Popped along one evening. Found a space in the road outside. They have a great menu with lots of ingredients. You can make your own or go for one of the set waffles. We had lots of fun decided what to do. I opted for ice cream a mixture of vanilla, smarties, chocolate sauce etc while the rest of the family went for bubble waffles. There were a few tables outside to eat. Everything tasted delicious

Nestled in Leigh on sea we have truly a hidden gem. With great food, amazing service and fantastic prices I really was blown away. Leigh has a great coffee scene and for me Tea and Tiffin encompasses the very best of the local area. A perfect blend of a family friendly cafe whilst being able to cater for even the fanciest of coffee connoisseurs it can really do it all.

My boyfriend and I shared a gluten free blonde slice. I have struggled with getting gluten free products from bakeries due to my anxiety around the cross contamination however the display is kept completely separate and sealed when taken away from the shop. My boyfriend is not gluten free and said the blonde was so good that he didn’t believe it was gluten free! We have also had a birthday cake (gluten free) which was also delicious

We came to buy shellfish today. I have always really loved shellfish. Bought winkles and shrimps, would have loved to buy much more, but be back another day as all looked to appetizing. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I plan to return within the week.

Authentic and delectable. The whole family appreciated the dishes, the drinks, and the dessert. Pleasant and attentive staff, always at hand. That the suggestions were first-rate would be an understatement. The highest recommendations for those who want to dip a little into Japanese delicacies.

I have frequented this establishment many times over the years, but it seems to be experiencing a noticeable decline in quality. The Black Forest smoothie, once a highlight, lacked its characteristic flavour profile—there was no trace of sweet cherry, the creaminess from the nut butter was absent, and the consistency was poor, with an unripe banana aftertaste that was unpleasant. The rest of the food was unremarkable, falling far short of its former standard. Also, While it is understandable that new staff require time to adjust, the frequency of errors I observed was disconcerting. Additionally, the practice of holding completed items until the entire order is ready detracts from the experience, as delays compromise the quality of time-sensitive items like smoothies, which arrived cool not cold. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem I guess but waiting for >40 minutes doesn’t help. It’s disappointing to see a place that was once so reliable for one of the best smoothies nationally can slip up so hard.

Delicious toasties at a reasonable price. We had: ham and cheese; goat’s cheese and caramelised onion; pastrami, sauerkraut, gherkin, cheddar and mustard; and pulled pork, gherkin, onion, bbq sauce and cheddar (without jalapeños). Daughter (8yo) had the chicken burger. All really enjoyed the food and friendly service. Just a tad chilly with the door open but it didn’t spoil the experience. Will definitely be back for a nice lunch again soon!
