First time ever witnessing soggy chicken. Chips were good but the chicken was irritating and the team lead was giving justification for that? Poor customer service and no mention of part refund either. I forgot to take pictures but I hope they inprove on their chicken content.

Prices bigger then London central

Always very friendly, food is freshly cooked and good. Delivery always on time. Its our go-to place for takeaway.

Pizzas are good and so is the chicken wings but the prices are so high and its nothing to do with the rising costs because their price has always been high. I guess they know people don't have choice as they are the few takeaways in chatteris

Got sent out the wrong food and it was all mouldy. Asked for a refund and guy told me to f off. Took 3 hours for delivery.

Absolutely swimming in grease. Not only that an extra £3 on top of prices. Do not waste your money

Had a mixed kebab and it was just about OK. The service is fast and friendly and the place is nice and clean. The lamb kofta was inedible though. Firstly it was really, really salty and sadly it was just full of gristle and bits of bone. Now, I'm assuming they buy in the lamb pre-minced so they don't have any control over what goes into it so it may have just been a dodgy batch. But the salt thing - everything was way over salted.

The kebabs are a bit pricey but we usually buy their pizzas which are really yum

Kebab wrap tonight was one of the best I have ever had. Delivery on time, food good and hot. Pizza deal is brilliant value. If you haven't already, try this place now, you won't be disappointed!

Great guys, I've not had a bad meal from them. That's saying something too, I haven't had a kitchen for two weeks, so I've tried most of the menu now:-)

I was disgusted with what I had witnessed here tonight. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and chips for collection. Arrived at the takeaway, my order was not quite ready. What I witnessed here was a breach of Heath and hygiene standards, especially during the ongoing and current .pandemic. The staff were handling food with their bare hands, they were handling and sharing the tongs and other utensils, touching their face masks, handling the telephone, cash and at no point did anyone wash their hands. When I complained I got told ‘What do you expect when we are busy’. I asked why no one was wearing gloves, and got told they are not in the rules. I will never order food from this place again and would give minus stars if there was the option. After what I saw, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really very good! Nice meat, lean, no gristle, good marinade, good Donner meat too. I was pleasently surprised and will definitely return.

My favourite Chatteris takeaway. The staff are always lovely and helpful and the chilli sauce on the kebabs is meaty and spicy and delicious. Good prices and good hygiene.

The food is cooked and prepared fresh. It's in the taste. My only wish is that the menu was more Turkish extensive.

Absolutely appalling!!! Ordered from these tonight 2 x kebabs for £6 EACH!! Turned up with 3 pieces of meat on a piece of bread when phoned to complain they were so rude!!! No refund no nothing AVOID!!!!

Have never used this place before for pizza but it had been recommended and it did home delivery, whilst I was happy with the wide range of choices in type of bases, stuff crusts and toppings, I was a little disappointed in the taste. But if you like a soft base pizza then this is your place to order one. Overall the pizza was ok.

Got a sloppy blozza behind the bins then found a thrown out kebab. Me and the misses rubbed curry sauce on our lips. Good old days it was

We’ve just had nearly £50 worth of food from here, a mixture of burgers kebabs and nuggets. Can honestly say it’s the nicest takeaway we’ve had in ages. 😁😁

Putting one star because I can't rate zero. Order completely wrong and very rude on the phone. Did not make an effort to resolve the issue. This is not the way to do business.

Absolutely terrible! Painfully slow and ver expensive for ver average food, service is crap, 100% success at getting my order wrong! Been overcharged before, given the wrong order, or just forgotten to give simple things like chips! Just waited nearly an hour for a kebab and chicken nuggets and chips, 6 customers come in and order after me and leave before me, then when I finally get it there are no chips, go back in and they’ve got to cook more chips, just walked out without anything, I’ll go somewhere else, it’ll be quicker, absolute waste of money and time!

Delivery service is a welcomed change, I previously would order a couple of times a month and would very often have their family chicken bucket, but for some reason the coating has changed and now is poor in flavour. Kebab meat is still nice but I manly order from elsewhere now.

Got a large Donna kebab from here and it was honestly one of the best I'd ever had, just what I needed after a Leeds away day.

Couldn't believe these were not listed on TripAdvisor so decided to put it right ! Have used these for some years for my takeaways but mainly for their kebabs which I have to say are always well cooked with lovely fresh salad and plenty to pick from. My tip if ordering from them is to ask for the meat, salad and pitta bread separate as I always like to set it out on a plate when I get home and it stops the pitta bread from going soggy which is a pet hate of mine. If you cannot wait to get it home or have it delivered they do have a couple of seats and a table to use. Give them a try if you have not already and are in the area I don't think you will be disappointed!

We ordered food at 6:50 and it finally arrived at 8:40 (2 pizzas and a portion of chips) chips were barely warm, soggy and disgusting, pizza tasteless and warm. We will never order from here again.

Great local kebab house and Chippy. They do traditional fish and chips as well as kebabs. All freshly cut and fried. Has an eat-in area and the service and hygiene is excellent.

My husband and I have been going to this Takeaway for a long time. They make the best lamb shish kebab ever! So much so, when my family are over from Lincs, they request one. Meat always fresh and more importantly not greasy in the slightest. They are a lovely friendly bunch in there. They even know what I want now when I phone, before I've even asked! Can highly recommend!

Would recommend clean establishment, friendly staff and good food

Had a horrible experience with one of their delivery men. He tried to short change us by £5 when questioned he refused to give us the money, he only relented after we said that we'd go to the shop and complain. As he left he shouted obscenities and sat outside our door honking his car horn, we had our 18 month old son asleep upstairs, which they all know as we use to be regular customers. We will not be using them ever again. Avoid this place!!!

We use Chatteris Kebab regularly .The food is always hot and is good value for money. Always seem quick on deliveries.
