The best restaurants in Wroxham Broadland East of England

Really friendly staff and fantastic food a very clean and welcoming place a good atmosphere and very good menu it was very nice place to get out of the rain

We discovered Prima Rosa by chance when cycling to Salhouse Broad. We popped in for a coffee and stayed for nearly 2 hours. My daughters were enchanted by all the sparkly things and the cakes were amazing. The cakes were so good that we went out of our way on our next ride to pick up supplies for the day.

Called Friday just gone to check if could place an order for Saturday (yesterday), was told they don’t take orders on a Saturday, so travelled on the Saturday for 4.45pm to find out it’s shut! No idea why, says open from 4.30pm, and wasn’t told anything when called the day before, absolute waste of a journey, need to communicate correctly opening times so don’t waste people’s time in travelling for no reason, ended going to The Frying machine which was open, please communicate opening times, or at least say on phone when we spoke on the Friday

I recently visited this café with high hopes for a hearty breakfast, but left quite disappointed. I ordered the Full English Breakfast and my friend opted for the vegetarian version. Unfortunately, both meals were utterly tasteless. The food lacked any seasoning and felt like it was just thrown together without any care. To make matters worse, the service was subpar. Our waitress seemed uninterested and inattentive, making us feel like an afterthought. We also had to wait an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive, which only added to our frustration. Overall, the lack of flavor in the food and the poor service left us with a negative experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend this café to others.

I came here as a paying customer, bought a coffee and another drink with a sandwich from another business in my hand. I hadn’t said I was going to eat this sandwich nor had even opened it. I sat down and the lady who served my drinks rudely come up to me in front of everybody and loudly said ‘you aren’t eating that in here’ to which I replied that it wasn’t my intention to. She then went on to say ‘don’t even think about sitting outside on the bench either’ and as a paying customer I found this very rude and humiliating in front of everyone. I wouldn’t have minded if it was politely said to me and I would’ve been able to explain I wasn’t going to eat this yet. (It was for my lunch later on). Overall as a customer who was rudely humiliated and spoke to very poorly I would not recommend simply for the appalling customer service.

I haven't stayed but have eaten here. Meal was delicious looking forward to my next visit.

We called in here for breakfast on the recommendation of Norfolk Broads Direct at the end of our holiday. Friendly welcome, 3 different sizes of Full English on offer - we chose the smallest ‘half breakfast’ but it was plenty. Served freshly cooked, quality ingredients and piping hot! My only complaint would be the ‘spread’ on the toast. Should always be proper butter! The home cooked pies, quiches and cakes look excellent too. We will definitely come again next time we’re in Wroxham. Oh and it’s dog friendly too!

We had a day trip to Wroxham and decide to eat at The Bridge. It is a lovely location and as the weather was lovely we sat outside. We were a group of 4. We had a lovely meal and the waiter was very helpful and friendly. Next time we are in Wroxham we will defiantly come here again.

Lovely place to visit. Plenty of screen to watch the sport on, friendly and chatty bar staff and great facilities. Lovely outside area to sit in also.

Very nice food with good choice. Very popular so could have to wait to be seated but has benches to sit on, worth the wait though

A nice spot with a very nice location - the tea was cold but the sandwiches nice. I would recommend.

Happened across this lovely place on a walk with our dog. We all had ice cream including the dog with a very nice brownie to follow. Sit amongst the trees and just listen to the birds and watch the world go by.

Fabulous location overlooking the river. Amazing home baked cakes and coffee whilst lazing and watching the river world float by.

Right here we go ….. Buried in the middle of the rackheath industrial estate I was wandering to find a coffee while I had a tow bar fitted to my car …. 3 hours to kill in a warehouse district isn’t that easy! I stumbled across this place ….. Outside: on road parking outside and a small seated area with a picnic bench, despite this appearing to fit smokers no butts were lying around, brightly coloured and vibrant outside appearance was welcoming and eye catching, it really stood out amongst the industrial greys of all those around it. Inside: you walk into an open area with 6 tables (22 covers) and 4 couches around 2 coffee tables, very clean and well maintained, greens in here are pastel and more easy on the eye. Has world war 2 memorabilia adorning the walls. Staff: all the staff are well presented polite and very personable, and couldn’t do enough for you, Coffee: Green farm coffee and barista made, think they used semi skimmed milk, possibly been a fuller coffee with whole milk, but still delicious Food: I ordered a steak burger with cheese, it came and was 6oz as standard, with Monterey jack cheese, at £5.25 this was in a huge bun and full of salad. The only down point was the margarine in the roll of the burger, it detracted away from the flavour, and when it’s an Angus steak burger you want the flavour! And as a bargain they upgrade to a portion of chips on top for £1 I spent 2/3 hours here and had several coffees, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back at all spot on little gem in the middle of industrial madness Bullet points: - good food - good coffee - nice staff - clean - very well priced

A stunning building, lovely business with a charming owner & manager!!!! Sadly I forget their names but both are always very pleasant, I’ve sadly only had opportunity to grab coffees for various reasons but they have always been great! I look forward to trying the menu next time I’m back in Norwich. The guys ever so kindly helped fill my van with water when I was empty & there last & I don’t mean screenwasher water, my campervan was out of water so helped me fill my whole fresh water tank - heros!!!!!
