Pretensious, food fine for dining in the restaurant, so long as 1 you have a smart phone for QR code, and hope it works 2 get used to wine decanted and no labels! 3 use fingers to eat steak as wooden fork not feasible 4 you can pay by card but each time everything that is served (frustrating) no table tab

Absolutely the best eastern european food in london - used to order from here all the time. Not expensive either!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly the new French chap and the manager. I came for a snack and a coffee with my laptop to do a little work. The fries were perfect: crispy and crunchy and generous but for nearly £5 you would expect them to be spot on! Ketchup is free but mayo is an extra 50p😱 The oat hot chocolate was good which is why I've only put 4/5* for the "food" as a combination of the drink and fries. Oat milk is a bit of tricky milk to work with so I appreciate it can be hard to make it creamy. I'm very much a fan of places these days that don't put on the American "service charge" and this cafe doesn't do that's a big thumbs up from me. You can choose to add one and that's what it should be in England so well done The Pear Tree for not just acting like the majority to make awkward English folk to embarrassed to mention it! Overall I'd definitely come back as it has a nice atmosphere, brilliant staff and good looking menu.

Maybe I just chose the wrong dish but I thought the food was expensive for what it was. £8 for spring rolls and £14 for chicken pho. The quality of the chicken wasn’t good and it still had skin on, so I ended up removing it from the broth. The broth tasted really soapy and I had to season it a lot to make it more enjoyable. There are much better Vietnamese places with lower prices than this.

No volvería a visitar y definitivamente no recomendaría.

First time I've ever been to this charming little park...on a beautiful sunny morning I spotted this cafe & thought fabulous I'll have a coffee. As I entered I was putting my mask on and one of the strings broke the mask was still covering my face as I was holding it. To my SHOCK I look up & this man behind the counter (the owner I think) which was at least 2 metres away wearing a mask himself starts to SHOUT AT ME!! The way in which this man spoke to me was actually shocking I've been reading some of the other reviews an this seems to be a reoccurring theme. In this time when so many businesses are struggling we as consumers have a choice were we spend our money and many of us choose to try and support local businesses...this one WONT get my support..this man is a RUDE & is going the right way about ruining his own business

Restaurant dirty and run down. Food terrible, pie undercooked underneath and over ooked on top. Pastry like leather, meat scarce and tasteless. Gravy bland and watery.

Buena gama completa.

The service was good but I ordered Ackee and Salfish with a fried dumpling and it was saturated in oil, the dumpling also tasted like it was fried in old oil. There was absolutely no flavour to it and unfortunately wasted £7.20 because I had to throw it all away. I’ve eating from here before (Jerk Centre was the name) and it wasn’t that bad at all
