ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! False adversitsement with the "buy one get one free" promotion. Absolutely horrible half the chicken was TINY and was soggy and smelt funky. I will be reporting you the the food standard agency. And I ordered for iftaar too (from deliveroo) HAVE SOME SHAME. NEVER EAT FROM HERE GO FLAVAS INSTEAD.

food was damaged packages inside was ripped up i am very disappointed with the state of it i would like to demand an immediate refund.

Chicken was dripping in fat, chicken burger was flat as a pancake and bland, chips were soggy. poor

I tried the food here, and I was really disappointed. The burger was way too oily, the chicken didn't taste right, and the coating was falling apart. The lettuce wasn't fresh either—it was turning brown. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away.

I am a regular customer at this particular store in Enfield, The address is 165 Hartford road en3 5jg I went to the store to get dinner for my family as usual, 12-01-2025 21-12 000076 Vat 307 3128 32 They know me because I go there regularly, yesterday I decided to call the phone just in case because they already know me and explained that I want the same order that I normally get that said OK no problem, Cooked it for me I said don’t worry leave it on the side. I gave the exact time and the navigation. I know you’re not meant to make order like this but because they know me that’s why they make it., When I went to the store, I find out Some of my order was given to other customers his excuse was we don’t want to make Customers wait, but am I not a customer you just gave my order to somebody else, And then he comes up with oh we can’t just take somebody’s order from the phone very seriously sorry I don’t wanna argue he’s just justifying his mistake. I said it’s fine no problem When he start making my order the spicy wings run out then he told me wait another 10 minutes so I waited half an hour then I waited another five minutes because they decided to cook a blaze burger on a chips fry, I even pointed that out to him. He didn’t say nothing about it. No apologies no sympathy just horrible. I don’t know if he’s having a bad day but he’s really taking it out on the Customer. Fine no problem. I asked him. Can you refund my money he said he can’t. He can give me cash. Which he took out from the tell and gave my daughter had food poisoning this morning because of that particular blaze that was cooked on the wrong fryer and took out on the wrong time., I feel like these very less trained stuff very slow, He is from Bangladesh slightly dark skin mid built, I also noticed which I can be wrong, when they take cash orders, they end up pressing fries or three wings when the order is really big but they tell you the price, but the money is going in the tail. I’m not sure if they’re taking the money from the till with claiming that it’s been scrapped food, you know wastage or something. I don’t know how they’re doing it because I have experience in fast food industry, and I know how these people who take companies money. It would be a good idea if you send an audit. . It would be a good idea if you send a audit who looks into those things because they might be taking a lot of the company money and if it’s a franchise, I feel bad for the owner. Because of that behavior and very slow carelessness, many customers would wait and just walk away not being served just terrible Management terrible you need to change stuff get some fast moving stuff who actually cares and passionate about the business because those people are going to ruin a lot of business because of this. I normally wouldn’t waste my time, writing and feedback and giving complaints, but this is my local shop and I don’t want to go down like this. Thank you

Fui a una de tus tiendas, Domingo 12 de enero de 2025. 165 Hartford road en 3 5 jg Hizo un gran pedido y su personal es de cinturón medio Bangladesh no quiere sonar racista pero dando descripción de piel ligeramente oscura, Probablemente el resto de ellos están involucrados, ¿Qué significa cuando alguien presiona un solo dip o fichas cuando usted pide una orden grande, pero ellos reciben el dinero. ¿Sam está recibiendo el dinero o esas cosas? Y afirmando que la comida está siendo desechada o algún tipo de edición que hacen para cubrir sus huellas. La compañía podría estar perdiendo mucho dinero debido a que la gente roba el dinero. No quiero sonar como si estuviera acusando, pero sería bueno que lo investigaras. También cocinan las tiras y blaze en la freidora de patatas fritas simplemente descuidado. Esto afectará tanto al negocio que no se dan cuenta

didn’t recieve my order delivery guy was so rude! phoned store to tell them i didn’t get my order and they didn’t care and said there’s nothing they can do! very unhelpful, never ordering from here again,

I mistakenly not put my work address and was call by the delivery I told him where I was as he had to pass my work and when I reach home at 22:00 the food was left outside my door on my gas meter panel I went to Sam’s and they give me a hard time before replacing my food Sam’s told me the delivery driver does not work with Sam’s but with just eat so I should call just eat I ask delivery driver and Sam’s where is the food no one answer me

order took really longI had to wait over 30 minutes for my food and the portion sizes are small and it’s not worth the money they keep on raising the prices every two months honestly it’s not worth it at all and all the workers do is just talk and laugh and they take really long to make the orders. This was by far the worst meal I've had in a while. I ordered through Deliveroo to give this place a try, opting for a few wings and a chicken burger meal. First of all, the fries were stale and hard to eat. The chicken burger was even worse: the chicken was soft in the middle and rock hard on the "crispy" edges—almost broke my tooth. But the worst part was the wings. How can I even describe them? They were practically still running around, that's how raw they were. Absolutely diabolical. I would honestly AVOID AVOID AVOID

Food is extremely basic. The 100% beef burger is your standard processed cheeseburger, overcooked patty making it dry. They charged me £14 for 2. I was expecting gourmet beef. Also the loaded fries are overpowered with seasoning. I’m appalled. Expensive for what it is.

I do visit to this restaurant quite frequently and my family is also fond of their food.Food is delicious than other restaurants in this area. Apart from that their food is very clean. This outlet is great place for the chicken lovers in this area...would recommend for all my friends and families

The seasonings on the chips was too much which made very salty. They need to measure how much to put that each quantities so it doesn’t over power the chips. Very salty instead of spicy.

there was a rat in the shop and i ordered a strip burger and gave me 2 and took £5 from me. i suggest avoid this food shop because you will be disgusted by what you see i dont know how they managed to get a 5/5 hygiene rate and i dont want to know bit my experience here is outrageous and i will not be back i suggest you all do the same.

Amazing but I think maybe put more salt sachets

Normally they're my go to for lunch but today the chicken burger was over cooked and dry and the chips were old and re-fried but the wings as usual were delicious. It won't put me off from ordering again but if it's like this again then that's it no more.
