Avoid this place. When I went, I got there 20 minutes after the opening time, but the doors were locked with one lady inside still setting up. She eventually opened the door and didn’t say anything to me, no ‘hello’ or to tell me to wait whilst she was still setting up. I stood at the front for 20 seconds before I asked her ‘are you still setting up’ she rudely said ‘yes’. I asked for the new chimichurri steak, and she didnt understand. After me saying it again, she proceeded to give me a basic meatball sub?? What kind of people do Subway employ?

Call subway at 21:47 & asked nicely that we need 5 subs, we ok to come in next 5 mins, we’re at South Harrow station, really staff on phone was not ready to serve & knowing this before hence I have called them, speaking in Gujarati, really management need to think regarding staff. Staff who serve me wasn’t professional and gave stupid choices when I told what I prefer to eat. Even the packing of the subway was a disaster, all messy as I could figure out from where do I start eating. Even the size of the bread and sauces wasn’t as per the photo standard available.

While traveling to the Netherlands, I stopped by Subway because there are no halal sandwiches available in the country . I was amused when the staff member named Muskan, advised me to take sachets instead of adding sauces while preparing the sandwich. Her compassion was evident, and I'll definitely visit her again once I'm back. Thanks!

It is the second time when I see a Indian lady opening the shop well after opening hours. Last time I had to wait 20 min after opening for her to set everything up. Cmon girl, if you are so slow make this effort and come to work early!

I tried asking them for a polite halfing the foot long and they said they cannot do it. I have been to 30 subways and trust me this branch has a bunch of non professional ppl Its Halal that's why i stopped

Went into subway South Harrow Ordered 6inch but ended up being 4inch and I asked for steak and cheese toasted Food was cold and the lady had put a tiny bit of steak in there didn’t even cover inside of the sandwich had a weird taste. Also asked for nachos with salsa and jalapeños the lady only put 3 jalapeños on the nachos don’t know why she was being tight with the food… never coming back

Although this place used to be the best restaurant to dine at, the recent price increase has been significant. Moreover, even the branch located in Northolt is not Halal anymore. During my visit to the restaurant, I requested the staff to convey my request to the management to make it Halal, as some of the other branches are Halal, but the staff member rudely denied that it could not be done. Although another nearby restaurant provides Halal food, the manager said that Subway refused to make it because the area is not Halal. I was pretty disappointed with the manager's response, and even the other staff members' customer service was not up to the mark. Therefore, I have given this restaurant a one-star rating. However, I must mention that other branches of this restaurant have excellent customer service, and the overall experience is pleasant. I hope the management can consider my feedback and find a way to make it work for everyone.

There was a lovely Indian lady behind the counter who served us. She was very professional and as I dined in I got to see how she dealt with all sorts of customers in a professional and prompt manner. The food was spot on - and she even offered to warm up our cookies for us!

I ordered 2 X footlong vegie delight from here today and it was a shame. Both the sandwich are no where worth money. It was not toasted as requested or even cut. It was made very bad. I only decided to give them 2 stars as last time I ordered few days ago and that was perfect. So, I guess this guy was new. Whatever the case I don't think I will ever use this subway again.

worst subways and unfortunatly it is my local. they never have bread eveb if you go theur first thi g when its open. they never have cookies. I was once refused to be served just 2 italuan cheese and herb becuase apparantly the worker wanted to save it for uber eats orders. today I was refused to buy 12 cookies becusse they didnt have none nor did they have any italian cheese so i said what about tiger bread they had 2 but apparantly where too hard to serve to customers!! the workers need to start doing their job properly its a simple fix if your half way done put a new batch i ive been to many subways all over london never had this issue and have order way more producys at one go. hayes i used to go first thing in the morning the bread was ready to serve cookies where fresh every time. but herenits a joke manager needs to deal with this its a complete shambles.

I buy from here often and the staff are always kind. The food is good. However, be mindful that in the evenings there tends to be only one staff member so if there is a queue be patient. It doesn't bother me, but have seen other customers make a fuss. I believe that is a result of Covid-19 so they are short-staffed. Regardless, I always have a good experience in this branch.

Certain staff members should not be working there. They can barely understand English. Their card machine also wasn't working, and the same staff member had not even heard of customers ordering through the subway app. He wasted a good 20 mins of my time having to call his manager but it's always great to have a cold sandwich

I got really bad food poisoning for 3 days now due to the dirty subway salad which had millions of flies on it ( even though i asked for the salad underneath). They should atleast try to cover the salad and onion with a seal when it's not in use but have left it open in the heat where there were millions of tiny flies on it. Nearky all my family who ate it immediately got sick right after having it too

Worse thamost Macdonalds branches. Service is slow and they make a point of shortchanging you on their drinks, which re never filled anywhere near to the top of the cup, I've never seen any branch do this to such an extreme. Also, they can't be bothered ti have working wifi, relying instead on the shopping centre's rubbish wifi, so you can never get a signal. Poor!

Absolutely rubbish customer service, firstly they get the order wrong, don’t even attempt to rectify, no apology and then we said they we will not be visiting them again and the response was ‘as you wish!’. Pinner is much much better - why you keep the manager in Stanmore I have no idea!!!
