The staff is too much bad. Papa John's staff doesn't even know how to talk to Rider. If a rider comes after 2 miles, your bag is not good, say that pizza is not served. If the rider is a friend, then they are such that they will leave him and come. Such behavior should not happen and I am not a rider, so I thought that this wrong thing should be raised.

Hello, Your staff in your restaurant is very bad. I am a delivery rider but I feel that I was treated badly and rudely. Your staff doesn't ask about delivery bags to people they know. But he asks people he doesn't know. Those people cannot do this. If those people do this, then it is said to be discriminating. Now if your staff do that then I will take action against them. So I just ask your restaurant boss or owner (don't teach managers and supervisors) please teach your staff how to behave and be respectful to others. There is no big or small here. Everyone is equal. If your staff respects the customer, why not with the rider? I am a professional business person who does not deliver every day. So please respect everyone. I hope you understand what happened to me. thank you

I am a delivery driver I just want to say for the rude staff they doing misbehaving with all delivery drivers when we go to the take the delivery so they always gives excuses like bring the hot bag and all even we bring hot bag then they force us to cancel the order just because there staff will be taken this order because there staff members want to do this delivery this is totally bad things to be honest. The staff doing Uber and Stuart delivery while the are working with Papa John's pizaa and when the Uber and Stuart rider go for order collection the staff force to the rider to cancel the delivery because their delivery staff took the order. Belmont circle papa Jones pizzas

Lots of 5 star reviews that are fake to raise their review stats. Rude, arrogant and liars...standard Indian business practice really. No one wears hair nets or washes their hands so Indian food hygiene standards too.

Rude staff with broken English that act like customer is pond scum for paying for their food. Topping portions on pizza very small, barely any toppings and staff take pride in being rude and not answering questions. Manager doesn't care as long as people buy this rubbish pizza.

I buy from Papa Johns 1-2 times a week but I usually go and collect it, I paid 3 Pounds extra for the large and got the small pizza, next time I will go and collect it myself, I paid 26 Pounds for a pizza small which if I collect it I pay 8 Pounds ... I understand that I pay more because I also pay the delivery but if I pay large it would be normal to receive large not small

Ordered delivery. The guy made it pick up without my consent. Pizza was 2 hours late, I call and they say it’s ready for pick up. After a long back and forth situation I was told I’ll be issued a refund. One month later, still no refund. This branch is such a mess. I will be contacting head office my self if the refund is not issued by the end of the month. Very rude and unprofessional. I have recorded conversations since they don’t seem to record it and give false information and promises. I had a horrible experience, never again will I order from them.

Brilliant customer service after a missed/stolen delivery I kindly received a replacement.

Today I got the Just eat delivery and I have to take from Papa johns (Belmont circle). As I got the delivery I was there within few minutes and was waiting for the food. one of your employee said that you have to carry pizza bag, I show him my bag and he denied to accept the same. However, I told him that this is my first order since morning So, my friend is coming just wait for a minute as he was at belmont circle itself. He went to system and rejected my order from Just eat system which was unacceptable and when I was trying to ask the reason they replied that we are not giving you the food and started misbehaving with me. I need your intervention in this matter. They are doing same kind of thing every time. Kindly take this matter as serious. Thank you

Pizza arrived cold so called the store to make a complaint. Got told by the manager that his "accurate" tracking data shows there were no delays and the food should have arrived hot. The tracking data on Papa Johns website showed the pizza had been sitting around in the store for 20mins going through "checking and cutting" followed by 15mins with the delivery driver. The manager refused to accept the food could be cold and said there was nothing he could do. When pushed he offered a replaced which would take a further 45mins to arrive as they use third party delivery. Appalling service and attitude from the manager, would not recommend ordering from this branch at all.

Hi there. I want to share one incident. I am working with Uber Eats. Today i came to the store for collection of my order. One of the employees ask for the delivery bag, so I brought the delivery bag which is thermal bag from Lidl brand. The employee denied that this bag is not acceptable.The bag was good enough in condition for the delivery of pizza. I have tried several times to understand, same time another employee came and misbehaved with me. So after i have cancelled the order.It wasn’t wasting of time and money.

My most hit pizza spot! Probably the best place around for fast food pizza, the quality is fresh and they always give extra sauces with a smile. Whenever I want pizza I don’t really think of elsewhere to be honest! Papa Johns, especially this branch is the one for me. I always collect by the way, pro tip!

Every time I order online it's just like making fun of me. If I add toppings like two kinds of cheese or meat, they use the same amount of each making it half half. Why do I pay extra for each toppings if I get 4 bits of chicken meat with extra 4 bits of beef of sausages? And never comes accurate with chosen toppings. Every time something missing. 2 hours ago I ordered 2 pizzas, tracking says it's delivered! Staff member said driver has been outside, thrn lied about calling me twice and leaving voicemail. Told me driver would return in 20 mins. Finally called and said he was half a mile up the road can we meet him there! Then saw him drive past returning to the store! Riah in store said she couldn't issue a refund and I will have to contact customer service! Can't use their customer service facility online as this store isn't listed in the drop-down menu! Absolutely furious! Very poor customer service and attitude!

I am still waiting for my pizza which ordered 1 and a hours ago. My children are starving with hunger. I tried to reach out over the phone, but it’s not been answered. This is not the first time that I’m experiencing this. In my experience the customer service is a clear indicator ❌of the behind seen process of a restaurant such as, preparation, handling and storage of food and raw materials. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Called the store as per their website to complain about a cold order I received, managed to speak to someone called ‘Kevin’ who had me on hold, and then tried to imply it was my fault as I didn’t get in touch last night, and then basically implied I was lying as he said ‘I’m not calling you a liar, but it is impossible for that order to have been cold’. Abysmal customer service, he even hung up the call and ignored any further calls I made. I had to call back off a different phone number to which he answered and was choking on his own words when I queried why he hung up. Initially he said the line dropped out, and then changed his story to he had to serve another customer. Seems strange that you would hang up on a customer who is complaining to serve another customer in store. This store clearly has no real managers or management in place, don’t waste your time contacting the store for a complaint or refund, contact head office direct and avoid wasting your time. Should be ashamed of themselves in this particular store, won’t be ordering again. Be interesting to see if their head office staff even check these reviews.

Ordered a pizza and garlic sticks for my elderly parents to treat my mum as its mothers day. It arrived cold and the garlic sticks were rock hard. On calling the manager, Tarun, he said he cannot round. I said I don't care about the refund, just deliver a proper set of food at which point he refused. He said get a voucher from head office and then reorder or pay again and reorder. Clearly not done his training properly. So meanwhile my parents have not eaten and starved tonight.

Head office need to read these reviews. Ordered pizza. It's cold and the garlic bread is brick hard. They will not send refund or reorder pizza. Manager is very rude.

Ordered for collection at 6:30pm. At 6:37pm I get a call saying it will take 20-30 minutes. I get there at 7pm. They say it will take another 15-20 minutes. I’m sitting waiting in the shop. They eventually give me my pizza at 7:45pm - and it’s cold. So my pizza is ready for collection 75 minutes after ordering, and it’s somehow cold. How is it possible that something can be that late, but also cold when it comes out? That suggests you had the pizza cooked sitting there for a while, whilst I was waiting in the shop? I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience. You could have given me a cold pizza faster, or a hot pizza late, but you gave me the worst of both worlds. I never normally write these scathing reviews but I’ve never been so disappointed in service like this.

Went to collect my pizza and was ignored for 5 full minutes. Asked for attention but was completely ignored. Eventually the delivery driver gave me my order. I was just disgusted with the service. Terrible service on multiple occasions with staff that don’t seem equip to communicate with customers.

We tried ordering over the phone and were asked to order online. We explained that we were having issues with ordering half and half online and our order is saved on our account. The lady on the line explained that they ate not taking orders on the phone as they are too busy and hung up. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

An infuriating experience of trying to order a specific deal over the phone. A poor understanding of English meant that the phone was passed around various employees, none of whom understood what I was saying before eventually being hung up on (twice) by the same female employee. Just ordered two XL pizzas from the Harrow branch in Kenton Lane. I know the Euro final is tonight but these pizzas were shockingly bad. Completely dry, not cooked properly and was like a pizza that you eat 3 days after putting in the microwave. There seems no way to claim compensation so I am very disappointed. Stay far from this place

Very poor, inedible pepperoni pizza, uncooked base, disgusting cheese and pepperoni that tasted like rubber without any flavouring, Had to bin it and the plain pizza could barely be eaten by our guest. After self investigation I came to realise his name was omayid by calling Edgware store. My advice is to the customers do not order from this store over the phone. Ordered pizzas online today and when no delivery after an hour called the store to inquire. Person on the line could not trace the order and not even willing to check the order number and rudely put the phone down. Money has been taken and no show of pizza.

I actually used to work at this PJ - so embarrassing to see how its turned out. No complaints regarding the food however the customer service is seriously so poor, very unhelpful and unprofessional. Friday evening I tried to order online but it didn't go through I then ring the store and told them the payment has been taken but order hasn't been processed, I ordered over the phone and now I'm being told to wait one week for a manager or 14 days. Two payments processed but only one order received. Continuously being messed around, I was first told to wait a few days to ensure the money has come out and then call them to process a refund and now being told something different. Staff members really mocking the fact that my money has been taken, they didn't know the customer service phone number or email address and could hear staff laughing in the background. I don't think its funny that during this pandemic I am having to chase nearly £30 worth of food I didn't get! I appreciate the website was down on Friday but to have to chase a few times for a refund is beyond me! They even forgot to bring my drink on Friday when I placed 2nd order!! Train your staff better!

Ordered in plenty of advance for a 1330 delivery. It came within 5 mins after the time thats no problem but i was very disappointed as both pizzas were cold. Which was a shame as i only live about 5 min away.

Delivery was fast and pizza was hot but that's where the good service ends. The pizzas were tasteless, they had hardly any tomato base on them, the dough is so dry and quite tough, the toppings were quite sparse and they have zero taste, how is that even possible with all the ingredients, it tastes of nothing? Incredibly rude staff. Items missing from our order, despite being reassured that they were in the bag when we specifically asked. When we phone the store we could hear the manager shouting and swearing in the background complaining about sending a driver out again, as if it’s our fault that they missed items from our order. They finally said they would send them out but couldn’t tell us when it would arrive, just told us at some point, so why even bother? Definitely work on your customer service. Definitely hire a manager with better people skills. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pedimos la pizza de pollo margarita, vegetariana y tandoori, la barra de pan de ajo, jalape o poppers y cuña de papa Hicimos una recolección, ya que el tiempo de espera era mucho tiempo, y no queríamos esperar tanto tiempo. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos dimos cuenta de que había 4 o 5 conductores allí, sin hacer nada. ¡No estaba seguro de por qué había tanto tiempo de espera! . Las pizzas son agradables y frescas, sin embargo, las coberturas eran mínimas, eran muy tacaños con las coberturas en todas las pizzerías, incluso faltaba la cantidad de queso necesaria para cubrir la salsa de tomate, así que no me impresionó demasiado con las pizzas. Very slow delivery ordered for 13:15 and they deliver me at 13:31 even though i have order well in advance online at 11am for delivery at 13:15 but they fail on deliver on time and argue about before me there is another order. I’ve ordered four pizzas and they were such a let down. There was no sauce on them, they felt like paper even with the toppings. It was just dough with toppings.... I don’t recommend ordering from this papa johns.

An awful experience today at #PapaJohnsUK Harrow Weald store(HA3 8RQ)😡 I am one of the regular customers of Papa John's.. as usual ordered 2 pizzas for collection as I am just 5 minutes away from this store... Once I went there to collect my order, the guy told me that driver by mistake took your order and we are calling him to bring it back arghhhhhh.. I had to wait 10 minutes for driver to come back... pickup my order n by the time I reached home pizzas gone cold... - ordered original crust pizzas but both pizzas were thin crust which me n my wife don't like at all - pizza edges were half cooked(photo attached) - pizzas were not tasting like usual #PapaJohnsUK pizza - while I was waiting there, I saw that people working in kitchen area were not even wearing gloves...how gross😡😡😡😡 (forgot to took photo) This incident perfectly spoiled our evening... thrown pizzas in bin n ordered food from anoter restaurent...

Food is ok but twice had terrible delivery service. Took over 2.5 hours the last time around and supposedly the driver was always just around the corner. If they are too busy they should just be honest and say they can’t cope.

First time had a poor service from PJP harrow weald. The driver delivered two large Pizza's which where squashed and half the toppings where stuck on the box. Pizza number two seemed have been dropped and placed back on the box. See images. After a phone call we received two fresh pizza's. I requested with the delivery driver for the manager to call me, I am still waiting for the branch manager to contact me. Custmer service is letting that store down. PJP your reputation for customer service has fallen massively. This is the last time I will ever use Kenton/Harrow Weald PJP.
