My 5 stars comes purely from Nick. He is an absolute legend. He is so kind and always makes me feel welcome. He is a big asset to this boozer.

Been going to the Honeymoon since I was a child in the 70’s and have been a good customer over the years. Sadly, the food has now deteriorated to a point where I’ve just had my last ever meal there. Here was tonight’s experience: Crispy duck - dry, tough, with poorly prepared vegetables. Pancake roll and chicken balls - opaque and literally dripping in oil, and when I say dripping, I mean, dripping. Chicken curry - rubbery, water pumped, cheap chicken, reminiscent of the texture of mushroom, definitely not chicken breast. Everything else, including rice, utterly tasteless.

Had a family meal here...3 generations! Was really good food and we were selecting from the lunchtime menu. We all left very satisfied with everything, including the bill!. Really good value for money all round. 😊
