The best restaurants in Bexley London

Booked via telephone with the a ‘friends afternoon tea’ voucher, but showed up to a closed venue. I should have read the ‘scam’ reviews before buying! I luckily was able to claim a refund through the voucher provider! Would not recommend!

Spent nearly £40 on 2 adult meals and a kids meal...all cold by time I got it home which is a 3 min drive and blow me down I am actually staggered by the SMALLEST amount of chips given with each of our meals, like if you'd actually given us an less you might as well have not bothered with the chips. Disgraceful really...shame on you KFC you tight bstardsi won't come back ever

absolutely love Krispy Kreme, I think they are a bit over priced but they are still delicious and the staff are always nice

Horrible lugar, pedí una comida para llevar para mi hija y nietos. El servicio era muy lento y no exactamente amable, la orden tomó unos 20 minutos (no estaba ocupado). Cuando llegamos a casa faltaban los dos artículos más caros del pedido. Cuando intenté llamar y quejarme el número de teléfono en el sitio web no funcionó, así que tendré que volver en persona para quejarme.

¿No sé cómo se puede llamar kebab a algo cuando la caja está vacía? ¿Dónde está la comida por la que pagué 7 libras? ¿Dónde está mi ensalada que pagué?

Terrible, pedido a través de uber eats hizo un trato de comida familiar, tenía una hamburguesa faltante y 2 juegos de 6 aros de cebolla faltantes. Nadie levantó el teléfono, intentó llamar 5 veces

Went for a coffee in the afternoon at Longfield Costa Coffee. Long queue, not well organised and children running around. Not at all relaxing, will not be returning.

Absolutely disgusting chicken nuggets! Staff we so rude on phone when we said they had delivered wrong food. How they can sell stuff like that and call them chicken nuggets is beyond me! Easily the worst takeaway we have ever had. It’s actually laughable 😂

The app wouldn’t process the order, after trying multiple times with different cards (and payment showing pending on bank accounts) we rang to check if it had gone through or see if we could order over the phone. We were told we couldn’t and to try the app. Manager was very unhelpful.

Had food delivered. It was hot and tasty. I will be using them again.

Popped in here at lunchtime. What a nightmare. Big queue, so used the electronic ordering board. Problem was we wanted to eat in and the table didn't have numbers. Told a very dismissive woman behind the counter. She said it didn't matter. It did though, as no food arrived. Husband went to stand at the counter, and the food took an age. We thought we had the wrong order though, as the £7.99 Boneless Banquet was very poor value, but I was assured that was what I'd ordered. Chips were cold, not given any forks on the tray and no wipes to clean your hands after your 'meal'. Oh, and hand sanitiser was empty. Not great when you haven't got any forks! All in all, a miserable and depressing place which we won't bother with again.

The service was so aporent that I could give you a zero but I couldn’t so I give you a one. The customer service was a Pauling and the woman was being nasty to another customer and was giving insensitive gestures and crude behaviour to both me and my friend The that “claims” to be the manager. She was very spiteful and very irrational on her tone and altogether cancelled our order after my friend was saying “please try not to role your eyes at me because I don’t appreciate that.” But instead of taking her behaviour into account and apologise to my friend she CLEARLY did not take her dealings into consideration and CLEARLY argued back “accusing” us of having a go at her. This left my friend in tears after being mistreated as such by this self proclaimed manager. I strongly advise not to go tho this branch as their customer service is atrocious.

Avoid this place was told to wait in bay one for my food only to find out a week later that i got a parking ticket for parking where they told me to park, must have a deal with the fine company or something. When i asked staff about it they basically didnt care and said they wouldn't do anything about it
