Lovely service with young girl, she was very helpful! Just popped in for a burger after a long journey but sometimes a kind face is all you need.

Love it there!!!!! Excellent quality food, drinks and conversation!!! Top drawer. Ask for a cheesecake, you'll never want one front anywhere else!!!!!!

Online it says its opened until 16:30. Went there hungry for a breakfast just to get to the door and saying it's closed! Well done for wasting me a 20min drive each way

We paid £55.45 for a delivered takeaway. It turned up nearly an hour late after being delivered to the wrong address. The food was cold, and part of the order was missing. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place. I've been overcharged before, and items have been forgotten to be placed in my order, which necessitated my returning to the restaurant after I was nearly home. Being busy on a Saturday night is not an excuse. This is terrible service.

Normally very good but tonight was awful The fish I think was reheated as very tough to cut and fish grey

Really delicious lunch with plenty of choice. Lovely staff and owners who are very knowledgeable about both their food and the history of the building. Professional without being pretentious. Highly recommended.

Went here for afternoon tea with my mother for her 70th, the food is just terrible, staff are lovely, environment is lovely but what a waste! And sold as £42.5 Per person but the don’t mention they add the VAT after which is very unusual, Cakes were poor and tasteless, sandwiches were just boring and flavourless, Save your money and go elsewhere!!
