My order arrived within 10 to 15 minutes, which good, plus the driver was polite so the one star is for him. But regarding the food that was NOT GOOD AT ALL, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!! THE CHIPS LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE MADE OUT OF POTATO SCRAPS, THE CHICKEN WAS COLD & TASTED STALE. THE ONLY PLACE THE ORDER WENT WAS IN THE BIN!!! IT WAS INEDIBLE!! This branch seems to be A CONTINUOUS MISS & VERY FAR FROM A HIT. I KNOW THIS BRANCH IS A FRANCHISE & AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. WHAT ON EARTH IS THE OWNER DOING TO FIX THE ISSUES IN HIS/HER EATERY? I MADE REFERENCE YOUR COMMENTS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BAD EXPERIENCES WHICH FRANKLY ARE EXTREMELY INADEQUATE!! Visited this branch with my mother and two children and had a very pleasant experience. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My son has a severe food allergy so eating out, at times, can be stressful, however, this was not the case at Nando's South Harrow. The manager, Klaudia, was thoughtful, considerate and very professional when taking my order, and I was left reassured that the correct allergen information had been shared with me. We were alo served by Rashid, who along with Klaudia and the rest of the Nando's team, made our dining experience a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to the Nando's S. Harrow team - we look forward to our next visit!

Been customer for years. Decent food, arrives warm when you order, chicken is decent and beef burgers good too. FOR THE NAME OF THE GOD, please change your chips! Invest a bit more and purchase some better quality chips. They bring down the whole experience. (Obviously atmoshere does not exist in ANY joint of this type..)

The Place is messy but food is more pathetic. I ordered large Shawrma wrap and he used the small one and filled chicken so Lola like large. The wrap was not big enough too roped properly and the result is it’s a a bread with chicken and bit messy. I recommend not to buy the items from here without validate them as he is making people fool.

Do not order from here. The worst service especially from Shubham. I asked for no onion and garlic and was assured of this and now I am being blamed for not making it clear. I remember mentioning this fact many times. The worst thing I have been asked to order again from them. NEVER EVER WILL THIS HAPPEN. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have visited this Costa coffee for the first time and experienced ableism. First of all the place is clean, music is not loud, the coffee was good. But technically the place is not disabled friendly for various reasons. First of all if you visit it with a wheelchair on your own you won't be able to pass/push the front door as it is very heavy and they cannot see you from the bar. I did not see a doorbell to ring for assistance either. Secondly the staff is rude and ableist. I have issues with my hearing (I can hear about 30% less than others on my left ear) and I couldn't understand the question regarding my whipped cream as the barista was standing far away and I faced with my left side a bit - was looking around. And I asked 3 times to repeat the question and she got frustrated and grumpy with me and I felt awful. Since I've paid already I didn't want to leave the place but I already have high anxiety due to my walking aid so anxiously tried to shift the conversation to a friendlier manner and say something nice about the Cafe itself. She did not reply, she just looked really angry and annoyed at me, so went to the table and drank my coffee. Multiple people arrived, they received smiles, greetings and nice service. I did not. Upon leaving I said thank you, have a good day, bye and they both acted like I don't exist. If you ever wonder why disabled people often don't want to leave the house, or why we have high anxiety - now you know. This whole experience made me feel worthless and even tho in the shop I went afterwards where the employees know me and always nice to me - it left a mark on me and my whole day has been ruined. I am a person too. I understand it can be frustrating if someone doesn't understand you but it comes with the job. You work with people. Patience is key. It's the most important part of customer service. I've been on the other side - I used to serve and manage people. I do know the impact on others. How could they not? I won't visit this place ever again and from now on I stop even placing orders through Uber Eats.

No estaba borracho PedĂ esto a travĂ©s de Uber Eats. PedĂ un tandoori chircken y un tandoori de cordero con Naan. Ambos llegaron como diminutos cortes cuadrados de carne, huesos secos y sin sabor. Conseguimos una 'ensalada' que era básicamente lechuga cortada en tiras en una bandeja de poliestireno. La variedad de salsas en bandejas de plástico podrĂan haber sido exprimidas de una botella de ketchup y probablemente lo fueron. Hasta ahora la peor experiencia culinaria en Harrow. Si compras allĂ, entonces en tu cabeza sea.
