.

This place has too much hype especially with the qmul crowd. God it is overpriced, nearby desi taste provide better food and better service at a fraction of the price. What a waste of money! No point queueing up, better breakfast elsewhere.

Came here one Saturday morning and it was absoloutely packed. Had to wait 10 minutes for a table for 6. Apparently my friend tells me "that's quick and we got lucky". The place is fairly small, and can just about squeeze 20 ppl in. Waitress was moody and spoke very little English, And kept whispering/murmuring stuff???to this day I don't know what she said but I said big breakfast to her 4 times!So I ordered what everyone was bleeting on about and got the big breakfast. £8 I think? It consists of 2 sausages some turkey bacon( I don't know why they call it turkey bacon) it's like calling something chicken beef??? Couple of fried eggs, mushroom, tomato, toast and fries... And a cup of tea! So the tea arrived first, the mug had a dirty rim and grease on the handle with scum floating in the tea.. Good start.. :/ asked for a replacement and she gave me a clean mug with a couple of chips in it. But again I shouldn't complain because what should I expect from a greasy spoon right? It's all part of the experienceSo big breakfast arrived and to it's credit.. Yes.. It's big! However, Sausages taste foul, very little meat in them, very cheap tasting stuff. Turkey rashers were oily, chewy and plasticky, an abomination to food. This stuff should be banned!!! The rest was good, but it's pretty hard to mess up fried eggs and toast. All in all would I go back?... No, there are a lot of better breakfast places in shoreditch, Bethnal green area.

This is located on Mile End road… the best place to get brekie, get there early on weekends as its packed! Have the meds special which is around £6… FULL ENGLISH, on top its all HALAL. You will leave the café soo full u will probably end up missing LUNCH! Most light eaters cant finish it off, I would advise everyone to go Meds.. good service and good brekie. Will pop around sometime soon…

Very downgraded place, terrible service & seating area. Overly price & extremely limited food options, they don't even serve Wholemeal bread! Now way il be coming here again, first time & the last!Avoid friends & family from coming here!

It is a small, cosy cafe 4 minutes from mile end, and when i walked in this morning i saw that almost every diner had ordered the same thing - halal English breakfast. i shared mine with a friend, and it was about 8 pounds, for toast, scrambled eggs, hash browns, caramelised onions, sausages, turkey rashers, baked beans... 2 of each, so it was plenty for the two of us. they come in different sizes. it's so hard to find halal english breakfast here, and this is certainly one of the better ones. service was reasonable, for the price we paid, drinks and the meal came up to 14.20!

The food was ok, But what made me uncomfortable was that it was so crowded and noisy I couldn't eat properly without someone walking or pushing past they deffo need to make it bigger food wasnt all as people make it was just the usual and plus side is its HALAL but not HMC

Good halal English breakfast for only a fiver. Good location and till late. Bathroom is not good though.
