The best restaurants in Tendring East of England

This is the 3rd time I've been to nikkis in a month and each time the food has been amazing! She makes homemade west Indian food which sells out so fast. It's a quirky lively little bistro and has a fun atmosphere with both staff and customers. You feel like part of the family when your there I would highly recommend this place

Superb wholefood store…. a pearl in the high street. High quality products including biodynamic veg; Fresh and tasty. Bread superb! The whole food ethos here is strong, modest and unpretentious. All the best to you.

Ordered via just eat for our office fat Friday treat. What a treat! the bagels were lovely and warm and full to the brim with salt beef. We enjoyed them so much I might have to check out the actual store this weekend. Thank you for your quick delivery and amazing food.

We visit here weekly for lunch. The food is limited but excellent. We also enjoy seeing the finished painted pottery other visitors have made. Service is friendly, and it has a real community atmosphere.

Lovely evening, dancing n drinking to a DJ. Prices not bad, bar area quite small n cosy, upstairs toilets lovely .

Good service. However my chips were luke warm. No one asked if everything was ok and i would have mentioned it. However with steak by the time they bought more chips rest of meal would have been cold. They come and ask if you want more drink not if everything is ok Bit expensive for starters

I have been here so many times and it never disappoints. The food is outstanding as well as the staff. Always feel welcomed and made to feel special. I would and have recommended this restaurant and everyone who I have recommended loves it to. Thank you very much for the great service provided as well as the delicious meals.

We celebrated a friend's 60th birthday at the Bell Inn. It was a party of 17 including children of varying ages. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was spectacular in presentation and quality. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced. They had a fantastic back garden to retire to after the meal. For a small celebration, I would thoroughly recommend the Bell Inn. Excellent, thank you!
