Forgot my drink. Didn’t get the free prawn crackers the just eat page says you get after spending £10

Please don’t tell me your not open at 12 anymore during the day only time I can get there

Actually one of the best meals we have had from a Chinese the food was hot on delivery and very very nice the staff on the phone were polite and very helpful, especially when I contacted them to ask ETA will definitely be ordering again,without a doubt

First and probably last time ordering from here. Portion sizes were incredibly small compared to other equivalent takeaways. Quality was awful, overcooked, tough and over spiced. To top it all off the delivery was almost an hour later than specified

The approx time was 45-55 mins, minutes later I ordered the food and the new time 90-110 then it was still late. So ordered at 17:15 and it eventually arrived at 19:50, the place was only 2 miles away but I couldn’t collect, never again.

Ordered some pork with bamboo shoots and nuts. There were no nuts in the sauce. Delivery almost 20 minutes late and worst of all, I paid £15 for chewy meat and tasteless food. Don’t bother trying these guys, food is really bad.

Absolutely terrible I will never use again tastless food chicken fried rice was white tasted like boiled rice with frozen peas wast of money gutted put straight in the bin gutted ....

When ordering, the delivery time was 50 to 65minutes. It arrived after about 2hrs. I understand it is Saturday night and so I was happy to wait 1 hr but when the order was accepted it jumped up to a 2hr delivery time. A shame as the food was delicious but won’t be ordering from here again if we have to wait 2hrs for our food.

Worst Chinese we’ve had. No flavour whatsoever apart from way too much salt. Crackers were hard. Really disappointed :(

Food was over priced and not nice at all

The food that i had was salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper prawn. Both the food were poor. First of all, the qty was very less. The quality was also poor as there was a taste of bad reused oil. Overall poor experience with the food.

Impressive spring rolls. To much for me. BBQ sauce is the same watery half sweet and sour rubbish as everywhere else. I would order again

Placed order on a Friday 6.20pm after seeing 1 hour delivery time. Original ETA 7.50 to 8.10pm. I thought long, but bear with it. This passed and sent a chase. New ETA 8.40pm. Delivery finally arrived 8.45pm. Fried food e.g. chips and pancake roll on the luke warm and soggy side. Shame as taste of food was overall good.

I was phoned to allow me to choose a different meal because they had run out of udon noodles. Very professional. Food was piping hot, and delivered with a smile.

Good service and never have a problem with the gluten free items they offer. Not had a bad tasting meal yet. Also have expanded the gluten free options recently. The whole family eats here and is always satisfied.

I don’t know what it was but after half hr of eating this I was throwing up all night and my stomach was liquid. Still not feeling will today.

Beef fried rice was beautiful and served in a tin container and sweet and sour chicken balls were lovely to.the chow mein was OK but served in a plastic container which spoiled the chow mein, pancake roll was disappointing as barely any meat in it and no prawns in it... I doubt the takeaway reads these reviews so not expecting any changes

Not up to your usual standard, don't know if you've changed your recipes or what, but not as good as previous times we've ordered.

I was surprised when I got my order that the beef chow mein was served in plastic container which tasted terrible, fried rice was in tin container and was very good, pork balls were disgusting.. I can't see me ordering of them again

Just had my first takeaway from here. A bit worrying as others only gave them a 1☆. Really loverly food. I will come again

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, called restaurant who said they’re very busy but food would be a further 30 minutes. After having called, the restaurant rang me (another 20 minutes later) to say an item was unavailable! Over 2 hours passed and didn’t even get what we wanted! Food was OK at best. Won’t use again as delivery and food unavailability spoiled a family get together.

I requested the order for 6.15pm and they confirmed for 6.45pm. It eventually arrived at about 7.45, The meals were barely warm and the prawn toast was cold I was not at all happy. :(

Arrived in 12 minutes after ordering. Great food as always.

food was fine, nothing amazing. chips that came with the omelette were soggy, assume because they had been steaming in the delivery bag for so long. biggest problem is the delivery time. took 2hr25m. called the restaurant after 1hr40 to be told it had just been given to the driver yet somehow took 45mins to drive the 10min journey. called again after 20mins to be told the driver left 5 mins ago, so was clearly lied to on the first call

The food wasn’t very tasty just all taste certainly very plain slightly cold too not a good experience this time.

Not happy at all. 95% of the order went in the bin. Everything was so salty it was unbearable to eat. Only thing we could eat was the chips. Won't order from here again.

I used to regularly order over 10 years ago as the food was amazing... Not sure if it is still the same owners but either way the food is still of the highest quality & great value for money.

Food always great but never order on a Saturday our food took nearly 3hrs to be delivered contacted them multiple times to be told our order was next and that it would be with us in 20 mins….but finally was delivered at 9:33 pm and the order was placed at 7pm never again will I order on a weekend

I normally like my food from here but I've had to throw it all away, pancake roll was soaked in grease,the chow mein my greasy and tasteless and beef in the fried rice was so dry...I use to love this takeaway but shall now find a better one...

The meals were lovely with very generous portions. It was the best lemon chicken I have tasted in many years.

As with all Chinese cuisine it was cooked fresh and arrived nice and hot. Very generous portion of mixed veg rice. There was enough to feed 3 medium portions

TBF the food was very nice. Slightly undercooked on the sweet and sour balls with a slight flowery taste but still very nice. On food alone, we might have come back. The delivery time though is abysmal. We ordered at 5.30 pm knowing places are usually busy on Saturdays and it eventually got delivered at 7.40 pm. 2 hours is not an acceptable wait. Added to that the delivery driver dumped the bag on the ground, rang the doorbell, and was gone before I even opened the door. I can only assume he was in a rush because everything was running so late for some reason.

If I could give no stars then I would the food took ages , was almost inedible bad stomach today 12hours after eating ordered over the phone and was totally shocked at the cleanliness of the actual place in collection. I definitely will never ever eat from here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone also think the food hygiene people from the council should probably visit as it is awful.

Shocking. 🤮. Had fill myself up with chips because the chow mein was disgusting dry and sticky. And I asked for bean sprouts and never got them.

Food relatively cold. Chow mein rubbery and different colour noodles. Chicken very soft and chewy. Ribs were nice and meaty rice nice.
