Very poor service. Ordered today 23/12/2024 @17:41. The person behind the phone cut the call on me while I was trying to explain that my order was incorrect. According to him pizzas were correct. Then that only means quality of pizzas have downgraded! There were absolutely no difference to thin and original crust pizza. This is my go to pizza and branch (thought it's been a while since dieting) so VERY DISAPPOINTED. Order from another branch

Tried the offer 12pounds any large pizza, is not 12 and is not large, minimum order is almost 14, but no cheap products to top up till 14, then delivery price.. I paid 18 pounds for a medium size pizza, cold and tasteless, no crust, definitely not buying again..what I've ordered and what I've got.. also Papa John's is saying fresh dough is used..I didn't get the fresh dough! I got a frozen dough cut by a machine-processed.

I ordered garden party and immediately called to the store about not adding Mushroom. Firstly, it took 10 minutes to receive my call and he started to give me bullshit excuses like just 1 person is working and we are super busy. When I told him please do not add mushroom he said it’s already done so we couldn’t do anything and if you have any problem call tomorrow in the morning so you will get my manager. His name is Mayank and he is so rude. I think he doesn’t not how to deal with customers. In addition, he used bad words.

Placed an order waited one hour to then have the order cancelled. Called to be advised they tried call multiple times which is a complete lie as not one miss call or text. Reason for cancellation was no drivers yet delivery was set up through uber and driver was allocated after an hour wait to collect. Checked number to ensure it’s the correct one which it is.. so lied about that.. said I would come and collect and response was they never made order. So how could they tell no driver was available if they never made the order in the first place. Why wait one hour on a Saturday to then cancel if you can’t complete the order for what ever bizarre reason just cancel straight away.. app showed it being backed, checked and waiting pick up So don’t know which story is a lie as none of the above makes sense to me. Sounds like they just couldn’t be assed to make my order and I have mug written on my forehead to wait over and hour. We order from Papa Johns on a regular basis.. Well this will no longer happen as may never turn up and so trust is completely broken.

Recently I had very bad experience with Belmont brach staff. Quality of pizza is not good and when I went to pick my order at a time staff behaved very rude while delivering. And it’s not enough they made laugh in between and make me uncomfortable also I was waiting too long. I never recommend any one to go to this shop.

BIG SPIDER IN MY PIZZA!- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH! I ordered a pizza and when I got home I found a large spider in it. I called the branch around 8 times but no one picked up. I decided to go to the branch and spoke to a staff member called Kenil. He said he has made the pizza himself and guarantees the spider didnt come from his branch but I had placed it there. There was no apology or acknowledgement and generally a lack of communication skills. I asked for a refund and he said he cannot do this through his till. I have emailed customer services and awaiting a response. Reading the previous reviews there are clearly hygiene and issues with kenils manner which never seem to be addressed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It was very bad experience with staff. There was a boy named kenil who literally drunk and misbehaved with customers, even pizza is literally dropped on surface by him still he put it in box. Totally bad behavior from staff.

There is a problem with your staff, brother, if we bring a small bag, they refuse and cancel the delivery. If he wanted a bag, then I brought it, then you have a problem, and even if I immediately brought another bag, he says that I will report it. He can handle and talk well and his nature is very bad and he is a troublemaker and very rude it's not good.

PAPA JONES PIZZA KENTON LANE it's very important issue He put his finger in his nose and then cut the pizza with his hand and saw the customer and the customer said that he asked to contact your manager but these people did not do anything and then those people started misbehaving with the customer. Omid took my phone call and was extremely polite, and caring. Very good staff!! UPDATE TOOK 3 HOURS AND THEN MY ORDER got cancelled!!! First driver stole my food, the second time they said they will prepare it and delivery then called the have no delivery driver. I said I will come collect he said I can’t. The food wasn’t even made in the first place. This is what happens when you hire people who don’t care about customers or anything. I love papa johns because of the special garlic sauce that’s why I always pick you guys. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff is too much bad. Papa John's staff doesn't even know how to talk to Rider. If a rider comes after 2 miles, your bag is not good, say that pizza is not served. If the rider is a friend, then they are such that they will leave him and come. Such behavior should not happen and I am not a rider, so I thought that this wrong thing should be raised.

I am a delivery driver I just want to say for the rude staff they doing misbehaving with all delivery drivers when we go to the take the delivery so they always gives excuses like bring the hot bag and all even we bring hot bag then they force us to cancel the order just because there staff will be taken this order because there staff members want to do this delivery this is totally bad things to be honest. Lots of 5 star reviews that are fake to raise their review stats. Rude, arrogant and liars...standard Indian business practice really. No one wears hair nets or washes their hands so Indian food hygiene standards too.

Rude staff with broken English that act like customer is pond scum for paying for their food. Topping portions on pizza very small, barely any toppings and staff take pride in being rude and not answering questions. Manager doesn't care as long as people buy this rubbish pizza.

I buy from Papa Johns 1-2 times a week but I usually go and collect it, I paid 3 Pounds extra for the large and got the small pizza, next time I will go and collect it myself, I paid 26 Pounds for a pizza small which if I collect it I pay 8 Pounds ... I understand that I pay more because I also pay the delivery but if I pay large it would be normal to receive large not small

Ordered delivery. The guy made it pick up without my consent. Pizza was 2 hours late, I call and they say it’s ready for pick up. After a long back and forth situation I was told I’ll be issued a refund. One month later, still no refund. This branch is such a mess. I will be contacting head office my self if the refund is not issued by the end of the month. Very rude and unprofessional. I have recorded conversations since they don’t seem to record it and give false information and promises. I had a horrible experience, never again will I order from them.

Today I got the Just eat delivery and I have to take from Papa johns (Belmont circle). As I got the delivery I was there within few minutes and was waiting for the food. one of your employee said that you have to carry pizza bag, I show him my bag and he denied to accept the same. However, I told him that this is my first order since morning So, my friend is coming just wait for a minute as he was at belmont circle itself. He went to system and rejected my order from Just eat system which was unacceptable and when I was trying to ask the reason they replied that we are not giving you the food and started misbehaving with me. I need your intervention in this matter. They are doing same kind of thing every time. Kindly take this matter as serious. Thank you

Pizza arrived cold so called the store to make a complaint. Got told by the manager that his "accurate" tracking data shows there were no delays and the food should have arrived hot. The tracking data on Papa Johns website showed the pizza had been sitting around in the store for 20mins going through "checking and cutting" followed by 15mins with the delivery driver. The manager refused to accept the food could be cold and said there was nothing he could do. When pushed he offered a replaced which would take a further 45mins to arrive as they use third party delivery. Appalling service and attitude from the manager, would not recommend ordering from this branch at all.

Hi there. I want to share one incident. I am working with Uber Eats. Today i came to the store for collection of my order. One of the employees ask for the delivery bag, so I brought the delivery bag which is thermal bag from Lidl brand. The employee denied that this bag is not acceptable.The bag was good enough in condition for the delivery of pizza. I have tried several times to understand, same time another employee came and misbehaved with me. So after i have cancelled the order.It wasn’t wasting of time and money.

My most hit pizza spot! Probably the best place around for fast food pizza, the quality is fresh and they always give extra sauces with a smile. Whenever I want pizza I don’t really think of elsewhere to be honest! Papa Johns, especially this branch is the one for me. I always collect by the way, pro tip!

Every time I order online it's just like making fun of me. If I add toppings like two kinds of cheese or meat, they use the same amount of each making it half half. Why do I pay extra for each toppings if I get 4 bits of chicken meat with extra 4 bits of beef of sausages? And never comes accurate with chosen toppings. Every time something missing. 2 hours ago I ordered 2 pizzas, tracking says it's delivered! Staff member said driver has been outside, thrn lied about calling me twice and leaving voicemail. Told me driver would return in 20 mins. Finally called and said he was half a mile up the road can we meet him there! Then saw him drive past returning to the store! Riah in store said she couldn't issue a refund and I will have to contact customer service! Can't use their customer service facility online as this store isn't listed in the drop-down menu! Absolutely furious! Very poor customer service and attitude!

I am still waiting for my pizza which ordered 1 and a hours ago. My children are starving with hunger. I tried to reach out over the phone, but it’s not been answered. This is not the first time that I’m experiencing this. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Called the store as per their website to complain about a cold order I received, managed to speak to someone called ‘Kevin’ who had me on hold, and then tried to imply it was my fault as I didn’t get in touch last night, and then basically implied I was lying as he said ‘I’m not calling you a liar, but it is impossible for that order to have been cold’. Abysmal customer service, he even hung up the call and ignored any further calls I made. I had to call back off a different phone number to which he answered and was choking on his own words when I queried why he hung up. Initially he said the line dropped out, and then changed his story to he had to serve another customer. Seems strange that you would hang up on a customer who is complaining to serve another customer in store. This store clearly has no real managers or management in place, don’t waste your time contacting the store for a complaint or refund, contact head office direct and avoid wasting your time. Should be ashamed of themselves in this particular store, won’t be ordering again. Be interesting to see if their head office staff even check these reviews.

Ordered a pizza and garlic sticks for my elderly parents to treat my mum as its mothers day. It arrived cold and the garlic sticks were rock hard. On calling the manager, Tarun, he said he cannot round. I said I don't care about the refund, just deliver a proper set of food at which point he refused. He said get a voucher from head office and then reorder or pay again and reorder. Clearly not done his training properly. So meanwhile my parents have not eaten and starved tonight.

Went to collect my pizza and was ignored for 5 full minutes. Asked for attention but was completely ignored. Eventually the delivery driver gave me my order. I was just disgusted with the service. Don't understand why I had to wait 5min for them to hand me something. Won't be ordering from this branch again. Pizza was obviously cold after. This branch should be closed. Ordered for collection at 6:30pm. At 6:37pm I get a call saying it will take 20-30 minutes. I get there at 7pm. They say it will take another 15-20 minutes. I’m sitting waiting in the shop. They eventually give me my pizza at 7:45pm - and it’s cold. So my pizza is ready for collection 75 minutes after ordering, and it’s somehow cold. How is it possible that something can be that late, but also cold when it comes out? That suggests you had the pizza cooked sitting there for a while, whilst I was waiting in the shop? I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience. You could have given me a cold pizza faster, or a hot pizza late, but you gave me the worst of both worlds. I never normally write these scathing reviews but I’ve never been so disappointed in service like this.

We tried ordering over the phone and were asked to order online. We explained that we were having issues with ordering half and half online and our order is saved on our account. The lady on the line explained that they ate not taking orders on the phone as they are too busy and hung up. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

An infuriating experience of trying to order a specific deal over the phone. A poor understanding of English meant that the phone was passed around various employees, none of whom understood what I was saying before eventually being hung up on (twice) by the same female employee. Just ordered two XL pizzas from the Harrow branch in Kenton Lane. I know the Euro final is tonight but these pizzas were shockingly bad. Completely dry, not cooked properly and was like a pizza that you eat 3 days after putting in the microwave. There seems no way to claim compensation so I am very disappointed. Stay far from this place

Very poor, inedible pepperoni pizza, uncooked base, disgusting cheese and pepperoni that tasted like rubber without any flavouring, Had to bin it and the plain pizza could barely be eaten by our guest. Expensive and going hungry tonight and hoping the Italian team plays better than the taste of their best know national dish!

My experience was upsetting. I ordered at 6:15 didn't get my pizza till 7:50. The food was cold and soggy and just horrible. I had tried calling 5 times as the tracker stated it had already been delivered at 7:14, and no one had answered. I do not reccomend!!!

First time I order from this store. I was surpised to see the staff speaking to me rudely. His English is terrible and not understandable. I tried to place order over the phone yesterday. I don't understand how papa John's one of the largest pizza chain in the world, hires unprofessional staff. When I asked for his name he lied and said Ifan. After self investigation I came to realise his name was omayid by calling Edgware store. My advice is to the customers do not order from this store over the phone. You will be approached by a unhonest person. Too much pizza sauce. Hardly any cheese.

I actually used to work at this PJ - so embarrassing to see how its turned out. No complaints regarding the food however the customer service is seriously so poor, very unhelpful and unprofessional. Friday evening I tried to order online but it didn't go through I then ring the store and told them the payment has been taken but order hasn't been processed, I ordered over the phone and now I'm being told to wait one week for a manager or 14 days. Two payments processed but only one order received. Continuously being messed around, I was first told to wait a few days to ensure the money has come out and then call them to process a refund and now being told something different. Staff members really mocking the fact that my money has been taken, they didn't know the customer service phone number or email address and could hear staff laughing in the background. I don't think its funny that during this pandemic I am having to chase nearly £30 worth of food I didn't get! I appreciate the website was down on Friday but to have to chase a few times for a refund is beyond me! They even forgot to bring my drink on Friday when I placed 2nd order!! Train your staff better!

My boyfriend just order from them a large pizza and some wings and he pays £29.79 almost £30 for a small pizza and 6 small wings, wich is ridiculous!! When he call them , they said this is the price . I will never again order from them .

Ordered in plenty of advance for a 1330 delivery. It came within 5 mins after the time thats no problem but i was very disappointed as both pizzas were cold. Which was a shame as i only live about 5 min away.

Cinnamon scrolls are gooooood! , but all the sides taste like Iceland oven goods and the pizza and sides were all cold when they arrived. Plus the pizza itself is just OK and they are SO STINGY with toppings it was insane. About 2 toppings per slice...... joke. Still dominos for me

Pizzas were fluffy and hot with a good range of toppings. They came fast and I received very good service. Got the wrong size pizza but management sent an entire pizza absolutely free within half an hour. Winning!
