I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvester Croxley Green, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Emily truly made our visit special with her outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, all with a warm and genuine smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety and fantastic flavors, but it was Emily's exceptional service that really stood out. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend to everyone. Can't wait to visit again! 🎉🍽️

We had a very enjoyable meal at the Harvester. Our server Ollie was lovely and friendly, he checked about allergies straight away. Our drinks and salad bowls were brought promptly and food arrived quickly after ordering. My daughter was given an activity pack which kept her busy. All our needs were catered for and everyone was friendly.

A big thank you to Ollie who was our server today. Really good service, tasty food and a good atmosphere. A great family friendly place to eat!

Our server tonight was Ollie, so friendly & professional, nothing was too much trouble. My Grandaughter Poppie was with us who has learning disabilities, it was her birthday, she had her ID with her so she could order her own drink he was very patient with her, looked at her ID & thanked her ( she was so happy) it was the same when she ordered her food. A credit to the company Thank you Ollie you made Poppie’s day..

Reason why I rated it with three stars is because I made a reservation by phone and a gentleman assured me I could reserve semi private area in the restaurant to celebrate my 40th birthday, he also assured me we could stay as long as we want to. On the day of the celebration, I arrived at the restaurant and they gave me another area in the restaurant and we were asked to leave at 4pm because they had another reservation. Very disappointed, specially when i was looking forward to celebrate my big birthday. I wont be back to this Harvester I'm afraid.

Tanya was an excellent host! Massively helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our evening fun. We had a small problem with the food which was quickly resolved by the team. That’s the only reason why we marked down the food by one star. It was unfortunate but we still enjoyed it and will be back. Thanks

Had a family meal this evening. Service by Tanya was great. Salad bar clean and well stocked. Food was good.. It’s a restaurant that serves good food at an affordable price.. You get what you pay for!!!!!

Great food and excellent service from Tanya she was very helpful and all together a pleasant server she didn’t stop other than to ask how our food was and if we needed anything. What a pleasure …. normally any harvester I go to I’m served by a teenager who couldn’t care less.

Vastly improved since our last visit over a year ago. We used to visit at least once a month - So well done to chef and staff! Probably will visit again soon, so will be hoping the same standard is kept up

Chicken was very dry and not very hot.

Tanya was very bubbly and actually seemed to be enjoying herself,knowledgeable about products .The meal was well presented and cooked well only thing is my sauce was missed but food had loads of flavour so didn't actually miss it.

I have been here on a number of occasions and have always had a good experience. The food is tasty and the salad bar is well stocked and always fresh. It is perfect for those with children, as you don't have to wait long for your meal. It does get busy, as do most restaurants, but I have never had to wait too long. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant always looks clean. I have never known it be closed for bad hygiene, so couldn't comment on that. Recently I visited for their breakfast, as it was something that I hadn't tried, from their menu. The ultimate breakfast, with a 4oz runp steak added, was filling, well cooked and tasty. A vanilla latte and a glass of orange juice were perfect to wash it down with.

Food as good as usual but the whole experience was made better by Tanya our waitress.

New years day visit unfortunately a few items were unavailable but we still had plenty of choice, Tanya was very helpful and gave great service with a smile ,

Booked a few days ago to come to Harvester for breakfast for my husband's birthday which is tomorrow (2nd January). Received an email this morning (1st January) to remind me of my booking, not an hour later they have cancelled my booking without explanation. Called to ask why and was told they 'don't do breakfast on a Thursday'. Fair enough, but WHY did the system allow me to book it? Also was told that someone had tried to call me - no missed calls on my phone or voicemail messages. Not impressed

Incomplete order . No mushy peas x2 in orders

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. But the kids desperately wanted to visit so they could use the sparking drinks dispenser and self serve salad bar. For kids, this is an exciting place to eat. For adults, it's loud, bustling and I'm dubious about the safety of the salad bar; wondering if anyone has sneezed, coughed or handled the servers with dirty hands. If hou can handle that, you'll be fine.

Lovely family meal last night at Croxley harvester. Service was great, food good quality. Tanya our server was really friendly and great at her job, best service I've experienced from a waitress in a long time, and it really does make a difference.

Serves a nice Christmas dinner at this time of year.

Usually a great fan of a harvester, my last experience was breakfast. It took ages to arrive, we had to chase, and when it arrived it was cold. The coffee arrived promptly but we had finished it before the meal arrived. As an aside, the table wobbled and we were unable to steady it. Surprised there is no option to give stars for cleanliness. On this occasion 2 stars.

We had breakfast at the harvester with Santa. My daughter loved having breakfast with Santa. The warm fire and hearty breakfast was really nice. The service was great. Highly recommend breakfast with Santa for younger kids it’s definitely a nice experience for them.

The service was amazingly good but the food for vegans and vegetarians was extremely poor. In theory it sounded good and looked OK but there was zero taste. Harvester really need to up their game by a lot to keep up with other restaurants.

Always a good time. If you are lucky enough to get Tanya as your waitress, she is great!

don't bother ordering from here. you never get what you order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time they forgot several items. This time they have lost me as a customer.

Warm friendly service, good food and clean and comfortable. Stacey our waitress was wonderful today. Charming patient and organised. She made our family lunch a really relaxing experience with tasty food and supported my elderly parents with their food choices and being patient with their deafness. Food is average. And it’s not hot enough when it’s served. But their signature chicken is good. Steak with flat bread is a no go.

Tanya our server was easy to talk to, really friendly even though she was rushed off her feet. There were like 5 birthdays all in our section and it was one after another which made everyone laugh. It was also my mums birthday but she didn’t want to be sung too but I really wanted to see everyone’s faces if we said it was her birthday too! Tanya is a great waitress, very hard working and someone you want to keep a hold off. Thank you

Harvester remains in a long term decline against other dining options. Staff can be courteous but it’s not really warm and nor are other ethnic backgrounds really welcomed - it’s an undertone that is clear. We were overcharged for items we did not ask for and came with elderly friends. We were told we could not order our food from the app as they don’t receive the service charge so do not want to process that way. Instead we waited ages to place an order, and ages again for desert and ages again to pay. About two hours in total. We paid the bill (and the service charge) but frankly do not expect to return to a this harvester for the next 10 years or so, go somewhere else and spend your money that deserves it !

Generous and good quality salad bar with pleanty of options, reasonable portions for the mains. Tasty, too! Wonderful service, seocial thanks to Stacy, our waitress!

I booked for my daughters 7th birthday on the 1st October for 25 people. the service was excellent we had a fantastic waitress. she was very patient with us they made my daughters birthday go smoothly food was delicious I couldn't praise them enough. excellent place to eat

There is a problem with the ordering system. It either makes the ticket hard to read or the staff are incapable of reading from a list. Everytime I order, saomething is missing. I won't be ordering again. They shouldn't offer takeaway if they can't get attentive staff that can read a ticket and pack the right items. Avoid. This branch is always getting something wrong.

We come to the Harvester at Croxley Green each week and we always ensure that we are served by Tanya. She is very efficient, extremely friendly and an excellent waitress. She works hard and always gives us her full attention when serving us. We think she should be Employee of the Year!
