The best restaurants in Wickford North Basildon East of England

A new discovery to us during lockdown. They have a fascinating menu with lots of new and exciting dishes to try. My favourite is Nagariya Chicken but I can highly recommend the mince meat and chicken dish called Gurkhas Revenge! and no it doesn't come back to bite you in the morning. One thing to point out is there are no vegetarian options on the 'Just Eat' menu;their preferred method of on-line ordering. However, when I phoned the take-away they do have vegetarian options so check direct if that's your thing. Delivery is spot on. Each time I have asked for a Sat night delivery for 7.15pm it has arrived within 10 minutes.....amazing! Well worth a try.

Ordered from pink garlic in wickford and was absolutely disgusted with the service and the food I was eating the fries and there was a short black hair mixed in them so I gave them a call and the man that answered the phone was very rude and would not help me at all. He ended the phone and when we tried to recall them he would not answer. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise for there future customers not to order from them again they deserve to be shut down if I could put 0 stars I would

Best breakfast in wickford town centre

First time ordered from Wickford Chinese and can honestly say it was the best Chinese takeaway we have had in a long time. Friendly member of staff took my order with no issues. Delivery was bang on time and the total order (was a big order for eight people)was all correct. Food was hot and was delicious. Would definitely recommend as we will be using Wickford Chinese as our default Chinese from now on.

The food is excellent 5 star personally for me and my partner we think it’s the best take away by far around Wickford and Rayleigh (value for money).everything is fresh and cooked to a high standard.the only thing I would suggest is that you get sealable bags or stickers for the food being delivered by the employees that deliver it in there cars.it just gives your customers peace of mind apart from that it’s great.

Unfortunately this business is now closed , after many years as a cheap eatery they have closed for good . I’m not sure if the premises are for sale no notices are up,
