I’m so happy to have a wonderful Costa near me with welcoming staff especially halil and Maria , she is very helpful and is always so sweet every time I go. She also remembers my order everytime!

the shop gave me 2 tiny pieces of chicken & 2 bags of chips + the drinks. I paid £14.30 for 2 X chicken & chips as confirmed on the delivery slip. I realised it was not right before the delivery driver left & he said I would just have to take it up with the shop. I tried phoning but got a very useless message. I went to the shop & the guy behind the counter took my slip, looked at the till & said it wasn't his order number. This is clearly not the case, he lied to me saying he didn't send it out, I pointed out the delivery driver was standing there beside me waiting for the next order & he also tried to tell me he delivered from a different shop. I see delivery drivers waiting outside various food outlets all the time & I know they go to the same shop. I have been defrauded, I am extremely unhappy with the service & will not be using any of your services at any point in the future. I shall also investigate complaining to Just Eat and the local council. Yours Ann Chilvers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It doesn’t exist anymore but they’re still taking orders online and saying that they’re open. It doesn’t exist and when you try to contact them it doesn’t go through either. I made an order online and paid 50£ and when I went to the address I was told to pick it up it didn’t exist.

Absolutely disgusted by the food i recieved today i had so many hair inside my burger and i still didnt wanna cause any trouble with the boss man arround people but i felt sick all day and have been vomiting

Quantity over quality A lot of food for your money,unfortunately the chicken doner was very bland.and the chips and meat was a pile of grease by the time we got it home in 10 minutes.on the upside the lamb doner was ok

Since new ownership outstanding food. Great service and reasonably priced. Fish was moist , fillets good size with light batter. Southern fried potatos a must , if you havent had them. Chips lovely too. Friendly service and very clean shop , which shows pride in what the staff are doing. Will always buy from here even if I have to wait a little.

The most consistently bad McDonalds. I live right next to it so sometimes I’m tempted to visit this branch and every time I’m reminded why I don’t. Food is always cold, half cooked, chips burnt and or drowned in so much salt they’re inedible. Please get new people in the kitchen
