Not worth a 1 star. Absolutely bad service from when we walked in. Staff that serve you sit down which is very unprofessional. Lazy

This is the worst food I've had in a long time. I had chicken goujons as a starter and fish and chips as the main. The chicken was incredibly dry but the sauce helped it go down. I did my best and managed to eat nearly half. The batter on the fish was thick and more gelatinous and pasty than light and crispy. Kind of like a soggy hiking sock. Absolutely disgusting! I removed the fish from the batter and managed to eat it although it was really ocercooked. Garden peas had been sat in the water for way too long so they were flavourless and almost disintegrated. Chips were ok. Food arrived very quickly because it was already cooked and waiting for me long before I arrived.

The food was good, hot and quickly served. My server was Caitlin and she was just lovely. She was smiley and so helpful.

Very quick service, manager has a great sense of humor and is a really good laugh. Would definitely recommend this place.

My colleagues and I are regular customers here, we park our trucks on the nearby industrial area and is only a short walk for us. The staff are super friendly and efficient, they always find us a table without prior booking. The food is well priced and plentiful, our favourite is the Fish and Chips, we have introduced our Dutch colleagues to mushy peas (Translates to Smashed Peas) ! ! Kelly was our waitress this week, great friendly service and very helpful with one of my colleagues food allergies, we need more like her and the rest of the team in the hospitality sector. We are staying at the premier Inn last night we reserved the table for 5:00 we came to the restaurant and asked could we sit at a certain table and were told no you sit where you I show you the waitress then through the menus on the table before we sat down and walked away the restaurant was empty at the time

I just want to give a massive shout out to all the Kelly's, Daniel, jo and Rachel. All the staff have been 10/10. Staying for a business trip, and I couldn't fault the staff. All helpful, and top class service. Definitely recommend and would come again. Thanks again everyone:)

went there on Thursday evening after a very hard day's traveling and had a very nice meal with my wife very good service from a great waitress her name was kelly H .nothing was to much and come away filling so much better kelly is a great member of your staff thank you 😊

Last night staying next door. The service here has been phenomenal. I’ve left one review already but feel more staff need to be mentioned. Kelly, Clarice and the manager Kelly. Service is spot on and the reason we can back every night.

Ate hear a couple night as we were staying next door. The food is what you’d expects however on one particular night the service was just excellent. It was always good but this stood out so needed to mention Caitlin. Amazing service and put up with our silly games.

We had a very nice dinner, the young lady who served us Clarice was professional in her approach, felt comfortable with her, an asset to the Inn on the park.

Again this year we were looked after by Alex, Kelly H, Kelly S, Dan and Rach. Puting up with 30 Army veterans and family must be hard but they all did themselves proud thanks for looking after us

Each year a group of 50+ of us come to the Premier Inn and Cookhouse&Pub in Enfield for a weekend in London. A big part of our weekend is staying in Enfield, and we can’t recommend and thank the staff enough for all they do to make our visit so good. Alex, Kelly H, Kelly S, Dan and Rachel did a great job in welcoming us and looking after us throughout the weekend. The food and service throughout was excellent; my steak was delicious and the buffet breakfast is as good as it gets! It is also incredibly good value at £27, for a two course dinner, a glass of wine or beer and breakfast, you can’t go wrong! Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you all again next year and adding a bit extra colour, Scottish ‘craic’ and some bagpipes to the evening at Enfield!

Returning for the 10th year on Remembrance Weekend. And as usual we were Royally looked after by the staff. Nothing is ever any trouble, special thanks to both Kelly’s, Alex, Rachel and Dan I hope I haven’t missed anyone.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and nothing is too much to ask them. Food is served efficiently. A great and friendly place to eat! Highly recommended. Very good prices and the different meals we have had have all been lovely

We had a wonderful time there over the long weekend with the Queens Own Highlanders. Particular praise goes to the staff who looked after us so well! (Alex, Kelly H, Kelly S, Dann& Rachel) We had a beautiful clean room & the restaurant was fab! Great value for money.

Had a family meal here...3 generations! Was really good food and we were selecting from the lunchtime menu. We all left very satisfied with everything, including the bill!. Really good value for money all round. 😊

Had a breakfast here when staying for a few nights at the Premier Inn. Was quite surprised with the quality and variety of the food. Vegetarian bacon and sausages were also available upon request. For £10.99 I found this buffet style breakfast to be a good value. Customer service was also very good. Definitely better than one would expect while staying in the three stars only hotel.

I had booked this as a birthday treat a week earlier only to arrive and find it closed until further notice. I would have thought, having my email address from my reservation, they could contact me to let me know. This place is not local for me, so a waste of petrol.

Staff in the bar where absolutely amazing, can't do enough for you, always happy and smiling. Really helpful. Only reason I marked atmosphere a 4 was because the music is Abit loud at 630am for my liking but each to there own :)

Classic roadside pub, food was standard fare but the service was beyond great, was an incredibly busy shift for them there and food and drinks were still served quickly

I have never left a review before in my life but was here the other day and Kelly was serving us, and must say she was absolutely lovely so helpful and friendly. Making sure everything was right, and all orders had come through. All night I saw her running around and literally running around like its her own place thank you Kelly people like you make us want to come back and when I do I would love you to serve us again.

Me and my husband went for a lunch date. As soon as you entered the restaurant, you could tell that the staff was polite and nice. They recommended us what to eat, and the food was delicious and fresh ( i had the fish and chips) I always come here with great pleasure

Disappointing.... Extremely slow staff, closed at 9.50pm when web showing 11pm as closing time. Never again.

Only came for a couple drinks but staff were nice and welcoming upon arrival. Drinks were nice, shame didn't get to try the food. Was quiet for a Saturday night but probably was given the location on an industrial site.

Lovely pub great food and drinks but the opening hours online are not correct , says it is open until 10.30 on a Sunday but was closed at 9.45

Friendly staff and great value for money!

Had a lunch with my friend another day. This is very nice pub in quite and remote place. We sat at the garden outside, which was lovely. The food is stunning and the waiters are very friendly and helpful.

Very average, bit hit and miss, lower end of average, not good fish in the fish and chips. Service good.

We turned up in force, two massive coach loads of us and the hotel hadn’t informed the restaurant of our arrival! The restaurant had pretty much wrapped up for the night and set the tables out ready for breakfast the next morning when we descended with about 150 people!! The restaraunt staff were AMAZING particularly two lovely ladies both called Kelly. The two Kelly’s managed to seat everyone that wanted to eat, gave us all a warm happy welcome and we even got table service and all food delivered quickly and hot. They were clearly in shock at our arrival but dealt with it perfectly. Well done team! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The two Kellys are amazing and service and food was great, much higher standard than your usual pub grub. Friendly, helpful nice pub. Also told the Kelly’s how many times they were mentioned in this reviews - they were completely unaware so hope they are reading this now!

I visited here numerous times. Kelly ,George and the rest of the team are really good. Very professional,friendly but not over the top. Food is really good and great value for money nice portion sizes.

Inn on the Park - lovely place VIsited on a Tuesday evening, no issues or problems. met on arrival with a happy chap, seated quicky. quickly asked if i wanted a drink and allowed a bit of time to choose a meal, once done, food was freshly cooked and spot on, no issues or problems. will visit again

My partner and I went to the Inn and was seated near the window. It was the evening of strong winds but we both thought it was cold and asked to be moved further within the restaurant. It wasn’t busy at all and a large table of 8plus people had not long finished. We were rudely told “no”, all tables were reserved and we’d have to sit in the bar. We subsequently left! A pair of dissatisfied customers, with rudeness like this, we feel the need to let others know.

Gluten-free options are great. The staff and the manager were very helpful with my requests. Also, free parking for upto 3 hours.

Had the 8oz sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce. Fantastic food, short wait time, waitress very friendly and attentive. Quiet on a Saturday night but still good atmosphere. Onion rings 10/10

Staff look after you food amazing

Service was fantastic Kelly looked after us and she did her job really well, food was absolutely spot on, my steak was cooked to perfection my fiancée had fish and chips and said it was really nice. Will definitely be going back again.

Great pub, I come here weekly, lovely atmosphere and a large car park. We usually come for just drinks but the food is nice too.

Had a Sunday roast dinner for a change had a carvery today so plate was loaded. Another diner went back for more. No complaints at all Hostess serving us was wonderful very attentive without being pushy. Very good meal and service

Always manage to accommodate our family even if we have not pre booked. Good variety of food. Used our loyalty vouchers to get 4 free main meals.

My daughter did not want to go to prom for various reasons and choose to go to Cook and House pub. What a night. Kelly made sure my daughter had the best time. Food was lovely Mock tails were great and so was the pina colada. Nothing was too much trouble for Kelly who went out of her way to ensure my daughter Rachel had a nice time. I’ve been here a couple of times now when staying near by and they are always excellent. This time Kelly H was brilliant with me and the other customers and even recommended there loyalty scheme to get points when I’m in there.

Kelly is always welcoming and helpful and always remembers what us regulars are ordering.

Always greeted with a pleasant welcome and smile especially from Kelly . Service is efficient and friendly which after a long day is appreciated.

Really great! Very tidy and well run, great food and drinks at affordable prices! We had fish and chips (massive fish!), smothered chicken (giant plate full of food), gammon (best my husbands had apparently) and the children's meals were also affordable and tasty! Asked for tap water got a big jug with ice and lemon and cups. Thank you!

We were staying at the adjoining premier inn. We arrived at the restaurant unaware that we had to book. However, Kelly H went over and above, and beyond , and ensured that we were accommodated in a polite, professional manner throughout. Although the restaurant was very busy, Kelly advised that we would be served as soon as possible. Given that they were extremely busy, the service was excellent. Kelly is a credit to the company and her customer service is second to none. I personally work in a customer facing environment & Kelly and her peers that evening, would be a positive addition to any team. Very enjoyable experience again, thank you

Wonderful food amazing staff! Especially Andrei the chef as he helped out and made a dessert that wasn’t on the menu as my mum and nan have dietary as they needed to have vegan ice cream and he made a dessert with vegan ice cream even though it wasn’t on the menu so a very big thank you to him!

Andrei went above and beyond for me and my family as some of us have dietary requirements a big thank you and will be coming back

I hire The Cookhouse for the wake following my mum's funeral. It was simply excellent. Lady by the name of Kelly sorted it all out for me and all my guest said how marvellous it was. Our family booked Inn on the Park for the first visit to celebrate one of our group's birthday. Well the place and the staff were simply perfect! We as usual made our orders complicated and despite this we were treated with friendly professionalism which left us all feeling very happy with the venue. We couldn't fault the place and especially enjoyed the manager's interaction and his sense of humour. A wonderful afternoon and we will be booking again. Many thanks Inn on the Park 👏

This was really decent we parked with the Mrs and kids charged the car while grabbed something to eat, food for the price you pay was surprisingly really good. Atmosphere inside was brilliant but views wasn't great, if location was better then this would've got 5 stars

Just needed more festive tableware lol. Seriously though The wait staff were brilliant and polite with our table of 8. The food was delicious and hot, so much on the plates as well ! none of us could complete it all and only a few managed a dessert, lots of lovely choices on the menu and all was available. Free parking up to 3hrs or register your reg number as a guest.
