Wild Health in Southend-on-Sea

A good option for healthy food. A few options to choose but not lots of variety. Try the hot beverages, they're good. Most of the food is gluten free and the juices are really good! Highly recommend

My girlfriend had the Wild Macqui berry smoothie bowl. I had the Chocolate Dream smoothie bowl. They were both absolutely delicious!! The turmeric late and Nottela ice late were very tasty as well. Sofia who served us was kind and helpful. We will definitely return again soon.

Just picked up an avocado and pea toast from this cafe. Absolutely delicious ! Also a black forest smoothie which is so good it shouldn't be legal. Great start to the day. Will visit again.

Great cocktails, lovely staff, and the most decadent choc+peanut butter cheesecake - AND all vegan! Would recommend!

Took 18 mins to make a fresh orange juice only for it to taste like whatever was in the blender before it. At £5.85 I am very unimpressed!

Got the Black Forest and protein blueberry muffin smoothies, blew our minds! Actually tasted like cake. Will def be coming back to try more!

The best coffees and healthy foods around. I love that we can get a take out round the back or sit outside on a nice day. This time I had a pecan energy ball and it was really good.

Beautiful little cafe . I’m so impressed by how natural all their ingredients in the food is. I found the cheesecake (vegan) extremely rich , wasn’t able to finish it. Especially paired with the white hot chocolate. Was all far too sweet! But I’ll definitely be back to try the food/smoothie bowls, that all looked very delicious. Dog friendly too!!

My son and I popped in here after going to OLL church opposite this morning and what a fab little place. All natural and healthy and such a great selection, a real joy and and such a welcome fresh contrast to the same cafes everywhere, Leigh Broadway is lucky to have a place like this. I’ll be buying oat milk at my next shop, what a revelation in a flat white!

I have been a returning customer at Wild Health for the past few years and they never fail to disappoint which is why I knew I HAD to book them in for catering my spiritual and wellness retreat back in November! I honestly could not have picked a better caterer-the food was exceptional and we had so many compliments from our retreat attendees too! The food itself was full of flavour and beautifully presented and the fact that it's vegan and free from gluten made everything so much easier when it came to catering to our attendees needs. Lucy and her assistant were attentive and timely with their cooking and serving times meaning that as a retreat host, it was one less thing to worry about when hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner for x3 days for x22 people. Absolutely delicious healthy drink and food options, I opted for the blue moon mylk and blue smoothie bowl!

Very nice. Notella ( play on nutella) was surprisingly delicious, given basically it ain't chocolate.

I absolutely love coming here! My friend and I ordered the avacodo on sourdough, Buddha bowl and blue majik smoothie bowl to share. We sat in there outside seating area on the decking, its decorated lovely and you feel like its your own little private area. The girls that work there are so lovely and made sure we enjoyed our meals. Recommend to everyone to try!!!!

Food was great service even better

Would not recommend this place, staff were unfriendly and not accommodating at all. Borderline rude. We Waited 15 minutes for a take away, ordering just a smoothie and x4 energy balls (snack) these were priced at £4 each!! Not to mention this came to a total of £21.65. Definitely over priced and very poor customer service. I will not be attending again!

A must visit! Food is always freshly made and delicious ! Would highly recommend the Notella porridge and their smoothies are so yummy!

This place is truly a gem. Staff are always so friendly and helpful - and drinks and food have always been delicious - freshly prepared with clean and wholesome ingredients. I just wish I lived closer!

Looove this place - I usually grab a smoothie from here on the way to the main part of the Broadway. Good range of smoothies available. They also have good protein balls - I liked the one they are serving at easter - the hot cross bun one! Lots of care taken preparing everything and places to hang out - inside, deck chairs or sitting in the garden 🏖️

Wild Health have really lovely food and service and i especially loved the Black Forest Smoothie. They have wheat-free, sugar-free and dairy-free options to cater for even the most difficult elimination diets or allergies. I'll definitely be going back soon!

Great lunch spot. Sat there with my dog. Everything is deliciously fresh and beautifully presented. Very relaxing vibes with lovely customer service. Will definitely come again. The cheesecake is stunning.

They do some really interesting drinks I had the medicinal mushroom hot chocolate and a Mediterranean sour bread sandwich which came with a side salad

A great cafe in a very accessible location. The menu was huge and included a real mixture of food and drinks. If your interested in trying new this is definitely the place to go. There’s not many places like this in the local area so it really stands out and is definitely something to try !

friendly place with a great choice! everyone will find something for himself! I am taking a lot of my friends there to invite them especially for a blue drink! only one thing that happened quite often, the staff are very nice but loud. sometimes it's hard to have a conversation.

A great little café offering healthy gluten free and vegan snacks and drinks. There's a little brightly decorated outdoor area as well with takeaway as a further option. Friendly owners, unusual, tasty homemade fare and a bunch of regular customers, including me. Try it.

I don’t no what else to say other than you need to get your hands on one of there cheesecakes, literally the most insane vegan desert I have had. We also took away a charcoal smoothie that looked as epic as it tasted and a beetroot juice that was really good. The place is super cute, very Instagramable and all the staff are really welcoming. Also the garden is lovely, can’t wait to come back and try all the other things on the menu!

Lyndsey and Lucie were very friendly and are key to creating the great vibe that Wild Health has. Literally my favourite place in Leigh. All vegan, no guilt - incredible taste! And they're super accomodating - if you want to change something it's not fuss (not that you'd need to as the menu is amazing) and just such lovely, down to earth staff who obviously care about the food and drink they serve. Wild health is my go to take out every time I'm in Leigh and definitely going to make my way through the whole menu!

We had the most amazing lunch at Wild Health on Thursday afternoon with our two young kids. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Being both vegan and gluten free, we couldn't have asked for anything better.

The food and drinks here are excellent at a very reasonable price. The "cheese"cakes are unbelievable! In an area where there are many breakfast and lunch options, this is definitely one to visit.

It’s all good, but the blue drink they do......OMFG! You will not be disappointed

Amazing, friendly and chilled vibe! From salads to smoothie bowls - they have EVERYTHING! Highly recommend their superfood lattes and homemade energy balls. Everything is homemade by the girls! They use only 100% natural and plant based ingredients - we loved it and will definitely be back!

Always the best service, best food, best coffees!! Couldn’t reccomend enough!! You have to try the hazelnut latte! I’d never go anywhere else now!! Thanks to the amazing staff for always delivering a 10/10 service. Also dogs are allowed in which is a bonus! Highly reccomend!

Run by two of the loveliest girls, they have created the most amazing space. Whether it be out in their (covered!) garden or in the cafe itself, you not only get amazing food but also amazing service. There is such a wide variety of choices to select from, but if you aren’t sure on what you fancy, the girls offer recommendations based on your individual preferences rather than anything else! I’ve lost count how many times I have been in but am sure to return whenever I get the chance !

Would have liked to discover this place sooner, it's a real treat, had Mediterranean salad sandwich, black forest cake and a protein smoothie and how very nice they were too, shall be visiting again soon

Wow what a find! Stumbled onto this vegan cafe by accident, but so happy i did! The smoothies and cakes are amazing, yet to try the other food. Looking forward to our next visit there!

I find Leigh can be rather overwhelming with crowded eating establishments. This is a wonderful, more calm setting with the outdoor area under the pergola a great place to chill. The food is utterly delicious: I've eaten the Mediterranean Sandwich and the Green sandwich and both are wonderfully zingy AND healthy. I'm not vegan but who needs meat when plant-based foods are so tasty. The fresh juices are great- served in a solid, good-sized glass with a bamboo straw. The prices are very reasonable and service was quick. Well worth a visit, though don't all go otherwise it won't be such a peaceful haven as it was the 2 times I've been!

Sitting in Wild Health at the moment and just want to write a review while I remember! Lovely staff, lovely space, uplifting surroundings but most of all...legit vegan and gluten free food without apologising. Its what I need every morning and just found an out from having to do it myself each time! Yey! Gorgeous menu to choose from and just a nice place to introduce people to this food world too!

First visit this morning for some breakfast. Finally somewhere in the southend/leigh area with some good healthy vegan food! Nice atmosphere and well fitted out, the raw cheesecakes are probably the best i've ever had. Solid options for food and drink, i'll be making this my usual breakfast & lunch spot now I think!

This is a lovely little find. It's in Leigh Road opposite 'Our Lady of Lourdes' Church. The two girls that own it and their staff are all very polite and accommodating. There's a nice selection of tasty, healthy meals and snacks as well as freshly made juices and smoothies and of course teas and coffees with various milk options. Everything is plant based and the triple 'choc cheesecake' is to die for! There are 3 bench tables in the small garden area to the rear and the shop is air conditioned. Also for dog lovers, they're welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

This kind of place is what the spirit of Leigh on sea is built upon! A little cosy book set to harbour gossip chats or lunchtime snacks or like me, some peace and tranquility on your own for cake and a smoothie! All made fresh on the premises with transparency over the ingredients and all utterly delicious.I look forward to coming back and seeing this place go from strength to strength. It’s on point with its health conscious focus and it’s also being considerate to the environment and doing their best to ensure they are minimising their carbon footprint! Bamboo straws and paper bags - it’s all a great way to start as you mean to go on! Good luck! I shall always pop by when I’m in the area.
