The best restaurants in East Midlands

Stop tarring every one with the same brush, I DID NOT have any alcohol in bottle it was Tesco High Juice as I need a drink of Juice or Water at all times due to Panic Attacks. I went for my Cousins Birthday. 1 bar man told me I can't bring my own drinks and another actually took it as I left it on the table when I went upstairs to the Ladies good job I saw him with it as I was leaving and would have had a Panic attack on the bus.

Best food quality and amazing test. Best quantity and amazing staff for best support. I recommend all the Indians to visit there.

Food was good, and the staff accommodated out requests. Wajida was our server, couldn't fault her at all, great service. Only negative was I went into the only working toilet after a male member of staff. There was urine left on the toilet seat. Please speak to your staff, as they are representing your business and this employee did not leave a good impression!

Good Experience, The G&T was lovely The chicken was Nice too,would recommend.

The lunch was excellent steak pie with sauteed potatoes and fresh veg we also had a baked potato with cheese and salad then purchased more items in the deli. Lovely staff and establishment will visit again.

Went in yesterday and there was a halloween thing going on with kids who seemed to be enjoying the themselves. The staff were very friendly and I was served straight away as soon as my glass was empty. Very welcoming and friendly

This is one of the best curry restaurants I’ve ever been to. Fantastic Nepalese collection but featuring most of the Indian classics. Been several times and thought every single dish was amazing. Friendly service and very reasonably priced too!

Not visited this pub for about 8 years, in which time it's changed hands. Went for lunch today and I wasn't disappointed. It was as welcoming as I remember it with a good menu choice including some very good value lunch options. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meals, fresh, hot, tasty and beautifully presented. Service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely return and I would highly recommend to others, couldn't fault it and I wish the relatively new owners the best of luck in their new venture.

What a hidden gem this is! Found this place by chance and I’m so glad I did. The place isn’t very big but has a cosy winter feel to it and their brunch menu has a large variety of options. I would 100% recommend trying one of their special hot chocolates!

Great food and service . The food was beautifully cooked and presented . Great temperature and lovely taste .we had the Hake and had a portion of bean and chips between us . Good size for sides Had the haddock and spinach starter again original and tasty We will definitely return
