We held a baby shower here and the venue was perfect. Really kind, helpful staff. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

we were shown straight to our table, that I had pre booked. a drinks order was taken, however it took a long time to receive our first drinks. to the point another staff member had to check with us if we had ordered any. the drinks arrived and we had a change in server, and our service improved. we enjoyed a lovely turkey roast and the children had delicious burgers. everything was cooked perfectly. we weren't rushed out either, and we were even told we could take our time, which was perfect as we were very relaxed.

Very warm welcome and lovely staff. Made us all at home, including the dog. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

Waitresses were very nice and helpful, good menu and really good clear menu and choices for gluten free. The food was good and everyone cleared their plates. Service was a little slow but we weren’t in a rush so that was not an issue for us. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great service and lovely food too, nice and clean with plenty of tables. Hot drinks have an amazing free refill all day, fab stress buster after shopping. Easy access if using wheelchairs

They prioritise the cars so if your going to walking in and order expect to be ignored and wait around 30 minutes for your order.

Our local chippie and come back here whenever we want fish and chips! Have tried other ‘best in the area/town’ fish and chip shops and we still prefer Tudor Road. Lovely gentle polite staff. Support your local chippie!
