We had a brilliant evening here the staff were amazing and the food was excellent a real gem for Harwich 🤩

I’m not a meat lover, but the chargrilled assortment with rice and bulgar wheat is just so tasty and delicious. First class meal.

We were visiting the area from Birmingham and the food was delicious 😋 we had a starter each and Shared a main and had to take it home as there was so much and even took a dessert home when we visit the area again we will definitely be going here again and the waitress was lovely sorry I didn't get her name to put it on here - thank you for a lovely date night meal Steve (Birmingham)

I placed an order, it was processed and they took my money. I went to the restaurant and it was shut. They won't answer the phone and they show as open on Google. I spoke to foodhub and it will take 5 days to get my money back. Very bad, this was only the third time I've ordered here and I don't think I will order again.

We had Take Away this evening. It was amazing, so fresh, full of flavour and great value. There was so much food in that salad and hummus for lunch tomorrow is happening. It's taken a while to try this restaurant, but we will definitely be back. Restaurants food at home. Well packaged and read to serve. Thanks so much.

I have marked 4/5 stars because although food was great and was plentiful, the waitress did not explain clearly how the good came out (with salad or rice/couscous etc) meaning we ordered food that wasn't necessary. You can however take it home with you but maybe the waitress's need to be a little more familiar with the menus. Apart from that the meal was lovely. I will not comment on ambience as there was a huge party in the restaurant with young babies and that may not represent a true view of dining experiences on a different night. Would recommend the food tho 👍🏼

2hours to get food, tasty once arrived, but cold in areas🤦🏼‍♂️ No music or atmosphere, disorganised billing🤷🏼‍♂️ not sure I’d come back!

Prima Turks restaurant! Heerlijk gegeten voor een zachte prijs. De Turkse pils van de tap is een aanrader. Bij onze volgende overtocht komen weer.

The red rice in the mixed grill was smelling it is clearly old rice and they are really old and soggy and smelling bag .

Food stated it was delivered on just eat. Called the restaurant, they just said it’s on its way. Didn’t even take my address. Won’t order again. Still waiting

We were there quite early, so it was quiet. Service was great beer order taken and meal order ready by the time they were served. Meal was out of this world, with large portions and very tasty. We have had the take away delivery but was much nicer in the restaurant.

Donner meat and chips was good, but there was no bread or salad as usual which was dissapointing as I love the bread, but was still good.

Go taste this food! For starters, you gotta try their ‘fried hummus’. Its way more than it sounds like. Service uberfriendly!

Just such good value, the portion sizes are so generous. Food piping hot, well seasoned, have eaten in there before. But this is the first time I've ordered in. An asset to the town we live in.

We booked for my husband's birthday meal and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive; atmosphere was spot on and decor is simply beautiful. More than anything, I cannot overstate how delicious the food was! We definitely ordered more than we needed to but they gave us take out boxes to cart the remaining food home with. We will definitely be going back!!

We had the lamb chops and the salmon and both were excellent and very generous servings. Definitely would recommend

A nicely converted from the pub that was there. Welcoming staff and a good selection of Turkish food. Everything we had was excellent, including the Turkish Wine and Turkish coffee.

Excellent food and service although a little on the pricy side for what is basically a kebab on a plate. Never the less we enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend.

First time I've been here. I had hummus followed by kofta which I really enjoyed. They had Efes beer which took me back to my days in Cyprus. The service was friendly and efficient.

Wow ! Great size portions , fed the 5 of us dinner and enough over for breakfast for under 40 quid . Amazing quality of food and taste , now I have two favorite take aways in dovercourt ....

The turkish food was absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately the chips weren’t nice in the kids meal which is why I put a lower score. Delivery can’t be helped as we are staying at a local holiday park so they did well to get here at all! Thank you :)

Popped into this place while working locally and I was pleasantly surprised. A fresh modern interior, friendly staff and quick service was an instant hit with me. I ordered the Tavuk Sis and it was delicious.

Delicious and fresh food. Bit dear but substantial portions. I ordered twice during my stay at Harwich. I would like to make suggestion of adding drinks and deserts especially Turkish sweets to the menu. 👍🏻

Lovely traditional Turkish food for a very reasonable price

I ordered a lamb doner the just eat website said, served with bulgar or rice or chips, bread salad and sauce , there was no salad or sauce my in order which made it dry. The portion size that was delivered was good. There was no option to choose if you wanted chips rice or bulgar so had write a message at the end before placing order. Suggestion would be to have a drop down box so customers can choose these options

a pleasant surprise for a couple of dutch on the way home. modern but warm interior and 5star food in comparison with the price. a diamond in a bit shabby center of Harwich.

Lacking in atmosphere only my party in restaurant a few take outs that's all. Sad for a Saturday evening😑

Very disappointed today we have had the mangal special a couple of times . Tonight there was no lamb donner meat no chicken doner meat, just chopped up chicken mixed in the rice ! There was no humous and I don’t think it was bulgar just two different types of rice . We will probably not order this again .
