KFC South Harrow - Northolt Road in Harrow

My order arrived within 10 to 15 minutes, which good, plus the driver was polite so the one star is for him. But regarding the food that was NOT GOOD AT ALL, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!! THE CHIPS LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE MADE OUT OF POTATO SCRAPS, THE CHICKEN WAS COLD & TASTED STALE. THE ONLY PLACE THE ORDER WENT WAS IN THE BIN!!! IT WAS INEDIBLE!! This branch seems to be A CONTINUOUS MISS & VERY FAR FROM A HIT. I KNOW THIS BRANCH IS A FRANCHISE & AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. WHAT ON EARTH IS THE OWNER DOING TO FIX THE ISSUES IN HIS/HER EATERY? ANSWER: NOTHING AT ALL JUDGING BY THE VAST NEGATIVE REVIEWS & THE OWNERS RESPONSE THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE & FOOD STANDARDS ARE IMPORTANT TO HE/SHE & HENCE WILL TAKE THE FEEDBACK ON BOARD, BUT IT'S STILL CONTINUING!! Was very oily & some of the fries were not fully cooked, normally that’s not the case with this KFC store. Also, took a long to deliver, a total of 40 mins from order to delivery.

Follows instructions properly and on time very good services.

The food tastes okay, but the service is terrible took at least 5mins just to take an order as it was obviously short staffed and 10 mins to get food, its a small branch with no self serve kiosks and no one at the tills, the atmosphere is hot and cramped.

My first order from this south harrow branch was good. Hence I placed a 2nd order a about a week later which was acceptable. Today I placed my third order & I feel this will be my last. The burger was Luke warm , the chicken so dry that it was stringy & looked as if it was put together in such a clumsy way that one would think it had been dropped. The fries were poor quality,it had a lot of skin on and areas where the potatoes would have turned black were not cut off. Very disappointing!!

South Harrow KFC Northolt Road is a scam place to go as only working exSriLankan or Indian workers on the counter and they don’t have a clue what we order & paid for. I nearly paid £15.00 and got home I just saw 3 pic chicken, small chips plus my extra order 6 wings.

There are 12 wings missing in my order.

Disgusted by the service and low quality of food when return the food and ask for fresh ones, was told by the server I want free food! What? I paid for my food and I just wanted fresh and not left over chicken as it was for my little ones. Was verbally assaulted by this person on the till, very aggressive and threatening behaviour. Asked for name and managers details they refused. This person should not be allowed to serve public as he isn't fit to do so.

Why do you continue to put the drink in with the hot food like a random chicken shop?

Portion size of the regular coleslaw and fries isn't good value for money.

I asked for no mayo in the chicken burger due to allergies. You put mayo in the burger !

Extremely disappointed with the entire order. Fries weren’t even warm let alone hot and my order notes were definitely not read at all. Didn’t receive any of the chicken pieces I requested which has not happened before. The only good thing about this order was the fast delivery. The courier gets 5 stars but the restaurant shouldn’t even get 1 star based on how awful their service is. Will not order from here again.

I ordered 2x fries and only received 1, also 2x garlic sauce and didn't receive those either. Would like my money refunded for these.

Food order was £35.97 total Charge. Billed 3 times the amount on my Barclaycard Note First order accepted by Rayners lane Kentucky Fried Chicken then advised could not make the order. Eventually delivered by South Harrow Branch

I had gone to the shop today as i have the KFC app on my phone. And it had said that i a free offer of two original chicken pieces, so i had gone to the shop to redeem the offer. The cashier scanned my QR code and asked me, "what do you want?" And i had said "i would like the offer." And then the cashier had told me that the app wasn't working and had said that this is a problem with the head office. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the same location when i want to redeem free of charge offers. This is strange as i have gone to other locations and would let me redeem my offer.

Speedy delivery. Chicken was hot, not greasy. Mostly acceptable portion sizes for the 14pc Sharing Bucket ordered (14 pieces).

I ordered my food at 7:10pm. It was supposed to be 15-30 minutes. I did not receive my food until 8:25 (Over an hour), and the food is stone cold. Have not enjoyed the meal one bit. The driver was also giving attitude when I answered the door. I would like a refund. Nothing about this experience or the food today was enjoyable.

Popped in for a takeaway for lunch, Boneless Meal Deal, currently £2.99 until early Feb. Not too busy, staff friendly. Store clean. Food was hot and fresh.

KFC South Harrow have upped their game as of late, second time I've asked for leg pieces in notes and they've given me leg pieces.
