West's Seafoods Ltd in Southend-on-Sea

Just grabbed 2 cod and chips from Henry Higgins and as usual absolutely banging!! Huge portion, cooked amazingly, not greasy at all. Succulent cod in a super crispy batter and the best chips in southend. Amazing value compared to the other chip shops around. If you really appreciate decent fish and chips don't bother going anywhere else use these guys, you will not be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING Simply the best From sea to your plate, some of the finest fish and Tapas I have had the pleasure to consume. Bang Bang hake OMFG. IF you miss this on your trip to Southend on sea, consider that a failure. Just bloody awesome 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cash only. Good way to lose what could be a reoccurring customer as this is our local. I’ll always pay cash when I have it but on the occasion I don’t, you should take card.

Been 3 times , live local , chips are the WORST I’ve had EVERY (3) times ! I suspect ( chip shop experience - baileys ) that they are cut way before they are cooked and left in water until cooked …. Not good ! Never Goin again …. I’d recommend “Nessies” , I’d rather the slightly longer journey for MUCH better food !
