Natraj in Harrow

Do not order from here. The worst service especially from Shubham. I asked for no onion and garlic and was assured of this and now I am being blamed for not making it clear. I remember mentioning this fact many times. The worst thing I have been asked to order again from them. NEVER EVER WILL THIS HAPPEN. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Since this new management team has been in great food and service always. Jay Shah who serves me regularly on the weekends is excellent in his customer service skills and the food is always fresh and tasty. Well done to you all especially Jay who is great at what he does with regard to the customers needs and requirements

The food was tasteless hair found in Paneer curry and sweet was stale (halwa) fuli gathia was in pack container was soft rather than crispy and crunchie I will not buy again

We had ordered dosa and noodles for our daughter. After 30 mins wait dosa wasnt prepared as staff said chef broke it by mistake and despite asking for less spice, noodles were full of chillie which upon request they agreed to change. However after 5 mins they came back by washing noodles in water and putting ketchup which tasted really bad. We left without eating and paying the bill. Avoid totally!

I usually visit the shop in Northolt but this was so lovely as you can sit down as well as take away. Chillie paneer was lovely and the young women serving was friendly and helpful. Will come again!!

Been to this shop on multiple occasions, the woman who works there never serves me, ignores that I'm there & serves all Indian people before. I would not recommend going to this place if you are not Indian. The staff are rude. Will definitely not be going back.

Woman in there is very rude and unhelpful. I was waiting to be served and she serves people who come in after me like she ALWAYS DOES!!! I’m a paying customer and she is CONSTANTLY rude.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have been customers of yours for a very long time and sadly have recently had some awful experiences here. There are new staff and new management and they are very rude and unhelpful. Previously staff have been accommodating and the standard has really dropped recently. Sadly we will not be coming back.

Had a lovely veg meal yde. it was served hot, that helped given that the weather outside was really cold. Kids loved the chole puri too . will definitely go back

Bought some sweet meats and Bombay mix. Thought the young man weighing it was being fastidious. I wasn’t able to see the weight because it only showed on the one side. All I could see is the blank back. Told him I could not see how he was weighing it and not sure if I wanted more or less. He just ignored me and carried on. Because the que was so long I decided not to order anymore and when I get home I will weigh it. So being overcharged I weighed each package and they were all underweight and each were different. Be warned, Natraj is no longer as good as it used to be with friendly service that we used to get from the ladies.

We have had them to do our Gujarati and Punjabi catering for many events in past 4-5 years. The taste and quality is top class each time. Their jalebis are out of this world. Highly recommend

A nice little find in South Harrow very fresh and clean place for pure vegatrain foods, I generally buy from at least once away.

We went here for some tasty snacks, known about this place through recommendations but never got round to it. Well I’m glad we went as it was a clean and welcoming establishment. They had a lot of samples for display and there is a great variety of snack as and main meals as well as the traditional sweets. The food is cooked fresh and piping hot when ordered. I would recommend this restaurant for pure vegetarian food

I love their samosas. Cooked on premises it is always fresh and very tasty. The variety is very good with number of sweet options. Reasonably priced. Good value snacks. In short we get quality with taste. Pure vegetatian.

Natraj has become one of our favourite takeaway food joint in Rayners Lane area. We have tried several snacks, curries, paratha and sweets. All items are good. Freshly prepared Masala tea is also good. It is primarily a take away restaurant and has limited seating for inside dining. Staff is friendly.

Very tempting, freshly prepared vegetarian snacks on display as well as take away meals. Wide variety of savoury and sweet items. Also special Gujarati dishes. Usually get some when family, friends visiting as though tasty and tempting they are, majority of items are fried and / or full of sugar and not what I can afford to eat! Guess ok for treats or festivals and special occasions.Located on the local high street busy spot, customers are usually queuing at busy times so a popular shop.

Bateta vada and samosas are delicious and really taste. Only samosas were not hot it very cold . Overall good food they need to improve to serve hot.

Really tasty vegetarian food for good value! Bhel puri is especailyl good and its a really cheap lunch

Would not recommend. Very rude staff and clearly customer service is not a concept they are familiar with. Will never visit again.

Yesterday (Christmas eve) my auntie went to natraj in South Harrow in order to pick up food for my grand parents who are aged 80+. When ordering the food, she requested for additional aubergines to be added. The staff obliged to this request. However the manager then decided too take it upon herself too intervene in this sale and remove all the aubergine from the order. Following this she then swore and shouted at my mother to the point where she became emotional and walked out of the shop with tears in her eyes feeling extremely upset and angry with what had happened. I feel the need to share this experience as no one should go into a shop and be made to leave in tears due to the request of the addition of one aubergine. The service is disgraceful, what makes this even worse is that the lady (Anu) who owns the store was the one who was screaming, shouting and swearing at my mother. When my cousin went back in to address the issue and speak to the owner, she refused to come down to speak to me and instead left her staff to deal with him - this is how little she cared for the way she had treated my ayntie. I am furious with Natraj for this and will NEVER BE ENTERING THIS STORE OR ANY OTHERS EVER AGAIN! I highly recommend that no one bothers wasting their time with this place.

This is a family must - always go here for our savouries and sweets. Highly recoomend the take hot food which varies from day to day and includes rice, lentils, vegetable dishes and Indian bread. Love their somosas and all else. I qalways get very good service too from the lovely ladies.
