Where to start! I ordered a tandoori chicken wrap with sauce & garlic bread with Pepperoni & Donner meat. There was no sauce in the wrap, the chicken was dry and tasted awful and the garlic bread was barely cooked. I didn’t eat much but my daughter had most of wrap. Ordered via just eat so left a review. Didn’t want a refund or meal replaced, just live and learn not to use again. My daughter was then up half the night with an upset stomach. Again live and learn, won’t use again. The next evening, a member of staff from this takeaway TURNED UP unannounced at my door to talk about my review. He asked why I didn’t like it, then make excuses why it may have been bad. He then gave me the same meal again and a dessert and begged me to change my review to a good one. I didn’t want the food but was taken aback that he had just turned up at my door! GDPR breach??? I had 2 bites and again, horrid. My son had some of the wrap and, like my daughter, has been up most of the night with an upset stomach! How this place got a 5 star hygiene rating is beyond me! But the fact the turned up at my doorstep and begged me to change my review is so unprofessional and creepy. I’m glad I have a ring doorbell camera, as I was home alone with 2 children and it was dusk & a strange man with broken English at my door PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AT MY DOOR AGAIN ON THE BACK OF THIS REVIEW!

While staying in the area we had some really delicious pizza from here. Best pizza I've had so far, base was perfect and the flavour was spot on. Delivery was speedy and the delivery person was polite. Totally recommend!!

My fiance ordered a chicken wrap last Sunday evening. Within a few hours he was very poorly with food poisoning. After 5 days I had to call 111 at 5am as he had a temperature of 39 and was shaking with severe stomach pains. Long story short it was food poisoning and after 8 days he lost over a stone in weight due to how unwell he was. AVOID!!!!!!!

Took 2 hours to deliver ended up cancelling and not eating for the night shouldn’t take that long for a 10 minute journey

I got a pizza delivered to my address pizza tasted horrible so I bined it cause it was that bad onion rings were soggy and had a rubbery texture milk shake was bang on which is a shame as well as the hot wings needs work but if it is better if I order again then j will change my review but until then it stays as 1 star

Great food and people. Great service. Nothing is too much hassle. Put too much chilli on once, swapped it out no problems. Always hot food. Our favourite. Please keep up the good work 👍

Pizza had very thick base when I ordered thin, one of the topping’s was missing and it was far too greasy to eat.

Dissapointed this time with pizza order-kebabs though are fantastic.

The food is great but last week ordered a kebab but no salad in it,tonight ordered a chicken tikka in a naan and got a chicken tikka in a wrap,need to take note of order,delivered on time though and plenty of food

First time ordering from here delivery was super fast and food was hot, salad was super fresh, chips was not greasy and burger was super yummy. Unlike most takeaways around here the food was so fricken good really yummy and I was very very impressed so thank you Chilli hut keep doing what you're doing. We shall be ordering again. Ooo plus the 10% online discount was great too!

When they run out of boneless fillets they palm you off with the worst chicken nuggets, that I won't even give to my dog

Myself, My Wife And her friend came to order cheesey chips Friday night, Unfortunately my wife had to much to drink and began being sick outside, One of the employees saw and went inside to get her a bottle of water, He have us it and it was greatly appreciated, The chips wasn't bad either haha.

Order for delivery every Saturday, lovely food, always deliver in the allotted time, friendly service, would prefer more salad with my burger 👍but other than that an excellent choice of quality food

Out on call last night so popped in here as I was passing through. Really friendly chatty guy serving. I ordered a doner Naan, was spot on. Really tasty and great value. Just what I needed. I’d recommend these guys.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. Ordered through the just eat app. Delivery was on time but half the order was missing and then when I called and said I was told I didn’t order it and he could see what I ordered so could I as I had the email order asked him to check and then chilli hut apologised and sent it out again. Wouldn’t order through here again though. Customer service wasn’t great and food wasn’t fantastic either.

We have been ordering from this place for a while however the past 2 times thay have messed up our order with wrong pizzas and chips.

I bought the chicken wings meal deal for my son, no mention in the menu that they would be hot enough to blow your head off. Therefore my son couldn't eat them. The donner meat wrap is a complete rip off. You pay over £5 for the smallest donner wrap and no option to have salad in it (ordered online). The chicken burger was like eating cardboard as it was so over cooked and the lettuce that came with it was brown and soggy. The chips were nice 😊 Dont think I will waste my money here again!

First time ordering here, unfortunately will be our last. Both pizzas were under cooked, soggy and far too much cheese and not much else.

Delicious, authentic flavours (I have 2 professional Chefs in my family that have spent many years abroad travelling and sampling various dishes from all over as you could imagine and when we have a get together, this is where we order from, every time....) great service, always on time, extremely professional and courteous, Chilli Hut is a hidden little Gem in March Town Centre. A tip for the not so-likers of hot or spicy food :-) when you place an order, explain over the phone how you would like your dishes cooked, the chefs will get a better understanding of how you like it and happy days......you'll enjoy it better, If you are unsure of what you would like, give em a call and ask, they'll help you out with your selections.

Wedding anniversary so ordered meal cost nearly £40 BIG disappointment. Food took ages to arrive, onion bhaji so spicy couldn't eat them, sag aloo all aloo very little sag and potatoes where great big chunks ( half whole potato size). Asked for my food extra mild, it wasn't, so I couldn't eat it, left most of my meal. Wouldn't order from here again.

Late and delivered to the wrong address! A hardworking key worker so hungry she was in tears when she paid for food she did not get. Too late to eat now and nothing to eat. Manager was not helpfu, only interested in making money. £15.00 in their pocket!. Avoid this money grabbing, unhelpful stain on our town!

Ordered from here about a week ago following morning was very unwell after two days I was so bad I had to go to the doctors where they told me I had food poisoning would not recommend this place to anybody they are under investigation by food health and safety

Just had a balti chicken... Lovely flavour but far too hot!!! I had a whole tub of yoghurt with mine and still too hot! A balti should be medium hot guys!!!

Absolute rubbish, can't even get an order right at all in anyway shape or form, rude and ignorant staff over the phone. Avoid completely, absolute jokers.

Was trying to find a regular takeaway to use in March so tried this one ! What a mistake ordered 2 kebabs took over an hour to get here cold so had to microwave meat like leather nan bread burnt small size delivered ordered large very poor all round avoid this place or be disappointed menu now in the bin

Food was an hour late, pizza was burnt and the popadoms were stale!!!

Update 9/11/18 Last week ( 2/11/18 ) the management had changed for a second time in a week and it just got worse Got served half the amount for the price of a large tray of kebab meat and it was COLD as it was straight from the pan that wasn’t heated so I’m just guessing it was leftovers from the night before Not satisfied with the service as the new owners literally rips people off the place needs the other owner back as he brought the best service and the newest owner is ripping off the customers by charging more for less I will be going elsewhere in future that knows how to treat their customers right Below was rated 5 star and above is the newest update Best place for kebabs and curries ever Staff are nice when you walk in Food is excellent quality If you want a good service then this the place to goto

bristles from a brush, guess used for oiling the nan was was fould. lots of!! the wife thought she had on in her mouth which worked out to be a hair!!!

Got my order it was wrong so couldn’t eat it all

Definitely gone downhill since it was taken over some months ago. The meat samosas used to be terrific, and the salad of lettuce, white cabbage etc that accompanied them was just the best takeaway salad I have ever had. Sadly the new owners didn't see fit to continue that practice and the samosas are very very ordinary now too. False economy if you ask me - I used to get takeaway more often just because of the crunchy salad. Now I'm not getting it more than once a month, if that. Still, good for my health and bank balance I suppose :-) As an addendum, they are still charging a fee for credit card payments even though this is now illegal so watch out. I have downgraded my rating to 2 stars because of that.

I order from these guys a lot, mostly pizza sometimes chicken, never really been disappointed, and some of their pizza's are really good. I am just on the outskirts of where they deliver, the people are friendly and the food is always hot. Their Order site needs a little updating though.

Chicken wrap had no salad or sauce. Chips tasted like they were tried in re used oil. Kids nuggets were burnt and the food containers had burn holes through them yet the food was not hot.

The delivery was brilliant because it was quick. The donner kebab was a medium but it look like a small so the size wasn't good and the chilli sauce had no taste. The poperdoms were lovely so was the youghurt sauce. The rice was lovely and so was the korma sauce but the chicken was awful because it didn't taste cooked because it was chewie and hard. The narn was lovely it was big and tasty. I would of improved the size of the donner kebab and cook the chicken properly. Kind regards Kayleigh

I ordered a quarter pounder burger and received a quarter pounder cheeseburger!! I can't eat cheese so could only eat the spirals and onion rings. Meal would've been lovely if I was delivered the correct burger. Will order from here again and hope I receive what I order.

Hungry for a curry? Give this place a miss! Never again. Been eating from here for years and at their best the curry is perfect. Today's meal was disgusting and it's happened once too often. Mushroom rice forgotten so we had to wait for that to be delivered. I paid £1.40 for two spiced poppadoms which consisted of a pile of flakes at the bottom of the bag. Vindaloo was watered down and reheated rock-hard chicken. Absolutely tasteless, I'm not eating it. Mixed kebab was burnt, reheated meat. No lamb, just beef. This isn't normally a problem as I'd prefer not eat lamb but as it was so rank, I'll mention it. Salad was old and manky. I must have spent hundreds upon hundreds of pounds in this place down the years but today is the final straw: you won't get any more of my hard-earned money.

Absolutely disgusting. Worst takeaway I've ever had. Large kebab with chips came in a wrap all mixed together with hardly any chips. Chicken wrap a lot of chicken with vainy bits and it wasn't proper chicken freshly cooked but ready cooked chicken from Iceland.

Food arrived on time. Rice and Bombay potato missing. Called but could not get through. After 5 minutes got through. Was like didn't believe me. Asked had we checked the bags, well yes of course we have. Promised to send straight out. 35 minutes later still not here and main dishes gone cold. In the meantime my daughter gave up eating her korma as had found that many hairs in the sauce it was disgusting. Always used Chilli Hut and no problems until this.

Still waiting for 2 pizzas after 2 hours. Keep being told driver is on way!! Estimated delivery time was 45 min ago. Very poor service

I asked for a slight change to my salad and it was ignored! Plus, there wasn't a lot of salad in the first place!

Best takeaway we have found locally for pizza

The mild Buhna isn't mild we couldn't eat it, the chuntey didn't taste right either, all though the Korma did taste nice and the chicken strips lwhere nice and crispy no soggy crumb .... The male was hot as in heat and arrived in good time. We may try again possibly would ask for the to ensure its ultra mild.

Ist Order. 2 x £9 set menu consisting of - 1 x Chicken Korma & Pilau Rice 1 x Lamb Madras & Vegetable Fried Rice Poppadoms (4 - 2 more than I expected ) 2 Naan 2 Mango Chutney 2 Yogurt 2 Onion Salad Overall,very pleased. Positives - Curries - Rich,tasty ,very tender / quality meat (no fat or gristle),not swimming in oil,good portions sizes. Crispy poppadoms,lovely fresh naan bread. Negatives - Only minor - 1 set of condiments missing & the vegetable rice was too oily ( but really flavourful and a dish in its own right). The mango chutney could be improved (not much flavour) & a nice side salad would finish the meal completely. Will definitely order again - This is the 3rd takeaway we have tried (for a decent curry) and overall the best. Well done. (Not sure why I have to rate the 'takeaway service' before I can submit a review ,when I ordered a delivery)
