Do not answer the phone! Lift and put down the phone! Unplug the phone? How rude you are, if you’re busy then be polite enough to say you’re not talking orders. Will never use your service again.

Food cold and so greasy you could taste the oil. Curry sauce not much flavour. Order completely messed up and staff very rude. Very disappointing would not return

Ordered food tonight at 9pm its now 10:50 pm and no food has turned up and as your closed I suspect it won't be coming. What Disgracefull "service" your a joke.

Ordered tonight as our regular Chinese was shut. The beef curry is so spicy and hot to cover the flavour which there is none, and rice is rather hard and well over done. Id definately not order from here again.

Food didn’t taste great, usually not too bad though. Very very bad shrimp/prawns as food poisoning kicked in very very fast!!! They did give us money back when called them but wasn’t too happy with how the ‘cook’ reacted to it. Took a 20 min conversation to get money back. Still extremely poorly 20+ hours later! The cook was thinking you can’t get food poisoning that fast. Well you can from fish! Think they need to brush up on food hygiene!!

Been using Royal China for many years always fantastic never had any problems. The food is great no matter what you order. We always try to order something we haven’t tried before and have not been disappointed.

Free delivery, arrived promptly and as ordered. Best Smoked Chicken I have had for a long time, spring roll good too!

Always use this takeaway after sampling some other disasters. Food is always fresh and hot and generous portions

Ordered from royal china for the first time tonight, the lady on the phone was very proffessional and gave excellent customer service, she read my order back to me and gave me the price without me asking, she also advised me that from the food I had ordered I was able to have a meal deal which was an added bonus! The Food was supposed to take an hour to be delivered but had arrived within half an hour. The food tasted amazing too! Royal china is now our favourite Chinese, and we will definately be returning!!

I had never used this location before , but the food was hot , tasty & delivered very quickly . The young delivery man was polite & friendly . The food was good value & I would use again .

Got a Yung chow fried rice here. Big portion and only £5.50. Tons of meat in it, and massive prawns. Lovely, friendly staff, and would deffo eat here again. Plenty of free parking on the road outside. Food was ready in five mins, and still piping hot when I got it home 20 mins later.

Had a delivery from there tonight it arrived when they said it would portion sizes were plenty food was delicious and pipping hot reasonably priced will defiantly be using again

The worst Chinese ever. It was small portion sizes. Cold and tasteless. This used to be our regular but has seriously gone downhill. I will not be using again nor recommending

We tried the Royal China because our usual takeaway was closed and boy were we pleasantly surprised. We popped in there on the off chance and found the staff helpful & friendly and the food was ready within 5 minutes. Our meal was by far the best Chinese takeaway we've had in a long time. Fresh, tasty and full of flavour. We highly recommend Royal China!!

Have always used royal China, whenever I have tried other Chinese takeaways in March they have been rubbish compared. Really like their prawn dishes and their chips in bbq sauce :)

The food from there was lovely! However I asked for Singapore noodles with just onions because I don't like the vegetables they use in the noodles and I heard the Chinese woman in the kitchen take the mick out of me and ridicule me for my choice in food. Rude staff

Quien escribió la crítica de cinco estrellas nunca ha comido chino/comida cantonesa. Impresionantemente malo, por debajo de la media, horrible desastre de Dios del antiguo mushing. Si me comida cocinada mal, la dejó en la nevera durante 3 días, lo puso en un wok y quemó a un fresco. Eso es lo que esta comida. Un insulto a los orígenes. prácticamente todos los restaurantes orientales realizan de marzo comparten poco en común con sus orígenes pero esto es porquería! Mi consejo es que aprenda a cocinar la comida. fácilmente te puedes hacer un mejor trabajo.

It's been sometime since I've used this place but what a suprise I got, the food was amazing and we will be coming back again.
