Costa Coffee in Enfield

my coffee was spilled in the bag and lid opened

I was at this costa on Sunday. I paid for a Gingerbread latte. it's very annoying when costa staff make coffee in paper cups for their own convenience, they don't have to wash the cups. for me this is cheating the customer, when I go to a cafe I want the coffee advertised on the poster, the one I received had nothing to do with this coffee, only the price

No way of stiring as they failed to put a stir stick in and forgot the sugar so one drink was wasted

Asking for a caramel latte and the give me a hot choco???

food was delivered they were missing the tuna panini so wrote a note and gave a mozzarella one instead, they are the same price although I was sad there wasn't what I ordered but they did the correct thing

Was vile! Neither of my drinks tasted very nice one tasted like soup which was hot chocolate and the other was undrinkable which was coffee

Visiting one of my local branches of Costa Coffee in London. I've had a stressful morning and decided to come here to relax and have my favourite Hot Chocolate. Don't like the taste of what they serve at Pret and Starbucks. I've been to Costa Coffee around the UK and also in Lahore (Pakistan), Marakesh (Morocco) and Dubai (UAE). 95% of the time I've got the same quality and taste that I'm accustomed to. Admittedly, 5% of time I've been served mostly by staff still under training. The worst Hot Chocolate I've had was at Costa Coffee in Thorpe Park. The trainee made the Hot Chocolate using water instead of milk.

Stopped in Edmonton green Costa for a pint stop while out shopping with my Mother. Zori (I hope I got her name correct) was brilliant, polite, kind, professional and gave us such a lovely welcome. I will be writing to Costa to express my opinion as I don't believe the staff get the recognition they deserve.. I will definitely be going back as it really brightened up our day. To Zori and the staff, Thanks again for a lovely experience..

Came into costa today around 6-6:15pm, asked for a frappe and they said no iced drinks even though they were closing in more than an hour

The delivery driver arrived early and was very patient with me when he knocked/ rang the doorbell as I didn’t hear it.

Missing item and another wrong item also added a note and not done

Staff very welcoming they made our coffee exactly how we asked, Noby was exceptionally attentive and polite. The Store was also very clean

The coffee cup is empty and spilled over the food, and the bottle of coke missing!

Coffee not as I asked at all. Mint syrup? Instead of caramel? Seriously?

This is the place where we always go with my family to drink our coffee, thank you to the warm and friendly staff, it is a nice branch, the staff are very respectful, they make us feel valued every time we go, especially Emre and his managers, thank you Costa.

Sadly, on this occasion poor service. Not only did they not hve what I ordered they send something I don't eat and was cold. My contact no on receipt is not mine 😡

This place I was love but now I Don because today I meet very unlikely staff there I order to derinke in he put takeaway cups than I asked please if possible doing in I order in I don't like paper cups he said no we don't have it and staff taking same language like this staff not be here ..I very hungry guys I never seen staff in Costa before They're very friendly and flexible staff ifven when we go there they no it what we drinking.

Service is totally unprofessional , behaviour , rudeness. The tables didn’t be cleaned more then a hours when I asked they said short staf we can’t do it. I never think i will be served unprofessional ppl in costa. So bad reputation for costa coffee branches.

Great food, great Service, I've been here since I was young. Also, this was the 2nd time I had B-days in here and I turned 19 years old. The first time was at Waltham Cross.

This place is unlike like any other Costa I have been to, not in a good way. I ordered a coffee to have in but was given it in a takeaway cup. When I asked for a proper cup I was told they don't have any?? The coffee was poor - you will see from the photo that it clearly isnt a cortado, more like instant nescafe you would make at home. To top it all off, the staff decided to play loud Turkish music - I know this is in Edmonton but come on. I have no idea how Costa is allowing their name to be attached to this place

Today, I bought coffee around 14:45, and the male employee there spoke to me in a derogatory manner. Doesn't Costa Coffee teach its employees how to treat customers? He humiliated me in front of everyone just because I bought too many napkins. What a shame, Costa Coffee, who talked about 3 napkins and became very simple now. to you

Smokers at tables outside despite no smoking notices, not evidently enforced by staff, put me off visiting. This also inside a no smoking shopping centre.

I like the coffee here but sadly the iced coffee isn’t that good. Off course I’m comparing it to iced coffee in Taiwan which is fantastic so I guess I’m not being fair. It’s a busy coffee shop as well and takes a while to get served. But the customer service is decent enough.

It’s Costa in the Green, it’s spacious if you want to unwind and relax with various comfy chairs, it’s clean with pleasant decor. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, with loads of choice regarding the drinks, I choose cappuccino, there is an amazing choice of snacks and cakes, I love the lemon muffin

I received the wrong order- instead of a brownie I received two snack cocoa wafers.??!!

Drove to there after a long journey from Wales and was told "we have no coffee" and they were shutting at 6:15 ....45 minutes before 7pm..... very disappointed.

WORST branch to ever exist. It is rundown and I used to work there to be surprising fired because I’m BLACK This place is unhygienic and the worst place to visit and has to be shut down immediately, I hope health and safety department visit this place because this does not deserve it’s stars rating and they don’t care about their customers and it’s a whole mess. Ordered a coffee and a sandwich. When rider arrived and opened his bag, there was coffee allover. The paperbag was all wet and had dissolved from the coffee which also spilled on my sandwich. It's not the rider's fault, the person packaging my order simply through the coffee cup into the bag without a cup holder. So I received an empty cup and a coffee soaked sandwich. Horrendous.

I was a customer for last four years and I loved it here. But unfortunately last couple of months after complete change of stuff it’s absolutely horrible. Stuff is rude slow and unmotivated. Not coming back here anymore

Stuff very very slow need more stuff that don't just diaper after 1 order when others are still waiting they are also lazy taking alot of time with orders aswell I've seen people get so sick and tried of waiting upto 10 mins just to get served

Sure they are under staffed(it happens), the card machine now works. However the staff is lovely. Been coming here for years and never had any altercations with any of them. These 1 star reviews are impatient people who can’t wait 5-10 min during morning rush hour. I little bit of understanding goes a long way. 🙏

This must be the worst Costa in London! 0% customer service or care the staff literally don't know what they are doing, don't expect to be served with any urgency or care you be waiting for long time to be greeted with someone that probably will get your order wrong or take another 10 mins to make 1 drink and ask for money without telling you the total! (The latter 2 I personally experienced) Fix up or close this branch down - what a joke!!

Unfortunately, the service in this Costa is the worst I have experienced (in any coffee shop) but it definitely isn’t the usual Costa standard. On my most recent visit (September 2022) they were out of nearly every drink (iced teas, coolers, 3/4 of the menu). I have been here on several occasions and the service gets worse with every visit. The queue often passes the door and the staff do not care. The rest rooms have been “out of service” for a long time too. It is understaffed and the more “experienced” barista is extremely rude. Even ordering ahead of time for click & collect is pointless as they don’t even make it because they claim they are too busy. Costa need to look at finding new management for this branch immediately if they don’t want it completely run down. Service - 1/5 Food - 4/5 Ambience - 1/5 Cost - 4/5

I visit this Costa branch somewhat regularly. Sadly, the staff often seem under pressure and under staffed, leading to mistakes. They’ve never been rude to me though. In my experience, there can be long waits. Sometimes equipment isn’t working, such as the dishwasher. Costa food and drinks, although expensive, are very tasty.

Slow service, understaffed, messy tables and a stressful experience. I visited same Costa coffee today as thought I was harsh on my previous visit however after additional visit I've taken away a star as experience was far worse. The major complaint being that I attempted to use the disabled toilet and my noise was assaulted with the strong smell of urine,toilet papers were all over the floor and visable dirt was on all surfaces,when I reported this to whom I assume was the manager, he mearly shrugged his shoulders and continued his conversation with another member of staff. Shocking behaviour and appalling, beyond poor service and facilities. Will be reporting directly to Costa Coffee head quarters.

On eof the worst Costa branches. They continue to amaze me how careless staff are. They prepare their drinks carelessly always. Today on my visit staff is laughing continuously on customes orders which annoyed alot of customers. Half filled cups always no matter who is the person preparing the drink. Always new staff members who don't have a clue on how treat people.

First time just eat customer, long time Costa customer- just as good and the delivery guy was very professional and prompt. Bap was hot and so was the coffee. Thank you!

I’ve been getting coffee from here for years The staff is rude and coffee is so bad Unless you get an espresso every other coffee is never how is supposed to be, the same milk gets boiled so many times I would never recommend this place

Lately the staff has changed. New staff don’t have a clue how to make coffee or serve a proper food. When I complained they were extremely rude. I won’t visit again this place. Wouldn’t recommend

The customer service is great. Lovely workers although they never have any of the items that I want on the menu. they are always out of stock, eg. Mango, frappe, oat milk which has become a regular thing.

Awful experience here. I’m a regular and came for a quick lunch with my grandmother after taking her to the hospital (this was visible as she had both her arms in casts). I ordered a vegan biscoff cake, and due to the pyrex between the till and myself (a COVID measure, I assume), the cashier, who was actually very lovely, misunderstood my order and I received a biscoff rocky road. I informed the runner (her name is Aleksandra) of this without even touching the rocky road, and asked if she could change it. She proceeded to slam it towards me and refuse. I said that I am vegan and could not eat that, and she asked me to point out what I wanted, so I did, and she refused again to give it to me, started shrieking at the cashier not to give it to me either, and slammed more food items down. Why she would ask me what I wanted not to give it to me I’m not sure- it was unnecessary, time consuming on both our parts, and cruel. Upon leaving, my grandmother (clearly elderly and unwell) confronted her about this to due to the fact that I have anxiety and the shouting had triggered my symptoms: I started shaking and shallow breathing, which lasts a few hours for me when I am set off and makes menial tasks very difficult to carry out. She received the same shouting response from nasty Aleksandra. She told my grandmother that I had ‘changed my mind’ and that that was my fault… I had not. It was a misunderstanding as there are two biscoff items on the menu, and I had been very polite about it (again, I have an anxiety disorder and really could not have confronted her loudly or disrespectfully if I tried). How she would disrespect a visibly disabled and older customer is beyond me. This woman clearly should not be working in customer service. Treating any customer like this is inhumane, and staff should be able to be accommodating and welcome to customers with both visible and invisible disabilities, like myself and my grandmother. You have lost my custom unless this can be resolved, in fact, I fear re-entering in case I am triggered once more and have to spend the rest of the day shaking. Please sanction Aleksandra!
