Ridiculously nice wrap - I never would’ve chosen the one I had (think it was called the Boku..? Sorry if I’ve just invented a new name 🤣) but it was 10/10 with just the right level of kick. Will recommend to everyone I know. Lovely staff as well. You’ve got a new regular

The price of the food is very expensive. Small pieces of baguette served with soup costs 0.65p each! The bread is stale too. Complained to the staff but they were unhelpful and told me to leave a review. If you visit the vending machine outside the restaurant, you can get a microwave meal that you can then use in the allocated microwave. However, the bar code doesn’t scan and therefore you can’t heat your meal. No cutlery available for this vending machines either. Ordered a number of different coffees from the vending machine and all you get is an inch of coffee for £1.80! What a complete rip off!!

Go here every week as a staff member but today I have been really disappointed with the quality of the food and customer service, I work in a busy environment and forgot my staff bag (40% discount) I explained I had forgotten it and paid for my food full price, I went back no more than 15 minutes later with my staff badge to have the price amended which is not possible for some reason, I am aware the bage needs to be presented at the time of payment however I feel as if this is wrong I had returned with a full receipt in hand also, for context I had brought 3 meals one for myself and two for other members of staff on the ward which came to £27.90 whereas it usually costs around £15, to add to this there were around 10 chips per box which is abysmal, if you're not staff I would never recommend you eat here and if you are make sure you bring your badge the company is not forgiving

I have been a costa member for more then a decade now and first time ever I felt was the worst experience I ever had at a costa coffee shop, I went there and picked up a all day breakfast wrap stood in the que until I went to the till and the girl at the till asked me if I'm paying cash and I, she told me to go back and order it on the machine where there was a que already so I decided to put the wrap back and walked away. even though they have so much staff out there she could have easily done the order and it was Sunday not even a weekday.

I ordered the chipotle pork tenderloin and wow ! I didn’t leave anything on the plate, so delicious. The service was a little slow but I think that’s because it was close to closing. My mom also ordered the crab cakes and said it was the best she’s ever had! Wonderful dinner experience. The buffet is also good and filled with staples. I wish there were less flies around but after that it’s wonderful.

I visited costa coffee motorway services at K5, Grand Arcade, Cambridge CB2 3HW, ordered 3 takeaway coffees, paid and scanned my Costa loyalty app. Returned to car, continued journey to then find out I had been overcharged ( looks like 4 drinks) but also not credited for anything on loyalty app…. So angry!!!!
