The best restaurants in Leicester East Midlands

Grabbed a sandwich whilst in the area. Was a real treat. Took a little longer to prepare to order but was evident why and worth it. Great quality ingredients, well prepared.

It is a shame that such delious food is served by such rude waiters!! The food took quite a long time to be served, but that's not the problem. Real problem was they did not like the fact that myself and kids were starving and tucked away into the food immediately! They kept on interrupting us by asking the usual silly question ever 2 seconds and making jokes and faces within themselves and bar attendant, to the extent we were put off from eating and asked for a take away box and the bill!! Utterly ridiculous behaviour from the whole waiters team that evening!!

We made the café / bar late in the afternoon and the young lady there was the first class. She was pleasant and helpful willing and knew what she needed to do to keep people moving.

A delicious meal. Food was tip top. Wine was great. Lovely independent Italian restaurant in the city. Well worth a visit. Every dish we had was delicious and reasonably priced too.

Mal servicio, las comidas principales salieron con al menos 10 minutos de diferencia. Tuve que ir a pedir las bebidas. Biryani era insípido y aunque dicho vegano salió con yogur lácteo. No volvería a visitar.

Una pizzería hipster promedio que usa masa madre. Tiene la selección de opciones que usted esperaría a un precio normal para la zona, servido en una cantidad razonable de tiempo. Si quieres una cena rápida en este extremo de la ciudad, puedes hacerlo mejor, pero esto sin duda servirá.

There food always hits! I desperately miss tex Mex cuisine and their naked burrito bowls are the best. Fresh ingredients and hefty portions too.

Not a place to visit on match days

Went to KAI in Leicester for brunch and had a lovely time! There were no wait times, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was great. I had the French toast—it was so delicious I ended up ordering it twice! Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.

We booked a table for 28 people for Eid. The most busiest day and the staff managed to accommodate our size family. The food was so delicious despite everyone ordering individual meals the food came out promptly, was seasoned and presented really well. The staff were on hand to help and so friendly. We had a really good experience here this was our second Eid eating here, but this time we had a larger group. 100% recommend.
