Cool place to spend a few hours with friends and have a chat over a lovely cold beer. This place has got lots of space.

Me and a friend was harassed by the rude owner after having spent 1,5 hours at his pub and having bought 2 pints and to cokes right as the football match we came to watch, had started. As it was a calm Sunday we decided to take a small break from ordering more drinks (having already payed for drinks earlier) and as we sat down at the table indoor the grumpy rude owner started eyeballing us and passive aggressively badmouthing us. We calmly confronted him with the fact that we prior to his arrival had been drinking in the pub, sitting outside. The rude owner didn’t believe us and got the kind female bartender to tell us of, that only paying customers could watch the footy. She then recognised us and told the owner. We tried to show him our receipts but the old man didn’t care and told me that it didn’t matter and we had to keep buying drinks in order to watch the game (euro qualifiers Denmark v Finland, and the pub was nowhere busy or full) He told me that there was a rule that you had to buy drinks every 30 minutes in order to watch the game. I was in shock and felt very uncomfortable and he ended up kicking us out. The sweet female bartender, was very kind as she followed us out of the pub and apologised for her boss’s behaviour but that she couldn’t do anything as he’s was not very nice to anyone, not only us. Worst treatment I’ve ever received in any pub what so ever. (The staff was very kind but the owner really was a massive idiot)

Quite possibly the best night out I've had in a long time. Good simple food to start. Great comedy. Then fun music from the 70s and 80s and 90s to finish. Highly recommend.

The decor very basic but the food is very good no alcohol sold but you can brim your own beer or wine. I enjoyed the food a d service wzs good

I ate their wings 30 minutes later I started throwing up STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE staff are extremely rude too

Encontré comida callejera Mandala en el festival Poole Harbour. El tazón de Nirvana con algunas albóndigas de cerdo y puerro fue la mejor comida que encontré durante el fin de semana; buen tamaño de la porción, gran condimento, fabuloso sabor servido por gente amable a un precio razonable. La salsa de garbanzos fue lo más destacado, gracias por estimular algunas papilas gustativas!

We were the only customers and we were seated for a quite time only to realise our order was forgotted. In addition, rise is not included to the dishes and would have cost 4 euros extra. Also prices in the window are much lower than in the actual menu.

I was a bit unsure as the reviews were mixed. Please don’t be put off. This is a beautiful building. It has much interest and charm. If your young it’s in area of cool bars. It was not however noisy at night. The room is great and free water in fridge appreciated nice free toiletries and robes help the spa experience. I loved the spa and so easy to access till 11.00pm. I have recently had surgery to my face and biopsy and I could safely sit my feet in and keep the wound dry. All being well I cannot wait to return and use it fully. The temperature of the pool is lovely. Also spa, steam room etc. Linked to the facial surgery which I was of course self conscious about and needed to drink with a straw they got me straws and ice and I created an iced chilled coffee. As a coffee fan. It was a treat. As I could not have hiot drinks near the surgery site. The service was lovely and Andy in the restaurant gave us a personal tour of the rooftop. For photos. It would be good to return and try the cinema and boiling alley. I can’t forget the cells etc as they make fun photos! The bar area was lovely too with lots of lovely places to sit and nice wine and service. Just such a lovely, fun treat. I will recall wandering round the hotel with my youngest daughter having fun and actually a challenging time I unexpectedly had the surgery Monday and nearly cancelled the trip as I was uncomfortable and self conscious given I had a visible dressing on my face. I am glad I didn’t cancel as we go to West End live every year. This was such a lovely experience. It’s a shame it didn’t have a room Saturday and the more expensive hotel we went to after was not half as positive. Credit it were it is due absolutely lovely experience. Ps forgot to say breakfast was fab!

El título no es una hipérbole. Estuve entre reuniones y entré con algunos colegas, tomé un café inmediatamente y antes de que mis colegas vinieran, el gerente / propietario vino y nos criticó por no pedir suficientes bebidas / alimentos. Habíamos estado allí por menos de 10 minutos. Era extremadamente condescendiente e impersonal. No recomendaría que sea una pena que haya estado viniendo allí durante los últimos años.

Utilizan materiales desechables / cuencos / utensilios, etc. El ramen no era ramen real sino udon. La mayoría de los alimentos no se hacen frescos, pero cobran precios muy caros. Estaba esperando una buena comida japonesa. Muy decepcionado.

Fui allí el viernes con la intención de tomar un cóctel, pero resultó ser muy difícil. El lugar anuncia constantemente bebidas pero nunca tiene los ingredientes para ninguna de ellas. Es difícil obtener servicio, y el personal claramente no tiene ganas de hacer cócteles. La música en el interior es extremadamente alta, y el lugar es poco atractivo.

Horrible servicio, trataron de duplicar mi precio porque pensaron que estaba borracho. Entonces la hamburguesa no tenía salsa y tuve que pedirla. El guardia de seguridad tomó mi asiento de debajo de mí mientras estaba sentado. Definitivamente nunca volverá de nuevo.

Mi marido y yo tuvimos un tiempo encantador en el spa Courthouse Hotel, así que pensamos en probar el bar de la cárcel para la cena. Gran error. El lugar estaba completamente vacío cuando entramos, probablemente debería haberlo tomado como una señal. Mi marido pidió la cerveza - bacalao rebozado con patatas fritas, y nos quedamos honestamente sorprendidos cuando salió quemado. Se lo mencionamos al gerente, pero él solo dijo que estaba “bien hecho”. Las patatas estaban bien, pero el pescado era horrible. Por el lado bueno, mi bocadillo de dedo de pez eglefino era bastante bueno. Aún así, no es suficiente para compensar el resto. Pruébalo si te sientes afortunado... pero no volveremos. Solo nos dieron un 20% de descuento en la cuenta ... 🤨 y nos ofrecieron bebidas gratis (café y agua caliente y limón) por la encantadora supervisora del bar Angela . . de ahí por qué lo calificó 2 . 5 debido a su profesionalidad de 5 estrellas.
