I ordered food and it came late but that was the small issue, the big issue is that the chiken meat was spoiled! The food ended up in the trash! I will never order from here again!

the food was actually 40 minutes late, despite being ordered on a timed delivery about an hour before, and when it did arrive it was stone cold.

Cacik was awful and the bread quantity was poor - one piece of uncooked pita bread for a massive pot of dip. The rest of the food was okay.

Lamb meat burnt if you like burnt food make your way down to Croxley Express where we provide Burnt food we also hold a 2* Food Hygiene Certificate…… We burn all our food to give our customers the worst experience possible

Originally our food was meant to arrive within 45 minutes but took an hour and a half. There was no explanation as to why it took so long and the food was luke warm at best. Very disappointed unfortunately.

Found a fly/ moth in the donner wrap. And one of the kids chicken nugget meal was missing.

Burned chips, burned meat, garlic mayo-no garlic and very late.

First time ordering kebabs from here… and unfortunately the last.. chicken shish was 4 cubes of cold rock hard chicken.. lots of the ends of green chilli’s all through the salad. Mixed doner had the tiniest bit of sauce even after asking for lots.. was dry and inedible.. think it may have been cooked last week.. awful waste of money.. such a shame

Ordered mix shish , the manager called me politely told me there was no lamb shish available so done a substitute instead what was completely fine , so apologetic and put some extra food in for free , honesty was great by then and food is always 10/10! Recommend highly

Great kebab, fresh salad and chilli sauce banging but not too hot.

Ordered salad with my lamb wrap but there was no salad, just chilli sauce.

ordered from here as reviews were over 4 star. meat was so dry like they gave us old shavings instead of fresh.. salad and sauce were in tubs which was weird. asked for extra sauce. all the sauce was put in 3 little tubs to share between us instead. wrap was dry and had barely any sauce too even though i asked for extra sauce. to be honest it just went in the bin waste of 35 quid. I couldn't be bothered to chase them at nearly 10pm.

Unfortunately my lamb shish was dry burnt and cold, the chips and land donor were also cold

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I don't normally make a fuss but after looking at previous reviews and stars I thought I would give this a go as looked positive but I was wrong. I was actually disgusted. My lamb donor was cold and tasted like yesterday's. The halloumi was burnt and tasted strange. The chips were completely soggy and had a horrible smell to them. How restuatants think its OK to deliver this standard and get away with it I have no idea but I'm appalled to be honest

My friend took me to this place and we had some kebabs donner meat chips and fresh salads with cheese, unbelievable what taste wow super delicious and healthy . I would recommend this to everyone.

Great as always, Donner on chips was yummy, especially with the unique chilli sauce. Very 🔥 but tasty. Food was ready on time as well.

The order arrived with 1 kebab missing. The quality of the kebab was ok, even though the portion sizes were good in a couple but poor in the others and the fries were hard.

The quality of the food has gone down, chicken was dry and almost had a BBQ rub on it, salad quality poor and the chip had been refried. Usually I have had a good experience from this restaurant but sadly won’t be returning.

Really really disappointed I ordered the mixed shish, couldn’t eat the lamb it tasted rancid like the meat was off and rock solid. My husbands Chicken doner was good though.

My shish kebab has 3 pices chiken and 2 lamb!! Cost me £13.90. Waste of money!!!!!!!

Ordered two kebabs with chilli sauce. Unfortunately the delivery was late, it took 1.5 hours from ordering to me receiving the delivery. The food was not hot when it arrived so we had to reheat in the microwave. They also sent the wrong sauce, instead of chilli sauce they gave some kind of mint yoghurt sauce which we didn't use as we didn't like it. The meat was quite tasty after reheating it. Overall a disappointing experience.

Friday is always a bad night too order, don't order the cheesy chips if you like your cheese melted (as it should be) lamb shish...bone dry

Driver arrived late but clicked 'delivered' beforehand (i.e., pre-delivery) so he wouldn't appear on the system as having missed the deadline. Food was cold.

Food was terrible. Donor meat was hard and dry. Had to put the salad on myself also had to put the sauce on myself.

I really enjoyed the last Chicken Shish Wrap I order from here. Disappointed that this time I was sent a chicken donner, I do not like this cut of meat and to top it off it was over cooked and tasted burnt. Hubby enjoyed his lamb donner wrap and the portion was massive. Food arrived quickly!
