Absolutely beautiful, fantastic food and bubble tea. Lovely friendly staff, this is definitely my go to place in Melton when I want a beautiful drink with or without food .

Called in just as they were closing on a Saturday afternoon. Really friendly service, freshly cooked (tasty) food, and plenty of it. We live away, but if we're ever in this area again, we wouldn't hesitate in calling in again. 5☆

We threw a birthday party for 12 people.Each of us was very satisfied with the food I ate delicious Rock of lamb.My mum she had delicious calamari and risotto Seafood. We were all satisfied with the service. Very nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back

Love the atmosphere and staff, the coffee is actually the best in Melton. Staff very passionate about what they do, very friendly. A gem of a cafe in melton!

We visited for lunch and were all very happy with our meal, it is great value for money and really lovely food, great quality meat and so hot and tasty, we have already booked to come next time.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table once we was sat the waiter was rude when taking our orders for drinks and food. It then took 20 minutes for the popadoms to arrive. Once we finished eating the papadums it then took 45 minutes before we got out 3 starters and while we was waiting for the starter not a single waiter had the courtesy to remove the dirty plates from the table. We eventually eaten our starters and was waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for our mains. Eventually we had to leave because at this point some people on the table had to wait over 2:30 hours without eating anything. When trying to pay for the food and drinks we did have the servers were rude and was trying to up charge us for the food. At no point no one checked on the table to see if we needed any more drinks or apologies for taking so long. We had to go up to the bar to get more drinks because of the poor service. When we asked about how long till the food was ready on multiple occasions they responded “I don’t know”. Many other people walked out during the time we was there because of the poor service and how long it took for them to cook and bring the food as well and not cleaning the table. Never been to a worse restaurant in my life and would highly suggest no one ever go here until they learn how to be polite and run food out in an orderly manner.

Just had a cracking afternoon lunch of pasta, bruchetta and red wine at Caffe Italia. Absolutely amazing authentic Italian Mediterranean pasta dish that was cooked to perfection, the orange cheese cake was just heavenly and the bruchetta was perfect. The awesome coffee was hand picked by chef who told us everything is imported from Italy. The house red was top draw too. We spent £45 for 2 of us and I have to say it was excellent value for money. Warm friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for an afternoon or evening. 1000/1000 from us. We'll definitely be back again real soon. Big, big thanks to Lorenzo all the staff and Chef who advised us about the problems I was having with my Delongi coffee machine and really great Italian coffee. Just perfect. If you haven't visited yet, you got check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Bit grotty and difficult to gain entry in a wheelchair

Ordered a delivery and after 30mins I received a message informing me order had been cancelled with no explanation! No apology, shocking and wouldn't order again

Ordered online for a certain time. Food arrived on time, hot so didn't have to warm up. And was absolutely delicious. Every mouthful was very very tasty. Highly recommended The dishes we had was part of a set meal for 2

Ordered a meal from Simla and was informed via email it was being prepared only then 40mins later I receive a message informing me order had been cancelled without any explanation! I tried to call restaurant but no answer at all, I have also emailed and still received no explanation. I'm also still awaiting refund! Absolutely appalling and would not order ever again its a shame because this place used to be good but sadly gone downhill!

Late with no expected time of delivery. Even though order was made much in advance. Poor!!
