Starbucks Coffee in Cambridge

Absolutely abysmal service and even worse coffee!!!

Sadly they sell gluten free soup but no Gluten free bread to go with it, but you still have to pay full price even though its meant to come with bread (for non Coeliacs they get bread!). Staff are volunteers, hats off to them for giving their time, but very pricey for the quality of food even the soup was such a tiny portion for £5.

When placing order was not asked name or size of drink so when order was done there was confusion on who drink was who’s, as they made other customers at same time. When male staff were asked who’s drink was who they were rude, abrupt and very unhelpful not knowing who’s order belonged to who. The attitude was “ well I don’t know””

Get your act together Starbucks. You can’t run a coffee shop with only one member of staff doing everything. It’s the reason the long queue doesn’t move.

I was ignored by baristas and grunted at by them when they finally decided to serve me. It took a long while for them to make a single americano. Really poor service.

A daily morning ritual enroute to the office upstairs inside the hospital. Tom, Ellen and the new members like Liam and Lewis make you feel prepared for the day caffeinated and with a solid oatmeal breakfast. Couldn't get through the day without them ☕🥯

It's Starbucks, it's in a hospital, can be a little busy at times, but decent coffee.

I don't, and never will, use Starbucks. Only put one star as I could not post the comments otherwise.

Helpful staff, and swiftly served coffee. Coffee was okay but not quite to my taste hence dropping a star.

Not recommended for daily vist, bad managment, a lot of problems with food.

Prompt polite service - much better than Costa, in every way. Coffee is better, service is better, you get what you ask for

Self serve but okay, pressed mocha but got hot chocolate!!!! Soup & baguette very nice!!!!

Tasty coffee, children enjoyed the hot chocolate, my daughter liked the fact she could join us in a hot drink as she is dairy free, just a shame all your sweet treats are quite pricey

No queues compared to the Costa round the corner!

Rude barista at Starbucks addenbrookes, slamming coffee cup whilst taking our order, he asked what we wanted and suddenly changed his attention as he got confused with previous order, we have had to repeat. Three times what we wanted but he was not listening...this is a hospital food court and the staff should really be more courteous, respectful and friendly as they are dealing with patience and visitors...

OK but, as always, overpriced for what you get.

Truly dreadful. I had an insipid Americano and a pan au chocolat that was like cardboard.

The worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had. I ignored all the other options because Starbucks is always best. Oh no it isn’t! One of the worst coffees I’ve ever tasted.

Best coffee in Addenbrooke's in my opinion

This pace is hit and miss. Sometimes they make great coffee and sometimes it's plain awful. It is not a chain branch so they don't take starbucks app payments. The staff is friendly though.

Poor imitation of Starbucks - it's a franchise that doesn't take or allow payments from Starbucks own card system nor give any points from the Starbucks reward system...Poor show because it has a little sign near the till stating this.. It should be a full Starbucks or not bother...
