There food always hits! I desperately miss tex Mex cuisine and their naked burrito bowls are the best. Fresh ingredients and hefty portions too.

Fresh, delicious, made quick. Empty plates and satisfied stomachs. No GF tortillas but naked burrito and nachos are gluten free. Would give more stars if we could.

Amazing food and service, some of the best burritos I've had have come from here. Even better that other branches of Tortilla I've been too. There was a worker who's name tag read "Dahna", gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time. Really felt like they cared about my eating experience. Would rate higher if I could!

Forgot to send me a sauce i paid for £4 they just tell you to call uber. Leicester Tortilla is trying to poison people. Uncooked rice served. This was second opportunity after last time when they served me chicken in my burrito when i am a vegetarian. What a horrible surprise to bite into as burrito is wrapped this was unexpected. I believe they dont concern with dietary requirements and also no health and safety with uncooked rice served. This place needs shutting down - have let the council and trading know too.

I came in around 8:15/20 to get a veggie bowl and they had already picked up all of the toppings. They close at 9pm so I’m not sure why they had everything removed, which is why I asked them if they can still make my bowl. The lady in the glasses rudely tells me they can go and get the toppings but they have to close soon. Upon scraping the bottom of their containers to make my bowl and not even bothering to get anything out again, she finished making my bowl. She smacked my bowl down infront of me and says thanks after I paid. Very rude service, and quality of food.

I am visiting first time and there staff Manan suggested me burrito bowl and it was delicious. Must recommend. Staff is great good service.

It was a good experience eating at this establishment, the food was good and the customer service was good, the person that served me is called Nicole she was very polite and had a good attitude, I am very happy with her service.

I ordered via ubereats. I received my order which was a naked burrito, the rice was not cooked. when I would take a bite of the rice, it was hard and crunchy. I’m very upset with my food and order

Delivery delayed hard again and order was messed up. Last time they cancelled my order after making me wait over an hour and half because they said there was no driver for pickup yet it said “courier at the restaurant” when I checked. So not sure who’s lying here, just eat or restaurant. This time the same, except got the order after 2hours. 2HOURS, YES that’s right. Then they messed up my order, paid £5 for a large bowl of Guacamole, received small. Last time ordering from here, such a shame.

I am new to the city. I first came to tortilla to try the place after having a positive experience in another city. The experience here was even better! Morgan and Nicole have been great on the multiple times I've been in. In fact, they are the main reason I will definitely come back. They were really friendly, really helpful, and ran me through the entire process. They did everything with a smile and answered all my questions. I really think the workers above have made my times here great and should be commended, and I hope to come back and see them again.

The quesadillas were good but too greasy and the burrito was acceptable. The price is much too high for this quality though.

I just ordered from Tortilla Leicester via Uber Eats, relying on their chosen delivery partner to get my meal to me fresh. Unfortunately, this experience left me appalled. My order was significantly delayed—by an additional 25 minutes beyond the original delivery time. After struggling with Uber’s notoriously poor customer support, I reached out directly to the restaurant, requesting they remake my food to ensure it arrived in good condition. To my surprise, the response was shockingly unaccommodating. I was informed that they would not remake the order, as it would “come out of their budget,” leaving them “out of pocket” for a delivery issue that was, by all accounts, not my fault. I was left with cold food and a sense that Tortilla Leicester has no interest in taking responsibility for issues with their chosen delivery partner. As a customer, I shouldn’t be penalised for their logistical choices, yet I was offered no support or solution. As someone who has frequented Tortilla in the past, this experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not be returning. There are plenty of establishments that value their customers and take ownership of the service they provide. I suggest finding one of those instead.

The food was delectable. The vegetarian options were delightful, however, a wider variety would be greatly appreciated.

My experience here was incredibly disappointing. The staff were rude from the moment I placed my order. I specifically asked for a chicken burrito, but they deliberately gave me a beef one instead! This is terrible considering I haven’t eaten beef for years. Luckily my friend noticed before it was too late.There was no care for customer service or concern for dietary needs. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.

There was missing items and rang the store and they advised to reorder again but advised would need to pay service fee and delivery and said yes you would have to. Disgraceful service will not order again.

Every time I come here the staff are so friendly that it makes me feel good. The food is excellent will plenty of variety even for vegans and vegetarians. The food has so much flavour, it blasts in my mouth. Everything is reasonably priced and I get great vibes when sitting in the restaurant because it has great music, comfortable and I leave feeling full and relaxed.

Went there today around 13h30-14h30. Unfriendly staff. No spoons available. Upstairs toilet not working. No salt available. Food (burrito) not warm enough. Extra charge its customers for topping. It says it all . Disappointed. Would not recommend at least its Leicester branch.

Tortilla not even heated, leftovers put in. Food felt unappetising as well as service not being good at all, as manager was not able to help me with my problem. All together felt like a let down, after visiting other tortillas with much better quality and service.

I ordered a large chicken bowl, but unfortunately, it arrived only half full. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it and suggested I reorder. While the store manager was polite, I'm quite disappointed with the outcome. It's disheartening to receive incomplete orders, and I had hoped for a more customer-friendly solution.
