Khangs Fish Shop in Cambridge

I pop in for a lunchtime Chinese and have always found it to be , tasty, generous, piping hot and good value. It may not hit the highest Chinese levels, but for what it is, it's good.

The fish is always freshly cooked and so is the Chinese food with good portion sizes. It's very reasonably priced too and the service is fast and friendly. Extensive opening hours too - I just wish they delivered!

The portion size is huge and it’s cheap. However, it’s oily and poor quality binned the lot. Had chowmein and curry, never again

We get a takeaway for the family every week, and we consider it the best chippy in Cambridge - I have not tried the Chinese meals though.

The fish and chips here are excellent - very good portion sizes too and reasonably priced in comparison with other takeaways in the area. The chinese food is good too. I think the service is polite and friendly.

I have been visiting this chippy for a while now, and their fish and chips are usually ok, nothing to write home about (it's only fish and chips!). But recently their standards have dropped and the quality and size of their portions have been cut but the price has gone up. For a less then average chippy this is not good news. The staff need a lesson in customer service, being rude and Chinese won't help build a strong customer relations in a small neighbourhood of cambridge. I think the rudeness might just be a Chinese cultural attitude and a bit of arrogance chucked in for good measure. Bottom line if you want cheap and really poor quality fish and chips this place is perfect!

Barrie and I loved Haddock and Chips and the haddock would be cooked while you waited and worth it, it was.

Reasonably priced My chips were pretty good! Well cooked. Portion size just right. Space to park in a busy residential area making it brilliant to pop in and pick it up. Will be making a return visit to try more

This fish and chips / Chinese takeaway near Addenbrooke's is very good for what it is. It has the usual UK offerings of chips, pies and fried fish as well as a Chinese menu. The chips are very good, and have some colour to them and are not the limp affairs you can run into at some chippies. The service was matter of fact, but if what you want to do is grab a bite and get on with things it is perfect.

There is a great menu here for traditional English food including Fish and Chips, Chicken Etc plus a full Chinese take away menu. The food is always cooked freshly and well and delivered with friendly smiles from the staff. Excellent prices too. We have never been disappointed here having bought food from across the menu on many occasions. Easy parking.
