Love this Gregg's. Favourite place to get a snack first thing. Nice staff, always friendly.

Marcus was just brilliant in his customer service on Thursday. I am visually impaired and he went out if his way to serve me. The best coffee ever and the sausage rolls are always great. The shop is always clean and tidy and a credit to the Greggs chain

Food, sandwiches etc will not be made after 12 o'clock it's ridiculous twice we have been up there approximately 12.30 and they have refused to make a sandwich for us. Surely 12-1pm is prime time lunch. Waste of time if they cannot cater for people at least till 2 o'clock.

Love there baguettes a bigger variety of content would be even better

Love a steak slice. Nice friendly staff. I like the fact that this company looks after its staff. That is a big plus for me. Asda and Tesco should take note.

The shelves are always empty. Been there 3 times as near to work and not many other options for quick lunch, but always left disappointed. Never has any ketchup or mayo or vegetarian options. Never seen a Greggs this bad.

Just nipped in to collect a 2good2go bag. Always friendly in there. Plenty of fresh baked items. Well worth a visit!!

Very small and messy at the tills, people often jump queue/don't know when their turn is, poorly designed premises need a rethink.

For the past 14 days your cafe in Wisbech has been without sugar. Is the management happy with this situation?

Rotund lady with "manager" badge started shouting at me as I walked to go to the toilet. She said I needed to ask permission because I hadn't ordered anything. She kept shouting and would not let me get a word in edgeways. When she eventually stopped, I told her my intention was to go to the toilet and then order my food as I didn't really want to take it in with me to the toilet. She just assumed I was going to use the toilet and go even though I've been a regular for many years. Disgraceful rude service. Never again.

Greggs is Greggs and won’t often disappoint - you know what you’re in for. Ordered a sausage roll to go. Inexpensive, hot and tasty. A standard visit.

Greggs is a great place for affordable eating out especially for breakfasts. However, we were surprised when we realised that Greggs doesnot provides salt or pepper for soups, for a health reasons. It's a bit extreme because Greggs offers a wide range a super sugary and a very high calorific cakes, virtually packed with fats and sugars which contribute towards developing diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. And, there is a huge choice of such "unhealthy" items on Greggs menu. However, we customers do try to choose something healthy or vegetarian, like a soup, Greggs would refuse to provide salt for customers justifying it by health reasons which are minimal compare with a real damage to health caused by the rest of Greggs products packed with processed sugars and saturated fats.

The lady in Greggs was more than helpful. I think her name was Marie. She couldn't do enough to be more helpful and serve our food & coffee just as we wanted it .. MANY Thanks to the lovely lady :-)

Always fresh filled baguettes staff always busy but still always friendly

I ordered a black coffee, i also saw a vegan sausage roll was available and decided to see what all the fuss has been about . The server was friendly enough, the coffee was enjoyable as for the vegan sausage roll, the pastry was delicious and the filling has a good texture, the flavour is pretty good, but there is a tang to it, it will probably be one of those that you will either like, or hate with a passion. I liked it. I will be back tomorrow.

I would have got a better greeting at the local crematorium. Not a good experience!! I felt I was an inconvenience. On my experience I would not recommend it nor rush to enter there again. Staff training in urgent need. Will do another review in three months! My one star was too generous!!

Typical greggs. Has all you'd expect. can eat in or take away. Service can be a little slow sometimes. And they run out of all the good stuff (Yes I'm talking about the doughnuts) by 11am

Apparently no Gregg's sell hot food! That's news to me, I have always been able to buy hot food... And as for the staff well maybe some training on how to talk to people. Never go back there again!! No hot food!

Always helpful, shame it gets so busy and manages to squash everyone up the way the take away options are squashed into a corner. But the food is lovely and the cafe area is clean and cleaned regulary.

Loved the air conditioning in this heatwave, toilets n baby change available. Plenty of tables/seating. Downside never enough milk available n messy tables sometimes. Otherwise would've given 5 stars. Oh n friendly n polite staff too.

Sausage rolls always cold. I ask for a hot Savage roll every time and you end up with one that's either just warm or cold. It's a shame this let's them down.

Very good if a little busy at lunchtimes. Sadly the food is often too hot or too cool, they aren't allowed to reheat- thanks EU for stupid rules. Also a bit expensive tax to eat in, small size of large coffee. Good value otherwise but not meeting the likes of costa for similar price. See Greggs Vs Costa online.

Great service but the area in front of the counter is too small. The whole restaurant could have been better designed to make it easier to firm an orderly queue and still be able to make a selection of cold drink and sandwiches

this place has been refurbished since I last revisited, nice refurbishment but the food wasn't piping hot and their wasn't a lot of choice when I went in but taste was ok.

Came in to greggs today in march to grab a bit to eat. Ordered as normal and revived my food only to find out it was stone cold! I told the women behind the till and she said they don't keep the pastries hot. I asked if she cold heat it and was told there was no way to heat it. Not happy! Won't be returning !

this is a nice place for coffee has a selection of cakes and pastries and sandwiches and also offer fruit.The staff are polite and freindly it has plenty of seating and is suitable for children

We went here in December just before Christmas with our little boy of 6, the place has hardly any selection of sandwiches and very basic sausage rolls, steaks slices etc... I can't believe they call this a bakery, food was served on a tray on a sheet of grease proof paper, not even a plate!! It had no atmosphere and minimum selection- this is the worst greggs I've been in and will not be returning as I find no plates so un hygienic.

The reason one goes to buy bread from a proper bakers is because one likes choice. Unfortunately Greggs will no longer allow a customer the choice. I am now point blankly refused the option of buying an uncut tin loaf. It must be sliced. Where is the customer choice here? I will no longer bother with such a narrow minded establishment.
