Central Park in Bexley

Booked via telephone with the a ‘friends afternoon tea’ voucher, but showed up to a closed venue. I should have read the ‘scam’ reviews before buying! I luckily was able to claim a refund through the voucher provider! Would not recommend!

@centralparkbexleyheath are SCAM ARTISTS! my mum & I brought vouchers for this cafe through @grouponuk redeemed with the cafe back in March and booked for today at 12.30. We got to the cafe to find it closed. No one answering the phone or responding to emails. We’ve now learned this is a recurring theme! @grouponuk is almost impossible to contact! Live chat says we need to merchant to confirm we didn’t receive any goods… yeah like they’re going to do that!!! My post on their Facebook page has been deleted once so someone clearly is paying attention but choosing not to accept any responsibility. I will not be buying from @grouponuk in future and will recommend to anyone that will listen not to either! #scammers #notveryfriendly #groupon #friendscafe #theonewherenoonewashome

Another group who turned up only to find it shut! We had a booking confirmed by email and they had already asked for the voucher code upfront. We are still awaiting any form of response! I would give no stars if possible.

Absolutely abysmal. Went expecting what was advertised on Wowcher as a complete Friends experience. Absolute farce. One sofa in a cramped cafe shack with a few Friends pictures on wall and a tv showing re runs. Substandard afternoon tea, poorly made sandwiches with basic cheap fillings and off the shelf basic cheap fairy cakes. No tea of coffee offered we spent 20 mins there and left. Steer clear absolute sham and ludicrously priced this is not anything like advertised please be warned.

A TOTAL SCAM! Booked via email, for my daughter's birthday. They confirmed it back. However I had concerns due to other reviews I'd read online. I tried emailing the day before and also left a voicemail. I told them we were travelling down from Suffolk so to call me if there was any issues. Turned up today and the place was all closed - I am absolutely disgusted with them and disappointed for my daughter. Avoid these con artists at all costs!!!
