absolutely rude manager over the phone shouting at me because he couldn't understand, he vwas son unprofessional, shouting and being very aggressive on the phone. How can you have a manager speaking like this to customers. he should not be working as a manager. I will be taking this complaint further and have my call recorded. never recommend to go there. Absolutely shocking customer service

I ordered a pizza over the phone with ok customer service. I sent my dad to pick it up and he witnessed a delivery driver enter the shop and put his finger (without gloves) in the pizza which they tried to give him (no remorse for this). Disgusting behaviour I will not be eating from here again, I can only imagine what else is going on that is unseen!

Awful service and food was delivered 40 minutes late. Called the branch twice, spoke with Danish who was indifferent. He advised food will be hot but it was not. Tried to go after delivery man but did not manage to catch up with him. The Pizza was cold ( we live 10-15 minutes from the branch). It tasted undercooked and I had to put it in the oven. Really awful experience and would never recommend

Called the branch twice, first time was cut off second time, was told how busy they were. Really unprofessional. Pizza got delivered and was COLD. we live 10 minutes from branch. One of the worst experiences I had with Sudbury Pizza hut. Ordered some pizzas for the party, the app said it will be delivered in 30 mins. I waited 1hr still didn’t receive the order, when called the store the employees are either confused and can’t give me any answers or they don’t pick up. Called like 10times and no answer at last I ended up with no pizza plus no refund. Never going to order from there anymore.

I've had pizza hut's pizza earlier as well from different outlet but this was the worst one, I would never recommend this outlet, I'm sorry I had to say this but the quality of pizza was not even up to mark also the box they gave me was also sticked with the sauce from outside by which my whole cloths were dirty

Service could be better, usually no staff on the front desk, sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes and shout to get someone's attention! BUT in general the quality of pizza is good.

this is by far one of the few best and original pizza huts left in the country! tastes as authentic as it did in the 90’s. uses original pizza hut ingredients and produces quality pizzas! every bite is nostalgic and takes you right back! always come here for collection or delivery even though there are closer huts nearby! never change your standards/management/ingredients pizza hut sudbury hill!

Shout out to Naveed, brilliant guy. Was accommodating to all our orders as there was some specific instruction. Very kind, ensuring we dont leave the shop without any queries. This is what I expect from all pizza joint, some level of hospitality and top level customer service. Because of him, I am definitely going to order my pizza from there. Taste is amazing! Service, see for yourself, and atmosphere I guess is lacking due to how small it is but can't blame it too much. Overall, this is my favourite pizza hut in my area, and way better than my closest pizza hut (Wembley High Road) because they don't do their pizza correctly and had terrible experience with them.

Poor customer service this is the second time it's happened. I called to ask someone to know about the meal deal which was different than online order and that person on the phone spoke too much rude and hang up the call while I was asking him about delivery.

Ordered via website but forgot a kids pizza, called them up and they added a margarita for free - the delivery was fast too, amazing service thank you so much!

I ordered Mac and cheese this evening and we didn’t get it delivered hence I reordered as my little girl really wanted this today after not wanting to eat anything for the past few days . On my reordering I added a note that I received no compensation for my recent evenings experience and I’m reordering half hour after my first order to then receive something entirely different again on reordering ! Call up the manager and instead of cancelling the order he just accepts the order and no Mac and cheese was sent for my daughter that evening from this particular branch . I’ve had previous bad experiences from the same branch but never complained . Day light robbing people !

Took over an hour to arrive from original order. No movement on app. So I couldn’t see what was happening. Called restaurant 3 times, each time I was told it was on the way be 5 mins. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy I spoke to told me he was the manager. Sorry but if you are you need some training! I could hear him laughing thinking it was funny. So unprofessional no apology. Shocking food arrived stone cold. And all just eat will do is give less than a third of the total amount back. So bad customer service from just eat too. Please avoid. I just wish I’d read the reviews first.

This branch never fails to satisfy me - fast delivery service and great tasting/quality food. Pushpa had delivered the food. This is my go-to pizza branch - for my cheat meal lol.

I have always received excellent customer service at this pizza hut branch in Sudbury Hill. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The food is freshly made and the team are clearly working hard so that orders can be ready in time.

Ordered online which was easy enough to do and was told via website delivery time was 18:15 - 18:25, we waited and watched the website but tracking wasnt available, then by 18:30 the website said delivered but this wasnt the case we check out side and down the street but no one to be seen, We call the greenford pizza huts they said there was traffic, but this can not be !! There is a 10-15min walk to the pizza hut and 5mins via car and the direction was off of main streets so what happened??? By 18:50 the pizza was delivered with the wrong drink order diet pepis not pepis max THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!! The pizza was ok nothing to write home about, From not on i will be ordering from the other well known pizza place just down the road Good bye pizza hut

A really big shout out to Mirza for excellent customer service and the way he handled with my complaint. I wish everyone listened to the customer like he did, he sorted the problem and apologised for something that had happened the day before, on a day he did not even work! Thank you Mirza once again.

After bad experience burnt pizza with tops pizza sudbury was not helpful. I decided to stick with my local pizza Hut,I live 2 minute away. Always comes hot, quailty toppings, dough is nice, very tasty, tasty cheese and genourous toppings. Drivers are friendly. One negative, please make sure driver responsible check dips or or the person dispatches the order, have had missing paid for dips in past.Been ordering here past 3years. Highly recommend.

It took them 2hours to arrive and when they did my food was stone cold couldn't even eat it and I didn't even get my full refund back, they said £17 refund I only got £5.. Absolutely disgraceful.

Collected from the Pizza Hut takeaway store on the Greenford road recently and I was served by Stewart. he was very helpful they didn’t have the garlic bread I asked for, but he made a tear & share with garlic and cheese and even took money off the bill which was super kind! I will definitely recommend this store!

Good service. Friendly staff. Staff member did me a deal on a large speciality pizza for £10. All in all a great experience. I will only visit the pizza hut delivery in sudbury Hill not greenford. At greenford the seem to be very unorganised and I don't trust them to put the customer first.

Never really disappointed with Pizza Hut. Unless the delivery is late and the food slightly cold. Other than that, always good quality!

The delivery is quick but what's the point when they can't even get a margaherita right. Ordered three pizzas from them the margaherita pizzas base was yellow underneath possibly due to excess oil so I called them up and fair enough they sent another one but what's the point the whole pizza had excess sauce and cheese topping making it soggy. Can't even be asked to call them again. Avoid wasting your money at this pizza hut branch because they frankly don't care about their customers or making your food to a high standard.
