Fabulous food and the service by the waiter Jaydeep was great, he was so attentive and keen to make sure our dishes were delivered in the right order. Unfortunately the football came on during our meal and the volume was far tooo loud!!! Please keep the volume down

5* was a great experience and great food

The experience and atmosphere was second to none. From the time we entered the venue with a small group of friends we were instantly made to feel like we were members of a privileged, and elite establishment. All the staff were totally attentive and very welcoming. In fact a particular member of the service team, Hiral was completely ‘on point’ with respects to service and care for our orders. Big thankyou and would definitely be attended this venue again be it for a football match or dinner with the family.

Food is just really good here. A really nice place to go with your family and friends.

I have been a regular customer at the Cardamom Club for years and they never fail to disappoint. The food is super tasty, the drinks are yummy (I would highly recommend the Lychee Rose Martini) and the service is great. The restaurant was so busy, however, Hiral was super attentive and always smiling. She always checked in to see if everything was okay.

We had an amazing anniversary meal here. Highly recommend it! We called in to make a reservation and Omkar on the phone was also very helpful in accomodate our special requests. Our server, Nisha, was very attentive to our needs and our needs were catered to fantastically!! You are a true legend Nisha!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Do not risk your health I ordered The butter chicken on uber eats and immediately after I felt extremely unwell and nausea I violently threw up on the floor 10 mins after eating their food I had to call 111 because I am EXTREMELY unwell I hope they get shut down on uber eats because their food is CONTAMINATED!!

Nisha, our host was very friendly , prompt and efficient in our order handling. Everything on the customer service was great from the welcome host until we left the building. Could improve a bit on the food. Nothing unique compared to food at other restaurants.

We had a baby shower function in this vanue and the atmosphere was nice. Food was so delicious and fresh specially we loved all the starters crispy bhajiya, samosa chat and paneer chilli. Staff also very polite and they served with smiley faces. Specially Shweta was very polite. Thank you for amazing experience.

Called the restaurant around 10:45 to make sure we could come in for food as one of the group was wearing sportswear, got told it was fine as long as we came before 11:00, got there before as we live round the corner and got refused by the doorman and got told they shouldn’t of said what they should and got turned away Would of stayed at home if they hadn’t agreed we could come in over the phone

This has been my local for over a decade and after yesterday, I will not be returning nor recommending it to anyone. Portions are terrible, inconsistent, come out cold, staff are too busy having "fun" rather than being attentive. 1 out of the 5 starters was edible, the rest was not worth the time we waited or price. It's a shame The Cardamom Club is going down hill, we've held many events and gatherings here over the past decade, but it's time to find an establishment that values their longtime customers and are trying to improve, innovate and atleast be consistent with their portion size, quality and flavours. Some places are not worth spending your hard earned money at, and The Cardamom Club is a prime example, it's simply not worth the disappointment.

We came to the restaurant as a party of 14. Both Hiral and Nisha were great and took care of us promptly. All the staff were extra generous and could not fault this visit. The food was great and would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Shifa gave us a wonderful experience tonight for our Mother’s Day dinner. She was fast, efficient and provided excellent service. I also liked how she displayed some personality to go along with her professionalism.

Really nice place, nice people, and the food is great. Service is a bit slow, but the food was great. Ask them to remove the service charged as kids were waiting on deserts, but we were waiting forever, so we left. Bar, that food was great atmosphere was great. Went for mother's day today and service from Heeral was really great. Food was prompt and tasted great 👍🏾 and the owner even came by to check on us.

Bad food. I had a Chana curry type dish. Specifically asked for mild. I had cut chilli in the curry Very noisy environment Poor service For the money I spent for vegetarian food it is a waste of money and time.

Nisha was amazing and gave great service. I am a returning customer and have always been pleased with the service. We have a special diet and they do their best to cater for us but the food today was not as good as previously. The atmosphere is great but if you need a quiet night, this is certainly not the place.

I had a great experience at The Cardamom club ! The food was flavorful and authentic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I loved the samosas, butter chicken, and lamb biryani everything was perfectly cooked and well-spiced. The service was friendly and attentive, and they even adjusted the spice level to my liking. The gulab jamun dessert was a sweet and delicious way to end the meal. Overall, a fantastic spot for Indian food! I’ll definitely be back.

They said, uber delivery guys have to wait outside after evening, because they don’t want delivery drivers to go inside to pick up the order. Shame on you guys(owner) & employees. You don’t want the people who actually delivers your food to your customer
