What an amazing place! The students were brilliant. Superb front of house service and the food was top class. Each dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavours and textures that rivalled anything I've experienced at a Michelin-star restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the preparation was flawless, and the presentation was simply stunning. I was blown away by the creativity and skill of the chefs. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Bury, Edmunds is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!

I've ordered from the Bury St. Edmunds branch for many years. Never disappointed. Only one time a problem with the order which was replaced super-swiftly. Tonight's order arrived really fast. Polite and smiley delivery person. Pizza cooked perfectly, just the right amount of toppings. Crust light, thin and crispy. Piping hot. And after eight cookies, OMG a gooey delight.

We went to a private dinner for 80 people. We were greeted by very polite students and offered a glass of Prosecco. Our meal was excellent and beautifully presented.

Great staff food lovely. Eat in or takeaway You won't be disappointed.

I recently visited Rustico’s with my fiancé for what was meant to be a lovely final meal before heading home, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The customer service was virtually non-existent. We felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The food was equally disappointing. We was told that there was no pizza available so I ordered pasta, and it was overly cheesy to the point of being inedible. Beyond that, the flavor was bland and uninspired—definitely not what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant. It was a frustrating way to end our trip, but at least one silver lining is that we won’t be returning to Rustico’s. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food or service.

The pizzas they're selling are quite small but very tasty! With the pub next door this is a great place in Bury to have a drink and a bite to eat in a nice lively atmosphere. We have a lovely evening.

Great Indian restaurant in Bury St.Edmunds. We were a group of 11 with quite different choices. The service was excellent along with the food, which was taken to the table at the same time for everyone. The staff were very helpful whenever someone wasn't too sure what to have or what level of spiciness would suit them. Thoroughly recommend the restaurant.

Great place to go to for when staying in Bury St Edmunds. Ideally situated in the town centre. Has on-site parking for residents. Excellent choice of local draft beers.

The pub is a great place the staff are lovely the landlord is great and goes over and above his role for the customer ...the food is OK there is a lovely outside area that has a covered area with heaters and a lovely garden for getting together with friends and family we often have family gatherings in large party's and we are always made welcome

Delivery time kept getting pushed back while on route. Was on an electric bike so not getting stuck in traffic. Coffee really poor both were just over half full - terrible value for money & unacceptable

Awful. Curries swimming in liquid. Prawns like shrimps, tiny amount of chicken. Bhajis/samosas dry /cold. Called restaurant to discuss rather than adding a poor review but restaurant not willing to refund only replace food. Why would I want more food if this poor quality? They have stated it is not their policy to refund even though I have told them they can take their food back. Will not be using again. Never been to a restaurant where you complain about food and don’t eat it and they still expect you to pay for it.
