today when i visited the red house i was greeted and served by nikki and maggie. they were both very lovely and polite they made sure i had a lovely experience, will come again.

So I'd say this place is pretty alright since new management has come as we hadn't been in years but the two times we've returned the burger patties are so dense, rubber like and tasteless that I didn't enjoy it. Everything else was fine, chips, kebab etc just would avoid the beef burgers as the patties seem to be overcooked.

Not surprised to see already the star ratings terrible. Ordered £100.00 worth of food. 8 pizzas, only 3 arrived, was told another driver will be there soon - wasn’t/ scammed. Reordered again, this time the sizes and types and toppings on the pizzas were wrong, and all cold. Meant my vegetarian team couldn’t eat too as they didn’t send the correct pizzas even when given the chance to correct it. Put me off Pizza Hut entirely, don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered pizza for *pm for a family /guest dinner @ 8 pm anf it is now 9 pm and still not arrived, called th hut at 8.30 and said will arrive in 15 minutes and even after 45 minutes not arrived,
