Easily one of the best take aways in March! Food is brilliant, always hot and quick delivery with great staff!! You won’t go wrong with this place, I did see a comment about portion size…. I can say I’ve never had an issue with portion size, always plenty, it’s a struggle to finish sometimes. Thanks Eastern Promise!!

As a celiac there are a lot of limitations to where I can eat out and get takeaways from. Purple diamond makes it so easy for me to safely get a takeaway and one that’s delicious too! They labelled everything in our order including my partners non GF food to ensure I knew what was safe for me. Thank you for taking care of those with allergies!

This is the best Greggs ever! The one in March is the Greggs to go to. 🙂🙂 the staff are so friendly here! The tables are always spotless! They are always cleaned as soon as someone has finished at their table. We travel up from Peterborough and I'm Autistic and will only eat the kids cheese sandwiches and they are always available in this Greggs. I can only eat the soft food because I have poorly teeth. I also love the Tottenham Cake because it's soft food. Also the icing is delicious! The Peterborough Greggs does not have it. Which is one of the many reasons we travel up to March. Do not answer the phone! Lift and put down the phone! Unplug the phone? How rude you are, if you’re busy then be polite enough to say you’re not talking orders. Will never use your service again.

Tonight we attempted to order a pizza deal for our family. Pizza deal 1, for four pizzas The calculations were incorrect, therefore I phoned back to question it. I was told that it was because the deal was for 3 toppings only, which was absolutely fine and i amended accordingly. The price was still wrong, despite already phoning. so I phoned back, the response I received was beyond rude, commenting "are you taking the p##s ?" He proceeded to ban us from ordering again in the future. This would have been a simple task to edit the order to ensure we were being charged correctly. This was unbelievable and frankly The customer service was shocking!! The incompetence of some simple manners and mathematics is beyond believable!!!!!

All the food was really good except from one waffle which was not to standard. I got straight on the phone with them and they straight away sent another waffle out in the next 5 minutes. This one still wasn't great which they apologised about after me calling them again and offered me a refund. The refund did take a while getting to my house but it did arrive which is why I'm giving this place a good review. They sorted my problem out and was nice about it so highly recommended 👌🏻

Horrible food, not fit for human consumption, take a very careful look around the premises in all the nooks and crannies and you will see why. Will never buy from here again while I have breath in my body.
