1 how do you get forget the bbq on a bbq pizza when I explained no the same thing just without the sauce so how u going to make it up oh bring back to us the u can keep oh thanks so some can eat some can’t . Said on the phone u going to make the pizza right now oh what a surprise started making after arguing with me took an 30 minutes shocking service and attitude. In the end also didn’t give it back

Terrible food and service and don’t even understand that is right can’t even get a bbq pizza right forgot to put bbq on had to bring back then wait 20 minutes for them make another didn’t even understand what is the issue won’t be going back there rubbish service

Ordered bbq chicken pizza but got tomato chicken pizza lol not a single bit of bbq sauce on it I mean £30 for the wrong pizza again. Least it wasn’t over cooked.

Ordered many times from here - can be a little slow to deliver, especially at night, however have no issues with the staff or food!

Disappointed with my pizza, I paid for extra toppings and there was barely on there hardly any cheese or tomato on the base hardly any toppings on the pizza , it was like eating dough!! Really disappointed

Ordered at 10:30 (store closes 11) and have been waiting for 2 hours no response . I am guessing they are going to try deliver the food in the morning which is not what I want.

Absolutely disgusting service. Have ordered from here for years but won't anymore. We normally order the same stuff however today the order arrived wrong. No problem! Phone and get it sorted! NOT AT ALL!. They supplied chicken poppers rather than potato tots, with my chicken wings as a side. The manager told my wife that she ordered them, my wife is a vegetarian and I was sat next to her when ordering, she didn't order them, she quite clearly said potato tots and chicken wings as a side. The manager had the cheek to say he checked with her twice when she ordered that she said chicken poppers which is an outright lie. She said check our previous orders, we have never ordered chicken poppers and always order potato tots as a side as she is vegetarian to go with the standard pizza she always has. He was so rude. Over chicken wedges ffs. Absolutely joke! Getting a side wrong, no big deal. Customer service an absolute joke to lie to the customer. Absolutely crap customer service.

Really great experience with Papa Johns, we had not ordered them for years and usually go to competitors, but we wanted to try the Bombay spice pizza and were not disappointed. Highly recommended, give them a try!

Ordered a meal from them when i spoke to they guy on the phone he said the driver will be with me in 5 minutes where i live is hard to find so i waited outside 15 minutes passes and i call again the guy then says the driver forgot a pizza and had to turn back then the guy just drops the call on me.

DONT ORDER HERE, try the one in woolwich. The pizza and jalapenos bites weren't done properly and had to put it in the oven. I know how the jalapenos bites are meant to look cause i always order it back in west london, (this is my first time ordering from belvedere), and they look smaller and the dough was basically undone. I was suspicious on how quickly they made it when i was tracking my order online, which was under 10 minutes, that was my first clue. They werent too nice either on the phone when i called to complain and pizza box didnt come with a seal, would give 0 stars if i could.

Death of the pizza! Don't order a veggie sizzler! I like hot but this is ridiculous! Overwhelmed with chilli sauce! Even too hot for me and people complain I make my food hot! A shame as I thought cauliflower wings were nice!

Although the toppings are somewhat slim, the crusts are nice, and I tried the butternut squash base, as I am gluten free, and the vegan Scheese was very pleasant. I shall be ordering this again in the future.

Was told to **** off on the phone after asking why the order took an hour and a half and there 5 minute from my flat. The online track showed that it was over 35 minutes after leaving the shop Then refused to answer to phone for 10 minutes whilst trying to get back in touch with them to confirm the food was cold and there was no seals on the box. Do not order from this papa johns there is no way they should be open

When I use my points to order a drink it always orders a small drink… I cannot change it to be a large drink. This recent order the driver forgot my drink. Then I had to wait half an hour for the drink to come, on top of already waiting 45 minutes for the order even thought it’s a 10 minute drive, which was then 500ml. Even though I know for a fact I ordered a 1.5L. I saw the system does then when you use points to get a drink and there’s no way I can change it. I’ve also noticed that I do not earn points at all. I can only spend points. No matter how many times I order I do not earn points and then my points history fails to load. Honestly just stay away. Terrible service.

Pizza was not bad but tasteless. Comparing to domino's they toppings give unique taste for every pizza but my papa John's Mexican pizza was boring

1st time ordering from Papa John's, so glad I did, the Pizzas I ordered were so Delicious and Fresh, the Chicken tasted like Chicken and the Vedgetables tasted like Vedgetables , also large enough to see what they were on Top of the Pizza unlike some Pizza takeaways!!! the Garlic Bread Slices were to die for. Definitely will be ordering again without Question😀

Would give no stars if I could. Order confirmed by the app with an order number but shop said he had no recollection of booking. Rung them up and was rude on the phone, ended up with no food and the money taken out of the account. Awful awful service.

Very nice pizzas, the inside is clean and furnished. the pizzas were cooked fresh and were warm by the time I got to my house. they tasted very nice

the papadia’s were rank to me but the cinnamon rolls were quite nice despite being very hard on the outside. i love the bbq wings!

I had very good experience here. Glad I did not read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered online and the pizzas were ready in 15 min for collection. Got there, collected pizza and drinks and the whole family enjoyed them a lot. Did not have much interaction with the staff except the guy at the counter who was polite. Happy to order the pizza again.

Saying it was 5 minutes late doesn't sound like much but when you put delivery time between 40 minutes to one hour it's already taking too long. Delivery was 65 minutes after confirmation of the order. That's a long time to wait for hot food.

Hair was found in our pizza - when called to let them know the guy was very defensive claiming everyone who works there has short hair (short hair still falls out) disgusting customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The food was delivered up the road and when my neighbour finally realised it wasn’t for there household it was brought to me half an hour after being delivered to her… of course it was all cold! We could not reheat it and did not eat it. Even if we could of reheated it we wouldn’t of wanted to not just because it had been handled by strangers but because half the order was burned anyway!!! We won’t be ordering here again the restaurant and delivery service were appalling. We have asked just eat for a refund for our cold burned food which finally got delivered to us just to go in the bin! Never Again!

I have been sat in hospital fantasising about a pizza from papa johns for 4 month and last night I was able to enjoy my first slice of heaven which is a Papa johns Pizza, as always lovely and hot cooked beautifully and on time

Very, very expensive a discrace

Extremely rude customer service. Guy serving seems like he did not want to serve us. We asked if chicken was Halal, previous customer assistant said yes (about a week ago). He said "no, we'll what do you mean, all chicken is halal". He clearly had knowledge of what we meant and when we clarified he said "no don't ask me this question, all chicken is halal everywhere".

Delivery came on schedule and that’s the only good thing I have to say. The pizza quality was below average standard. I had to throw it in the oven to cook it further cos it was under done on top. As for the service, sorry if you hate your job try and pretend to the customer, at least! The delivery man came with a bad attitude.

I ordered pizza for my kids and they delivered Half cooked pizza. This is not first time they delivered uncooked food. No more orders for papa John. High street shops can make better pizza than papa John’s

Our food was cold when it came and was totally taste less when i called the shop they said that there was nothing they could do for me as i ordered on line so i checked on line and it said that i should speak to the shop regarding my order so I went to the shop where they basically refused to help me even though I told them that I had no more money to pay for anything else for my kids she just told me that she would throw it in the bin for me and I had to speak to customer services in the morning. I'm totally disgusted with the employees attitude 😡😡😡

The pizza arrived cold!! I called up the restaurant as instructed by Just Eat, and found the person on the phone incredibly rude, unintelligible and argumentative. I left my number with the request the line-manager call me back (because I could not understand what the guy was saying!!) and no one got back to me. I called again the next day, and the same guy probably picked up. Could not understand him at all!! And argumentative!! I am really not impressed by the Papa John's recruitment if this is what customer skills count for. The whole exchange was exhausting.

Never had a problem with having pizza delivered...until I decided to give Papa John's a go! Waited an hour and a half, still no sign of our pizza so rang the branch and they denied all knowledge of it, said they had never received the order. Having now read other reviews it seems like this is a common theme. Gave up and ordered from Pizza Hut instead. My advice...avoid!!

I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life!!! I'm flabbergasted to say the least. I ordered pizza from Papa John's pizza belvedere and it arrived cold. I rang up and spoke to a very rude male member of staff something Nadine who went on to argue about that not being true. The first thing you learn in customer service is the way your customer is always right. Calm them down first and then try and understand their complaint. He said he doesn't know what happened but as far as he was concerned the pizza was hot. I just hung up. I can't believe a brand as good as Papa John's is being let down by a small number of staff who have no respect for their customers. Without us there's no money in the till. Get some customer services training and common respect for your fellow human being

I had to call for my order approx 90 mins after initial order. When I called it wasnt even on thir system. But they did put the order through and it was delivered within 15 mins. Very disappointed with the wait time.

I’ve never written a review before because I’ve never received service as bad as this before. We ordered a pizza and received an email confirmation. Then received another email saying something had gone wrong. Tried to call the restaurant about it and they hung up on us twice. When we eventually got through, they said it wasn’t their problem and we should call head office. So we’re down £27 and have received no food. To top it off the staff didn’t care at all. Great way to treat people in this pandemic!

Pittyful, cold, late, expensive, poor, pathetic. The tater tots nothing more than defrosted mash from Iceland and the awful wings where just about cooked. Deserve better for 30 quid.

both the pizza & breaded cauliflower were warm only. the cauliflower was floppy & not crispy & didn't get dip. pizza tasted lovely when reheated.

The pizzas were expensive - £20.00 each and we expected them to be really good. We were very disappointed - the pizzas were bad and tasteless. I would not order from Papa John's again. You can get a really good stone baked pizzas for £10 - £12 each.

Food is ok, just you get very little for the money. The large pizza is a best a medium.

Worst pizza delivery place I’ve come across. Should have learned my lesson the first time I ordered there over a year ago. Pizza arrived over 90mins after placing the order. Called to chase up the order and was rudely spoken to by a staff member or manager when asking why my pizza hadn’t arrived an hour after ordering. Pizza came over 1hr 30mins later and was barely warm. Can forgive a mistake once but to have the exact same experience both times between the space of just over a year is not acceptable on any accounts. If my friends weren’t so insistent on having papa johns wouldn’t have placed the order in the first place. Boy did my friends regret their insistence. Order at your own risk but be warned !
