the food was 38 minutes late, I actually rang the restaurant because they app went from nearly here to delivered! when I rang the restaurant the order was only just leaving! I won't be using again!

I pre ordered for delivery at 8.30 but it didn't arrive until 9.10. The naan was soggy and disappointing. With ordering so far in advance, I wouldn't expect so much delay.

Beautiful hotel but getting very tired inside. Could really do with a re fit and paint. Gym only consisted of two treadmills and a cross trainer which was disappointing

Ate here over 20 years ago. While the menu is less extensive than it used to be the options were well thought through and the restaurant remains a great fine dining experience. My wife has various food allergies and the waiting staff and chef liaised together to work out and through various options to ensure that she could still receive a meal that was enjoyable but nevertheless met her needs. Lovely relaxing environment too.

Tuvimos que preordenar nuestra comida, pero tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para que se sirviera. por desgracia, no fue porque estaban ocupados, éramos las únicas personas en el restaurante. Tenía gammon y era una pieza plana, como se compra en el supermercado. Fue quemado. Sé que la plancha puede marcar, pero el gammon sabía raro. El huevo frito servido con él era duro. Otros miembros de nuestro partido se quejaron de la mala calidad de la comida. Esta fue la segunda visita que tuvimos a este restaurante y nuevamente, en ese momento estaba vacío, excepto por un par y nuevamente se notó la mala calidad de la comida. Mi marido y yo fuimos a la cafetería para calentar después de un paseo y algo de comer. Estaba absolutamente helado 🥶 allí. Incluso el personal tenía abrigos gruesos, no es lo que esperas cuando has tenido un paseo rápido en la helada. Tenemos dos bebidas calientes y esperamos por nuestra comida, todavía tiene abrigos bufandas, sombreros y guantes puestos! Tienen que hacer algo al respecto. Además, los baños estaban fuera de servicio! Después, caminamos hasta el café Lakeside para calentar y tenían un calentador extra grande y era acogedor allí.

¡Qué pub! Yo estaba actuando para su celebración callejera del Día de Patrick, la clientela era genial y los propietarios son algunos de los más agradables que he encontrado. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera!
