KFC in Bexley

Spent nearly £40 on 2 adult meals and a kids meal...all cold by time I got it home which is a 3 min drive and blow me down I am actually staggered by the SMALLEST amount of chips given with each of our meals, like if you'd actually given us an less you might as well have not bothered with the chips. Disgraceful really...shame on you KFC you tight bstardsi won't come back ever

Very good service. Served food very efficiently, and the place is clean and tidy. My whole family went there and we were happy with the service as well as food quality.

Chips not cooked , wrong chicken given with order. Avoid this KFC as not up to standard and way over priced for such poor food

Probably the worst kfc have I visited. Been twice due convenience but won't again. .1st visit I was served what I would consider to be 'iceland' standard wings. Porton of 10 all were the same with the cheap coating and totally different flavour... not official kfc product guessing to save / make more money ?? 2nd visit popped in Friday evening, looked busy with lots of people waiting for food, waited to be served to be then asked if I was paying cash or card, if card use the order screen, I said cash and was told to wait for my order to be taken as they had to pack other peoples orders up first... So I told the. I would go elsewhere to get something as couldn't be bothered to wait ages to have my order taken then another age to get the food. Was prepared to give them this 2nd chance but they blew it... awful slow service, poor food from previous visit, unclean inside with too many tables not cleared. Probably running short staffed to save money.. bit like the cheap wings served.. guess its a franchise trying to save £££....

Not had KFC for ages so decided to have tonight. Chicken greasy, tasteless with soggy coating. Absolutely disgusting.

Popped in there to get food after a shop at Sainsbury’s across the road. First appearances are not brilliant as rather dingy and dirty. Too few staff to cope with the amount of people needing to be served. The tables were dirty and no evidence of anyone available to clean them whilst we were there. The floor at the collection area was sticky underfoot. The person collecting the food orders together for distribution suddenly disappeared and we then had a wait for someone else to come to the front to do the job. Consequently there was an unreasonable wait for people to get their food. Whilst the food was as expected, the quality of the chips was very poor, with more black parts and scraggy bits than edible ones, with everything rather tepid in temperature. This establishment would benefit from more staff, as everyone seemed rather stressed and frazzled, with too much to do and too few staff to do it to keep the place clean and the service as one would expect. A very disappointing experience.
