No consistency on quality, pizza arrives cold almost every time. Manager needs to do better to manage quality of pizzas being sent out and improve staff training. I’ve done collection a number of times and it’s very surprising how much they ‘spray’ the pizzas with. Not sure if this is a flavour enhancer but would be surprised the volumes need to be soo excessive. Shame as our only option for Pizza Hut delivery, hopefully franchise owner sells to someone who will shape this into a better run operation with quality renowned to the brand.

absolutely shy7e, all of them are proper crumpets, sent out of date coleslaw out and took half an hour to bring a new one and when they brought the new one it tasted like wet soggy football boots and the pepperoni on the pizza tasted like a horses trotter, proper horrible gaff wouldn’t recommend

Shocking… Chicken was dry over cooked and tasted as if it had been standing under a lamp for ages… Not a lot you can do about it when it’s a take away.. I feel that they know won’t come back to complain.. Also I ordered a family bucket of 10 pieces of chicken, only got 9 and a piece that was as big as a small sparrow.. It’s not fair as someone had to go with out.. I suggest you stay away or check your meal before you leave the restaurant.

I was hoping for an oriental food treat but viewing the restaurant all the chefs where Pakistani's immediately I knew this was not authentic Chinese food furthermore it was halal and no pork dishes as id expect to see in a chinese restaurant. I tried the Manchuria chicken but it was really poor, I don't think these people know how to do it properly. I won't recommend going.

Our first experience of Paya was very good. I’m surprised to read so many negative comments, but we ordered early on Saturday evening which might help. The prices seemed a little high, but the portion sizes were massive - easily enough food for 2. Next time we will share. The food was hot in both senses, delivered quickly and nice and spicy. We received complimentary prawn crackers too. We have struggled to find a Chinese takeaway we like since moving to Ricky so we’re happy. Will definitely be using again.

Getting to the station with a pram you need to go on a long convoluted route which is not well lit up and you cannot buy a ticket!returning from London there are only stairs!! Not helpful and certainly not disability or family friendly
